hey everyone welcome back let's continue in that Spirit of prayer father God as we as we wait for your coming we thank you Lord that in so many ways you are already here with us that you are here present to us now that you're in our homes that you're in our churches waiting for us there Lord that you reside with us and you abide with us and that you're so present we ask for the grace to wait on you with greater intimacy with Greater Hope in your promises with greater trust in the Fulfillment that you bring with you and with greater receptivity of the great love that you have for us and for our families and we pray Lord that as we approach this break from class and this um immersion maybe into different parts of our lives that we don't always get to encounter and family and friends and and um and staff and circumstances we ask Lord that you would pour out your love into us that it would flow through us to others that everywhere we go this Christmas this Advent this holiday season um that others would encounter you in US Lord the people would know the love of Christ so much more profoundly and intimately and personally this year Lord just by being in the presence of Those whom you love and we pray Lord that you would give us your eyes to see as you see the people in front of us the circumstances before us that you would give us your heart to love them with Lord that you would give us your courage to um to pray when you ask us to pray whether that's silently in intercession or with people and for people and we just ask for miracles this Christmas Lord new and fresh and and unbelievable believable Miracles and so we just lay before you Lord our expectations our hopes um the things that have our attention this holiday season and we lift them up to you and we surrender them to you and we ask that you bless them and transform them and have your way with them so I just invite you all let's just take a couple minutes of intercession if there's particular people or circumstances or things that you just want to pray for uh hold them in your heart you're welcome to unmute yourself and share them out loud put them in the chat we'll just take two or three minutes for this Lord I pray for reconciliation in whatever ways needed um especially among our family among our friends among our co-workers we just pray Lord for the intercession of our lady on Tire of knots and we just pray for your merciful love God to pour out and just bring reconciliation um to your people so Lord we bring these things to to you we thank you for your love and your um your care for these our prayers and for us and we uh we just thank you Lord for the Miracles that await us may we stay close to your heart as we wait we pray this in your name Jesus amen hey father can we get a blessing as we head into class am I the only priest in this one I think so I know I don't mean to always call upon you I don't think it's okay I'm just making sure because yeah okay our help is in the name of the Lord who made Heaven and Earth May the blessing of almighty God be upon each of us may he bind and pull away those things that pull us into darkness confusion illumin us with his light his grace his strength may we be blessed in this work in this Worship in this response in the name of the father and the son and of the holy spirit amen amen father you and Sherry both look like Christmas cards I love it hey it's truthfully it's just a little thing try to bring joy to the class okay there you go thank you I do it because I care for all of you I'm serious it's just a nice little thing if I can bring you beauty I'll do it I love it it's it is beautiful I don't put lights on my mustache though until ch Christmas Eve so we got to have boundaries we have to have something to wait for it's ites it's Progressive solemnity I'm just saying all right I'll shut up now we're gonna look forward to a email from you on Christmas Eve or maybe the next day is fine uh full of the lights I also actually put up my tree and was going to use it as the background but it's a pre-lit tree and the top half is lit up and the middle is not and the bottom half is there could be you know an analogy there but we decided not to do we me and the Holy Spirit decided not to do that all right I'm really excited for dreams has anybody been dreaming and trying to interpret and I'm excited we're gonna do it tonight if you have not been yet which is okay well maybe we'll dream we're just gonna do a prophetic activation of napping for 30 minutes and see what what the Lord does from there just kidding um we are though going to dig into our teaching on understanding and valuing divine dreams we'll work through that first teaching um have a beautiful activation of just resting with the Lord and inviting him to speak to us through ordinary things as kind of a practice um for our dream interpretation and then we'll look at that second teaching of dream interpretation Ministry and we're going to practice with each each other and then we'll have small group as usual an opportunity to talk through the homework if you had a chance to do that to uh ask someone else for a dream and pray through it with them um but we're going to start with a quick breakout session going through those three questions um to rehash the teaching so that when we come back together we're just firing on all cylinders with the things that uh weld up feeling inside of us things that renewed our mind or challenged us about the teachings and then also anything that's made a practical or immediate impact in your prayer life in your response to dreams maybe if you've been dreaming this week and the way that you've responded to those um or even a practical or immediate impact as you've practiced interpreting so we'll take five minutes um to do that and come back to discuss our teaching and if you want to um enter into more practice on Words of knowledge you can pray right now for who's going to be in this little breakout room you're about to go into and see what the Lord says colors of shirts people's names here scribble it down so you can like show it to them as proof If you would like to come Holy Spirit here we go um all right so