GAI Hebrew Concept of Grace

Hallelujah. All right, Hebrew word of the week is going to be for grace, for grace. I got a question. So how many people got social media or Facebook or all that? So how many times have you, you looked at social media or you may have talked to someone else and You kind of slip up and say that you know a person, but you really don't know them, you just know of them? Or have you ever ran across that you talk to someone and you get to talking to someone and you say, Oh, I know him, but you don't. really know them. You know of them, but to know them means to have a relationship. And so they may not know you or vice versa. They know you, but you don't really know them. And so that's the same thing it is how it is with Yah. So he knows us, but the real question is, do we know him? And grace, grace kind of comes into play with that. How many also know that grace has this, has a look? Grace don't have a look? So grace has a look. Grace has a look to Yah. All right? So we'll go ahead. So the Strong's H2580 is Ken or either Hen. It means grace. All right? So when we read it, it says gracious, kindness, favor. What's the next word that's highlighted, though? Beauty. Grace means beauty. Also favor, grace or gracious, pleasant, but also precious or well-favored. So we know that we want to have grace in his sight. Hallelujah. Which means we want to look beautiful in his sight. We want to look precious in his sight. We want to be well favored by our God. So what does it really mean to have his grace? Something comes to mind to say, shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? Y'all forbid, right? So it's there, I would say as a safety net, but it's not there to carry us and to continue on. All right, we'll go to the next. So this is the root word for hen or hen. It's 2603, kanon. Kanon means the definition. It's to show favor or to be gracious. But the extended or the Aramaic says to yearn towards or to long for. So when we think about his grace or him having grace on us, how many know that he longs for a people that will serve him in spirit and in truth? That he longs for a person that it's not what you do when you're in front of people, but it's what you do when you're not. Because much like Noah, and we'll get to that, it wasn't about what he did to be seen, although people saw what he was doing, he didn't do it to be seen, he did it because God told him to do it. Also, to be merciful. So wherever we see grace, we should see merciful. He's being merciful towards us. The next word is compassionate. He's being compassionate towards us because he don't have to do it. Favorable or inclined towards. Now the next one is, when you look up the root word for 2603, you're going to see 2583, which is kanah. Kana means by definition to decline or to bend down or to encamp. So what does grace have to do with camp or sleeping or rest or anything of that nature? So it says to abide in tents, to camp, to dwell, to encamp, to grow to an end, to lie, as in to lie down. Also to pitch a tent or to rest in a tent. So we know that grace is beautiful or it's beauty. It has a look to it, right? We know that it has something to do with... Camp or dwelling or sleeping or lying, right? So not to lay in that state, but it does say to rest or to rest in intent. You go to the next. So to understand anything, we have to understand the Hebraic way that when they camped. So if you look here. It wasn't just scattered here, there, everywhere, kind of off to the side, all in my own place. But when they camped, there was this togetherness. There was some safety. That when they camped, they felt secure enough to rest. That they didn't have to look over their shoulder. Hallelujah? Hallelujah? And if you notice this, Hallelujah? How they camp, it looks more like a fence. So when we look at the word ken or hen, we notice that it starts with chet or het, which means a fence or a wall. Can you see where, either here or there, that no one could get in, no one could break their camp, where it was secure? You can go to the next. So this is where we see here. So reading from left to right, we have het or chet, which again represents a wall. It represents offense. It represents separation. It represents protection. so I know if I have a wall or a fence around me that I'm gonna feel protected enough that I can rest that I can sleep okay right because there's this protection that I'm separated from whatever is out there But also, you can see the seed, which is noon. It represents seed. It represents life. It represents continue or air or activity. So automatically, you can see that there's this. protection of life. There's this separation of life. There's this protection of seed. That's this ability to continue on, right? Because if we're going to encamp somewhere, we're looking to wake up the next day and to continue, right? You can go to the next. So can or hen means to protect life or to set up a fence of protection for his seed. Are we his seed? Are we his offspring? So when he have given great, how do we know that we his seed? Let me ask you that. How do we know that we are his seed? Because not everyone is his seed. So the ones that are his seed is the ones that obey what he's saying. How do I know my kids is my kids? They do what I