is do a practice run on just any English YouTube video that's out there it doesn't matter which one
we're just going to do one as a sample so you can see how this works so what you're going to do is
you're going to grab that YouTube channel and for the sake of this video we're just going to going
to do a Mr Beast video 7 Days stranded in a cave and what I'm going to do is I'm just going to copy
the address of that then we're going to go over to chat GPT and we're going to click on this link
on the left video summarizer which is a custom version of chat GPT that summarizes YouTube videos
and then all we have to do is right click and paste in the address to that YouTube video and
we're going to say write me a transcription of this video and as you can see see it is going to
actually transcribe the entire video for us word for word so every word that is spoken in this
YouTube video is going to appear right here in the chat GPT screen and it's only going to take a
couple minutes to complete it which I'm not going to make you sit here and watch the whole thing
so then what you're going to do is you're going to copy this entire text of this transcript and
I'm just going to copy just a part of it just to show you how this works and then you're go over
to Google Translate and you're going to paste that text in and on the left hand side you'll
see the English transcript that Chad GPT made and then on the right hand side you are going to
choose what language you want this transcript to be translated into so for the sake of this video
I'm doing Spanish then what you do is again you copy you highlight and copy this entire text here
of the new language that you translated it into and then you're going to go over to that 11 Labs
account that you just created and you're going to paste the foreign language text into the 11 Labs
box you want to make sure that the box that you're pasting it into says text to speech you can see
how it says text to speech right there and then you click generate speech and it's going to take
a few minutes and it's going to actually generate a human sounding voice that's speaking the entire
script of the English YouTube video now it's going to be in a foreign language and like I said before
11 Labs does an amazing job and you almost can't even tell that it's not a human being sometimes
there's a few little indicators that it's not a human being but it's so realistic you'll be amazed
when you try it it's going to take some copying and pasting back and forth cuz you're probably
going to have to do it in chunks but with some patience you can actually create an entire
audio file that is in a foreign language that matches the YouTube video that was in English and
then all you have to do is put those two files together using some software called cap cut which
is a free software you just put the audio file in and then you just have to do a little cutting to
match up the audio with the video to make sure everything matches and then you upload it to a new
channel for that YouTube video owner they're going to be amazed you could even do them a free sample
so they can see the quality of your work now you might look look at this process and say that looks
extremely overwhelming I don't know how to use cap cut I don't know how to do video editing I don't
want to be pasting back and forth hundreds of times for an entire YouTube channel that's where

now as you can see it has successfully translated the English video that I up uploaded into Spanish
and so now you can click and you can listen to the audio and see if it is how you want it to sound
does it all sound good does it all match up and you can make any necessary adjustments that you
need right here and when you're done you can just download the translated video and then upload
that new video that's in a different language to a new channel for the channel owner and that's
it you've successfully translated a video for a YouTuber into a new language so they can start a
brand new channel using all the same video content they spent so much time creating but now it's in
a foreign language and they can access a whole new audience for their videos in that other language
and the best part is it doesn't take all day to do this you saw how short it was now again that was

easy to get a direct response from the channel owner now once you've added these filters you know
you can choose filters like category and Country and language then you just click on see results at
the bottom and once that loads you're going to see a whole list of YouTube channels that are ideal
for you to work with and then you can just reach out with each of those content creators now you're
probably saying how do I reach out to them how do I know who's in charge of this YouTube YouTube
channel so what you do is you go over to the YouTube channel that you want to contact and click
on the more link right here under the YouTube channel name then you're going to scroll down
and click on the section next to the email icon that you see right there and it's going to give
you a little capture probably you go through the capture and then it's going to show you what their
email address is and so when you email them you're going to pitch them on your translation services
and you're going to want to explain how it would benefit them explain what I just showed you about
how most of the world does not speak English and even most of YouTubers don't speak English most of
Searchers on the internet don't speak English and they have a whole Market they could expand their
YouTube channel into if they hire you to translate their Channel you could even do a free sample for

one probably the biggest one that first duplicated his entire channel into different languages for
example his Spanish YouTube channel and you can tell these Channel owners this they'll be
really impressed when they see all these facts that Mr BEAST's Spanish language Channel
had over 26 million subscribers and generated him up to $80,000 per month and that's without
any additional work on his part except for just translating the channel into a different language
he's done this for a dozen different languages to multiply his income now it's important to mention
this to these Channel owners when you're pursuing them to translate their Channel because then that