just again a quick recap in this first teaching we really wanted to look at the biblical placement of just dream interpretation that the Lord has revealed to us in scripture to help one cultivate a deeper value um for the role of dreams and the way that the Lord speaks through them but also to cultivate a greater value for the role that Divine dreams can play in our life um one thing that um I would say renewed my mind as I reviewed these teachings was is the access like how we can come to know the Lord just through these different tools we talked about the difference of like spiritual and non-spiritual dreams um and I I can think of examples I'll share later um we talked about how to recognize um if a dream is from the Lord or not which of course includes discernment um and uh that we can ask the Lord to give us more dreams there's a statue of St Joseph in the um this Retreat Center that I'm in often our campus is held there he's right by the door and there's a relic of him and so I stop and I pray but for years you guys like um because we've been there for years our campus um I stop and I pray and I put my hand on his foot CU his foot is like my head height and he's like way up there and I just ask for dreams for different people like like give them dreams Lord um and I I think that started when I went through this class and realized how accessible God makes himself um especially when we can ask him for things and ask him to reveal himself and then he gives us the tools to look at what he's done um and and go from there um quick story and then I'm going to ask what from this teaching um stood out to you go ahead and use those sharing questions I went to one of the breakouts and we were talking about even the you know muted colors could mean it's not from the Lord and bright colors could mean it's from the Lord and I remembered a dream I had years ago of being on a being on like a a casino river boat they have those kind of in the midwest a casino river boat and everything was black and white and the only reason I knew that is because there were Rice Krispie bars that were in color and they were like yellow and pink and blue so as we remember that the Lord you know can use vibrant colors to show himself I was like what is it Lord about the rice krispy bars that wanted to highlight but I also joke because that could be an example of just like a worldly dream right and sometimes um when I wake up and I have these dreams um a priest friend of mine used to help me kind of interpret dreams a little bit and sometimes he would say Abby I think you just need more prayer time and usually he would say that when different parts of my life really showed up in my dreams um so I would love to hear from you guys that's what renewed my mind Lord I have access I can take these tools I can take the material you give me in my dreams and if I sit with you and I listen um you can speak to me whether it's through the like you interpret the whole dream which the Lord has done for me before or anytime we pray to the Lord he we believe he wants to speak to us right so uh there's my two cents Felicia what do you think I love it thank you for sharing that I have a question I'll start it off with a question um so do you okay so I need a little refresher because I know that when we do when we did the Deliverance okay sorry when we do the Deliverance um he the person that is receiving or that you're praying with has to have a relationship with Jesus um and so what is the end goal of prophetic dreams is it to encourage the person and do they have to have a specific um do they specifically have to have a connection with God or Jesus um and have a relationship with Jesus in order for us to really get into the interpretation of it because at the end of it are um are we trying to you know like the the question isn't really formulated but I hope you understand if not I can try to explain myself a little better thanks for asking you're welcome um that's a great question I'll start if anyone has anything else to share please raise your hands or shout it out um so if just to make sure I'm on the same page you're asking because we're talking about dream interpretation Ministry too right so you're saying someone comes to you with a dream and says would you please interpret this for me your question is is it important that we know if they have a relationship with the Lord and is it important that they do have a relationship with the Lord in order to be able to do that my initial response is and you also ask what's the purpose that's a great question I would say the purpose is maybe the Lord that would be up to the Lord but I would say it's a way for him to speak is kind of the biggest purpose it's a way for the Lord to speak um so one thing that came to to heart as you were sharing was if someone approaches me and says hey um like what do you think about this dream I see Julio wrote in there also I was thinking of Joseph and the king with Joseph's perspective Joseph Technicolor Joseph um are I think we cover this in the second session but are dreams not from the Lord let me try is what he said right um so to acknowledge at least if people are coming to us that that it would be clear to them whether we make it clear to them or they already know like we take that posture are not dreams of the Lord let me try by taking this to the Lord and asking so like I'm not just coming up with what I think your dream means people do that sometimes I'm not saying that's bad but make it clear if you're like let me think about it versus like I'm taking this to the Lord um to ask does that make sense so what's the for the Lord to speak to us so if people are asking us to help interpret maybe make that clear we believe God wants to speak to you and he does it through dreams can I pray with this and you and see what the Lord might have to say that's great no that that that makes a lot of sense so then the person receiving doesn't necessarily you know have to have a have a relation this could be a perfect OPP to minister to the person yeah I would say that they and I'll I'll ask to I know Jay was the one who gave us our teachings so I'll reach out to him and ask um from his experience um but I don't think they would have to have a relationship with the Lord but they would need to probably be open to the fact that this is who we believe this is coming from kind of like when we pray with people sometimes right it's like I'm a Christian and and I like to pray for people can I share with you what I believe the Lord is saying it's like we're just clear about who and where this stuff is coming from beautiful awesome thank you yeah I see your guys's comments thank you in the chat all right Mark there we go um if you're looking for shared experiences I I I'll do one because I don't think it happens very often but this was quite a long time ago when I was struggling with how our lady fits into my Christian Life I had you know gotten exposed to the charismatic renewal and you know Jesus is Lord I'm going well why do we need Mary and I was struggling with her place and so one night I had this dream and I remember I was flying around um like what I what I remember what I called it as a cloud of witnesses and we were circling above something that was well um underneath us but what it was it was um our lady and she was standing on a pedestal kind of like the statue of Liberty and I remember I wasn't supposed to go down um but I did I flew down I remember my sister uh kind of was trailing after me trying to pull me back but alls I heard was I I I heard our lady say yes I have power but I use it only for the glory of God and then I flew back up so that's kind of like one of those Joseph dreams where I think the interpretation is pretty straightforward and clear it wasn't a lot of symbolism or quote unquote guess work um but I thought I'd share that because I that's the only one like that I've ever had I I dream profusely but that's the only one like that I ever had so beautiful thank you for sharing and yeah that sounds like a great example of that direct dream father Brady okay I need to put some stuff out here just for clarity sake and helping to move through this so this is going to be this is one of the ones I'll struggle with more than anything else because I just see people I I hold a lot of judgments I'm seeking clarity through humility and faith in a lot of this because um biblically believe it I see that I just think it's dangerous and then I also recognize is that like in my context culturally I have so many electing notes coming up to me asking me to interpret their dreams constantly I don't have that in other groups and so I'm wondering is there something bigger about a particular spirituality because I'm asking for an experience with an esm and that and so but a lot of it and every time they ask those I'm like I don't know and the part of my frustration all this is I have from what I've experienced in my life zero ability to do this the only thing I'm gathering from this which I find consoling and I share our checkin is like hey what I can do is pull back use all the tools that we' use if people are saying I heard a word this happened to me mask cuz there other contacts when this stuff comes up and I know how to step in and try to listen interpret but when it comes to dream interpretation I just kind of panic and I'm like that's just it's just a dream what's a toaster who cares like I and so I think I either I'm just really dumb there you know in regards to Ability now I don't mean that as an insult against self it's like I just don't have the ability there or there's something I'm missing and I don't know how to step into that because there's other areas that totally make sense to me I know how to operate so that's just where I'm struggling in this and also if I'm looking at this is yeah so I'll just stop there so that's where I'm at and I'm just trying to understand all of this even though I dream constantly they're goofy dreams and they don't really have a whole lot of meaning to them all right I mean and it's not even worth stepping into because they're just they're just random things kind of like most my thoughts there we go done so thanks father thank you you just for sharing honestly um does anyone else have that experience of just feeling like I have no either experience or I don't know how to do this and I don't have anything in my any experience in my life that shows that I know how to interpret dreams yeah and I would put myself there too like when I went through this quarter the first time I remember doing the homework and I reached out to this priest friend who would often like help interpret I'd be like this was my dream what do you think that could mean um always my intent was like in a spiritual context but like I don't know how to do that that's why I go to someone else so I said hey father is there a dream that you'd like me to try to pray with an interpret because I'm I want to practice and he sent me the dream and I read through it I was like that's a really cool dream and then I was like I don't even know what to do with this like if we have all the tools I don't know what to do with this and I went on a retreat about a year and a half ago a women's retreat with another just Ministry of the Holy Spirit and there was a session on dream interpretation which was similar things that we learned in a few extra just details and steps and tools um and I remember dreaming not too long after that because I I also have a ton of dreams and I've started to write them down even just as a step of Faith Lord I don't know what this would even mean but I want to remember it almost like I want to remember the prophetic words I receive and I remember taking it and I felt like it was a math problem I was like here's my dream here are my tools and I'm not saying this to say this is how we need to do it I'm just saying my experience of trying to enter in and break through of of just that I don't know how to do this I don't understand it it feels foreign to me and it was like very math problem okay there was a pickup truck okay this thing was blue and like breaking it all down and like following it and pressing in and it took longer than I maybe wanted it to because it really was a conversation but I remember I got to the end and I felt like I had solved a math problem I'm not saying it was what the Lord meant but I was like Lord I think this is what maybe you were speaking to me through this and there it kind of felt right in my spirit and um that was the first time I would say that I started to feel like okay Lord I I could hear you through this way but we all have our own story so thank you so much for sharing just where you're at with that and not that uh father britty needs any encouragement but um I I feel the same way um I don't dream a lot uh my wife dreams enough for both of us so um I'm I'm always in that dream world but relative to myself um I I don't even know whether I want to dream more I have enough difficulty with just reality in dealing with interpreting what the Lord is trying to say me say to me in the in the present um but the thought just occur to me uh dream should be I think um similar to any other gift if dreams are a gift um judge them by their fruits if they bring you closer to the Lord bring you peace bring you Joy bringing you a a deeper understanding of love go for it but if they don't then I would question where they're coming from that's it beautiful thank you uh Jim yeah um well I I can really understand uh both you know Ed and father Brady's com ments uh I don't dream a lot I do know that you know when I was real young I had some serious family trauma you know my dad died and stuff and I had uh I had nightmares for a couple years and they didn't I think back then or just in our circumstances people didn't do grief counseling that time you know and uh there was a point where I would have these nightmares and the only way I could wake up is kind of crazy but uh they just scare scare me totally out of my mind but if I there's a little prayer was I think the only prayer I really knew which was now I lay me down to sleep and if I could pray that while I was sleeping I would always wake up and it was kind of I mean obviously a healed Spirit some way you know doing this but um yeah I think what happened over over time though I kind of repressed my my dream motor and so it kind of make my life I wasn't a Believer but I I didn't I just kind of quit having dreams to a large degree and I have them but they're they're very there's no not much story to them ever it's just you know they're little vignettes of something or other which I mean I guess you got to dream in order to kind of let off steam somehow but I hav't I have on the other and my wife has had um some powerful dreams of there were you know a story almost that had that were from the Lord and that was pretty clear and I've had friends that have had the same experience where they've told me these kind of amazing dreams that clearly seem prophetic especially later so I I know it's valid I I'm pretty happy with the amount of dreaming I had have you know it's it's cool I've got a a good enough level but I I am sure there are some dreams but I don't know there's a lot that are you know profoundly from from the Lord so that's it thank you so much Jim for just sharing with us your experience that's beautiful that prayer um just to bring that to the Lord it makes me think of the the scripture even at night he Direct my heart well you know it's just the thing to say was interesting because you know I was like six years old and I could do that nobody you know I didn't know how to talk to anybody about these nightmares but yeah it just somehow I think God just showed me you know hey okay it's a prayer hey I'm powerful I'll stop this and and it was it happened multiple times eventually I I think I just quit having the nightmares but uh yeah so wow okay beautiful Thea yes hi um I do have dreams and I can uh tell typically if it's of the Lord or or not um the only thing that I struggled with with this lesson is that it said that it always gives you peace and I remember having um one of the very first when I first started my walk years ago one of the first dreams that I had was the crucifixion and of course with that dream I the crucifixion is violent it was it the Lord did not look neatly put on the cross like how how we see it at church and so I I ran to the church and I was like you know I had this dream what does it mean and of course they couldn't tell me this is like 30 years ago and um and I ask the Lord if this is of you let me never forget it and I never have forgotten it so I think that while the while it may be correct that most of it is peaceful because they they do I know that that particular one did was not for me because it was it was the crucifixion so it was it was very powerful and uh and so but I I I do have the dreams and sometimes like Father Brady says I'll go to my priest like this happened and and and I saw Jesus and I didn't see his face and and he'll be like can I tell you but I just take it back to the Lord and ask him to reveal it and he has because I even had a dream with Mother Mary that 15 years later I saw the image in Israel wow praise God and in the moment did you when you received that dream in the beginning did you have any thoughts about the dream did you feel like the Lord is telling you something or just was a memorable dream and then you recognized it no at the moment um I could even smell I could even smell the the the area where he was and and I just stood there by the cross and um and I just sobbed and cried and and then of course it was it was a Saturday night going to Sunday morning so then in in the morning I ran to church to ask you know the priest but then what I did is I just said to the Lord Lord if this is of you if you're if you're if you're calling me if you're if you're talking to me never forget this dream and I never have and I wish that now learning this so many years later that I would have wrote WR written down all the dreams that I've had over the years but but they're there right and the Lord will bring them back if he if he wills it I had a dream like gosh 10 or 15 years ago I worked in a school I worked in a parish that had a school my dream was that our principal asked me to substitute teach for kindergarten and in my dream I was so adamant like you know that I don't have a license for that right like I went to school to be a teacher but not for for little littles and she was like yeah that's okay and I was like but you know I don't have a license right like I was so emphatic I needed her to know I didn't have a license for that grade and she's like it's okay it's okay and I just kept going over that thing I was so afraid and she's like it's okay Abby we'll just find someone else and um in my dream as she walked away I was like I missed something like really big it was a I don't know what it was but it was just so Str WR and um fast forward two years ago two or three years ago um a series of events a friend of mine ended up as the principal of the Catholic school we ran into each other randomly um shared about our new roles in life and she called me and said could you substitute teach for a Kindergarten class tomorrow and I like this dream came back to me so strongly and it was just this like I can't say no to this like I don't know what this is going to do but I can't say no to this and that led me back into like education like the Lord did big things through it thank you Lord for that dream 15 years ago so that I could remember that and he would have spoken through other things too but Felicia and then I'm so sorry Jen but we need to move on Jen whatever you have to share will you put it in the chat can we let Jen go I already had a chance to speak Jen you can speak I already had a chance to speak so fcia will you put your thoughts in the chat though because we want to hear them that was very nice of you um I went back and forth whether the share I can't go into the whole dream but um my dad passed away in 2017 and six months almost to the date um he appeared in two dreams literally back to back um and I was struggling with something at work and I had like mean a mean boss a mean coworker it was awful and he came to me in a dream um and his favorite holiday was Christmas so when he came into the room he was dressed in white my whole family was sitting around the table and he pulled me aside and said I have your Christmas gift for you and we were all kind of like shocked that he was there and it was so real and very present but he was dressed in white and um he gave me uh and he had in his hand and three things that would get me to heaven and he said you have to remember these three things and so um the first one was the rosary and he gave me like a I had never had one before but a rosary ring and it was pink and it had the 10 beads on it um and he handed that to me and I'm assuming only because it was in his hand you know like so he had to have something small and then um he and then he explained uh the rosary and how important the rosary was to learn about God's life and then the second one are Jesus's life and then the second one was um a metal and um the metal was Mary's heart and it was pierced and he said the only way to truly know how to live a Christian life is to lead a life of Mary's pierced heart and then the third one was a god medal and then the god medal was it was actually um all in different it was in a different language and he said just remember that everything starts with God and ends with God he's the Alpha and the Omega and so I and he said other things but he also brought back the people that were hurting me at work and said they will no longer they don't have power over you unless you give them power and he said that these people or this this these three symbols will get or these three items will get you to heaven so focus on those rather than on the other things in your life and it was actually a very lifechanging experience for me um to the point that I didn't need anybody to inter interpret that dream right but at the same point when I would tell people about it it got like such a reaction that it became like they couldn't believe it oh tell me and Christians non-christians they wanted to know more so I feel like sometimes our dreams are talking points that's why why like St John bosow like him using his dreams to talk and encourage youth ministry I was in Youth Ministry so that I'm like oh my goodness that would have been great to share in that setting so that's yeah dreams are powerful and if my husband was sitting right here he would tell you I could write a movie with all my dreams but that was my by far my My Favorite Dream so thank you for letting me share I love that thank you so much and please say you are so kind thank you so much for letting her share okay we're going to move into we have two different activations so I invite you just to get into your prayer posture and keep your notebook nearby or whatever you jot down um notes on but for this first activation um we just want to draw near to the Lord knowing that the Lord is hiding Secrets um for us right which we which we seek out in the prophetic all the time um but how beautiful that he reveals things to us even when we rest right like he'll just come to us and speak um and we believe that God values our rest there's plenty of examples of it in scripture and so we want to value our rest so we're going to activate um more of this dream interpretation not by taking a nap but just by literally entering into the rest of the Lord so that we can be more receptive not in striving or seeking it out but just letting him speak into that place of rest so I just invite you to get into a posture of prayer and just let your heart like just draw near to the Lord father God we ask that you would come to us now in just your spirit of rest and with your peace your heavenly peace that surpasses all understanding I just see the Lord taking off our shoes like stay a while like like you don't need to get up and go anywhere just taking off our shoes and setting them aside and bringing us a blanket and even just like giving us like a shoulder rub like just really trying to invite us to like enter into the relaxation and letting our bodies come to a place of rest we invite you Lord to help our minds come to just a place of rest that you would be the one thing the only thing Lord we give you permission and I invite you just to come into agreement with these words if you do come into agreement with them as I pray Lord I give you permission to just increase my rest of body and mind and spirit Lord help us to just put things aside that don't add value that keep us busy but don't add value and let us just be at rest with you in moments where we wouldn't always be Lord especially coming into this beautiful but what can be a busy season we ask you to give us the grace to Value rest like Mary to take the better part and just sit at your feet let the mail go unopened for another 20 minutes let the dishes go undone till tomorrow and just sit at your feet and they're we ask again if you want to come into agreement with this just that you would increase our desire to have you speak to us in dreams maybe we don't dream more um but we please increase our desire that you would speak to us through our dreams where we just want to hear your hear your voice and see your face I just thank you for how you are moving I invite you to stay in that that calmness and peacefulness of rest as we move into our second activation um to be stretched to hear from the Lord um we're going to ask him to stretch our our mental and spiritual muscles that we might use to interpret dreams because our ability to think like symbolically symbolically and in puns and metaphors and similes and analogies is going to help increase our abil to hear from the Lord so that when when it's like okay I was flying through my dream Lord what might that mean and there might be um a deeper connection as he speaks to what that could mean so we're going to start out as a large group and we're going to have a small group partner activation for this in just a minute so I invite you um to find an object around you just to lay your eyes on you don't need to touch it it can be in your space it can be in the space of someone on the zoom call um just an object around you anything a paper clip a pen my mug of hot chocolate so just pick an pick an object and then ask the Holy Spirit to speak to you through what that object might symbolize like holy spirit how am I like this pen or Holy Spirit what do you want to say to me through what this backpack might signify so again like analogies metaphors symbolically what might the Lord be speaking to you through this object we're going to take just a couple of minutes to process that with the Lord does that make sense let me know if you have any questions so we'll just stay right here stay muted we'll take a couple minutes all right was that encouraging fantastic okay I'm excited to hear testimonies go ahead and throw testimonies in the chat does maybe one person want to share like a 30 second testimony and then we need to move on sorry to pressure us no no pressure oh sahira go for it well it was really funny what just happened CU we worked talking about objects and things and it was great so Caroline was talking to me and she was like this is real but I think of your nose I'm like and I'm like the Lord wants to you to know that you you know every part of your body matters and that he wants you to feel him and listen to him but even to smile him and I I told her like only the closest people that really love me clothes like my husband and my kids know that I smell them I love to do that and I don't know that that's just the way he created me so it causes me peas and I love to smell the people I love so it's just weird uh some of you know that I'm expecting and I just told my husband like a day ago I can't wait until she's born so I know how she smells so it was like she couldn't know any other way so it was great just don't be afraid you don't know how real God can create a person and you're G to nail it that is amazing than thank you for sharing and your encouragement of like don't be afraid right I feel like we've all had moments where we're like this is going to be too weird this is the thing this is the thing that's too weird we say it and they're like oh my gosh that's amazing and I love that the Lord made you that way and congratulations on your baby on its way that's beautiful thank you okay we're gonna jump really quick into the session two review and I'm just going to ask does anybody Maybe one or two people have anything you want to share about the session I'll do my quick overview um if you do not I'll just review it and we'll jump right into the activation but if you do have something to share go ahead and raise your digital hand um so in this session we really just talked through that model that we've received through scripture we talked about Joseph and the lives of the Saints of how to interpret dreams in the light of just that Prof Ministry hearing the voice of the Lord for others in ways that he speaks to us um so one of the um ways I really shared during the first session how this impacted me is really giving me the tools and the courage to to step out to do it I had um had this dream that had all these normal pieces people that I knew places that I knew circumstances that I knew like parents of my youth group a youth Minister that I knew I was in my church parking lot all these familiar things that in some ways would make me think this is just a normal dream of me processing my normal life not from the Lord but I took these steps and I walked through it and it brought me to this conclusion that the Lord was really speaking to me about time because the parents in the dream were like we concerned eron's concerned about youth group because it's starting later and it's ending earlier and it was all all these very normal things and the Lord was really speaking to me about time in my life um and so I was grateful again just for the steps and the opportunity to to work through it and still the product that we get is something that we take back to the Lord just like our prophetic process um any I'm looking for hands last call if anyone wants to share something Carolyn Carolyn you are muted if you're I can't see if you're trying to talk because your name tag was covering your mouth sorry I was no could you hear me I was just it's somebody already alluded to this but how St John bosow when he had his dream and he ministered to these people it just encourag me so much that God could use a dream like that and that that would be a good way to connect with people and that God has used this I've been praying on how to connect with my dad and my dreams are big for my dad not necessarily spiritually but it enabled me to connect with him so I just wanted to share that I love that thank you so much for sharing um for our activation you're gonna want to have your handout from that session ready so if you don't have it in front of you or if you're not logged on to can this maybe do that right now because you'll want those steps as we walk through this with our partners um so again the elements of dream interpretation really are just the raw data who what when where how why what's happening in the dream and then to pull out those key symbols and then from those things kind of prophetically with the Lord write a narrative from those key symbols um so you're going to share with each other the dream if you both have a dream share your dream share your dream take it to prayer um and then come back and share with each other if that makes sense you're gonna have 15 minutes for this you're going to have 18 minutes for this because God is good and then we'll come back and head into small group any questions okay I'll stay here if you have questions you can there's a like ring me with the hand button um but this is going to be are going to go into our breakout small groups um we're gonna discuss our typical questions what has the Lord been doing this week um what is the Lord doing tonight in our activations and where could we use some support and encouragement in prayer um and we'll pray with each other there all of those questions are in the chat um you're going to have 14 minutes I'm sorry and no I lied 24 minutes and spend some time in prayer honoring the Angels um that God has assigned to you and asking the Holy Spirit to give you greater awareness of the Unseen realm in your life and then write a journal describing what God shows you during those times of prayer um I remember when I went through that class I was traveling for Christmas years ago and I was in an airport doing those activations it was such a joy so um I'm excited for those classes we are going to close in prayer and then we were actually asked to start to share with you this week I just found this out um information about our healing room PRACK to come that everyone's going to do together I'm going to share those details with you after closing prayer so if you need to go because we're done with class you're welcome to go and those will be on the recording so you'll get that and you can watch the details if you have 10 minutes extra and you can stick around you're most welcome to um but again I just received the okay I'm going to share a link with you and I'll put this in our email make sure recording um this link is going to give you details about our healing Room Ministry project um practicum and these details will be on canvas for you eventually they're just not there yet but you're welcome to look at this chat or at this um this document okay so what this is is um we want to prepare you for this opportunity our goal is to have a really simple project that's going to empower you to grow your skills gain confidence and Advance the kingdom of the Lord um you're going to use the five-step prayer model for healing and you're going to invite friends and family um to press in through for breakthrough as you coordinate encourage and minister to them so it can be as big or as simple as you want it to be but it's going to be an online healing room similar to what we did in the healing quarter last year except where your facilitator um opened the room led the things and you all were the prayer ministers your small group is going to create the room lead the things and be the prayer minister so you're GNA arrange all the details and the goal is just to give you the experience of being able to coordinate and Minister all of those things together so you're going to create envir and Host this event and we want you to be clear that you are a student and that your project is independent and unsupervised from encounter Ministries just individual you're working on a project um so all liability is your own so we encourage you to only minister to non miners so 18 and up and those with whom you already have a relationship with um as a student we ask you to adhere to the principles and high standards that encounter has set and display mature Christian Behavior so you're going to um invite okay so now I'm looking at the document that I shared a a link to um you're going to invite um guests for about 10 minute spots they'll be here longer because they'll be more of a of an introduction and they may need to wait um but they're going to be prayed for in a group of about four to six you can modify that group size as you consider who you're going to serve and how long that this is what we would recommend and you're even welcome to use this invitation form that's on I'm going to do this um I'm GNA share my screen just to make it easier all right so here is the form that you have the link to The Healing Ministry room our project date is going to be Tuesday February 4th during our class time and again we'll cover we can cover more and answer all the questions after Christmas but you'll use this time Tuesday from 7 to 9:00 p.m Eastern as your ministry project that way it's not outside of the time you've already set aside for class it'll be Tuesday February 4th um so you'll invite people that you already are in relationship with um we'll have there's an invitation form that you're welcome to use we'll have you confirm with your guests on how we want them to log into Zoom that they have the correct links and even all those administrative details really are part of the growing process and maturing process in ministering and leading people um into relationship with the lord it's an opportunity to practice in those skills um we're going to encourage you to encourage and prepare your guests by creating and sharing a unique gospel presentation video there's going to be parts of this project that excite different members of your small group some of you will be like I can't wait to get my hands on links and details and spreadsheets and some of you will be like I want to write the script for the video and that's the beauty of the kingdom of God you'll work together to do it you'll create a 5 to 10 minute video that proclaims the gospel in God's heart for Healing Ministry and you can see sample videos that have been used in the past and and then you'll share that with me before you send it to guests just so we can be sure it includes all the details that we want it to include that it's clear that you're not ministering on behalf of encounter Ministries that you're a student um doing this independent project and then um then you will use your tools your fstep prayer model to minister um you're going to have a way to ask for feedback you'll share a feedback form with your guest to receive feedback from them because it's important for us as we grow and then we'll have you do a little reflection um and a group survey and share that with us as well so here are some optional questions that might help you prepare considerations um for the different aspects of what you're going to be doing considerations of even working in a group and the dynamic um everyone loves a group project not everybody loves a group project and that's okay and distance can make it more difficult um but even that is part of learning how to minister in the kingdom of God Amen so I know that was very quick um but these are the details that we want you to have so I would encourage you in these next three weeks read through that process through that welcome to email or talk with your small group if you'd like we'll answer more questions when we come back together in January um but this way you can wrap your mind around it and again it's going to look very similar to your healing room practicum from your first year of the school it's just that you're going to be doing all of the parts of it but we're here to support you this is not meant to be difficult it's meant to grow you but not be hard any quick questions now I'll see if I can answer them Jerry I just uh if our small group is four or five people and we're having four or five guests are we then not praying individually as a play as a group that's a great question you will pray as a group so some will just wait they you'll pray as a group okay so we're praying for the four or five guests at one time during this whole process yeah okay oh I'm so sorry actually I maybe wasn't clear forgive me I meant your your small group will pray together so you'll pray over one guest at a time okay okay so then on will be held waiting and they'll be put in okay that's better that's better okay thank you sorry thanks for letting me clarify that so for the just to clarify that for the people who are waiting they're going to be in a holding tank room yeah just sitting there there's not anything going on and they'll somehow just no we'll call them into it you'll you'll present that to them you'll let them know you'll guide them you'll give them all the details they need to know but they will be just in like a waiting room they'll be prepared by you for that and they'll know that you'll come in and and get them when you're ready yeah but you you guys will do all that hea yeah so quick question just so I can kind of wrap my mind on it Christmas break is coming up and I can focus a little yeah um so would we have our would they be coming into like a zoom link like just for our particular group so it would work like this so they would stay here and like okay take one person and we'll have like a a breakout room then yes and that's how that'll happen okay and you can use zoom or you can use a different um online method if you'd prefer if you're more comfortable or familiar with um like Google meets or whatever I use zoom all the time so that'll work and then um just for those the rest of you who are on here if you are used to Google you can p and you can make a copy of that so you can kind of um like your computer so if you needed to um when you're creating your whatever creating if you need to use that anyway that's awesome I didn't catch what you just said Heather I'm sorry that what what did you say about the Google yeah so like this is this is created when we she shared it in Google Docs and so you cannot edit or touch anything that's that's theirs which is a good good safety thing that they have um but like for me like when I create stuff sometimes I'll copy and paste a little bit and so if you wanted to you can create your own copy and so it'll say copy of this particular document and then you can can do that and as you started to create um you know whether it's your script or whatever that you're going to be using got it that's good administrative yeahp what I do as a teacher so I know I get it okay thank you thank you Jim just a quick one um so let's say there's five people in our group or six people so each invite one person and we end up with a pool of six is that the idea yes yep okay between four to six sure sure however many we can right we can snare I guess but it's the idea being that it isn't like each person has to go out and beat the bushes and try to four to six yes no it's as a group you're right okay thanks you're welcome harani yeah so in the past um we've had like uh our own guests where we didn't want to like necessarily prophesy over or you know just because of the conflict of interest and whatnot um in that situation if we're each bringing a person we're like eventually going to to be ministering to our own person um so what do we do in that instance yeah if I would just ask them if it if you're okay and they're okay with you ministering to them you're welcome to if you or they would prefer not to I would recommend maybe reaching out to the class you guys have um emails and or you could do it during one of our Tuesday nights reach out to the class and say my mom would really love to receive healing prayer but prefer if she's not in our group does anyone have room um and you could do it that yeah we've done that in the past so just okay cool great great question yeah anyone else okay um feel free I'll send this out again if you have questions when you read it over break