say, right? So that's how we know when we are his, that we do what he says. do we follow his commandments that's how we affiliate ourselves with him that's how we are saying we are in relation to him remember I said that he knows us remember he said that he searched the heart and it's desperately wicked who could know it and he knows it so he knows us but the question is do we know him if we know him then we would do what he said do hallelujah But notice that this grace is for his people, for those that associate themselves with him, those that follow his statutes and commandments and his laws that he has set up for us. So grace is set up that if somehow we slip up and we may go off the unbeaten path and we step, we know that there's a fence there. Don't go beyond the fence. Because when you go beyond the fence, fence, you're going beyond protection. There's no more covering. Hallelujah? And the first mention, and I'll go even further, so whenever you see het, or ket, or that chet, you'll see that wherever you see that, that is a portion of a fence. So we know with the mishpachah, kuh. that that's a part of offense. So how can we deny family? He set it up as being a part of offense. We know our ak, our akoti, the ruak, that they're There's this fence that he continues to place around us for our protection. And grace is another part of that protection. So when we deny something, we deny our mishpachah, we deny our ach, we deny our koti, we deny the ruach, there's a gap, there's a break in this fence. So when we accept all that, And again, we know that grace isn't there, said, shall grace continue or should sin continue that grace may abound? Y'all forbid. So it's part of our protection that is set in place to protect our life. Think about this, that y'all looked at us and said, You're following what I said. Your life is worth keeping. It looks beautiful to me when you do what I said. So I'll give you grace because your life is worth keeping. Because when your life is worth keeping, it continues to do what it is that His will is. So grace is for those that do His will. Hallelujah. So the first time that grace is mentioned is in Bereshit or Genesis 6 and 8. It says this, but Noah found grace in the eyes of Yah. Now that tells you that there's some beauty to it, right? Because what he sees is beautiful. Beautiful enough that I will give grace. So when we look at Noah, that's from the word noach, which I wouldn't say coincidentally, but it actually has nun and ket, or nun and ket as well. It's just switched around. But that's found in Strong's 5146. And it says that he found grace in the eyes. The eye, what we get for eye is ayin. That is a letter, a Hebrew letter. When you look up ayin, it really means. to know somebody now if you want to go deep to know somebody in the Bible means to be intimate to know them personally how do you know y'all personally You follow, you walk with Him. He set up this path for us to walk, right? And so when we walk that path, we're walking it with Him, we begin to know Him, we see things the way He sees it, we do things the way He wants it done, right? So again, those people that are beautiful are those that know Him. And when you know Him, He gives grace to those that He knows. So that we may continue. In other words, it's a life support to us. You can go to the next. So, noach. Noach in itself means to rest, or it means resting. So, you see where if Noah found grace, Noah looked beautiful to Yah because he was doing what Yah said. And if you go on to read in chapter 6, I think 9 and 10, it says that he was a just man. that he was perfect, which means he was full, he had integrity, that he halakha, or he walked with Yah. So in order for us to find grace like Noah found grace, we need to walk with Yah, right? And where we need that rest, again, those same two letters, it means to protect life, but it also means to rest. You can go to the next. But Noach actually means the air, that's where we got that noon or that seed that is separated from the outside. Who was saved when Yah caused destruction everywhere? Noah. And it also means the life that was protected from the outside. When there was craziness going on, guess what? Grace slipped in. When COVID hit and death all around us, guess what? Grace slipped in. So not to get detracted away from what Yah's will is, because He's just simply looking for those that will do what He said do. Not worry about the obstacles or the stumbling blocks or stuff that's in our way. He's looking for somebody. He's looking for beauty. Will he find beauty in us? You can go to the next. This is what it says in Exodus 33, 12 through 14. And Moshe said to El Yehua, whenever you see El in front of Yehua's name, we know that he's already our strength. But this is saying that he this strong leader which means that he's guiding my every move so Moshe said to the leader Yahuwah see that thou say unto me bring up this people and you have not let me let me know whom you will send me yet ye have said I know thee by name so yeah I know thee by name And you have also found grace in my sight. Now therefore, I pray you, if I found grace in your sight, show me now your way. Again, because that's the only way to know him, is to know him, is to go the same way that he's going. that I may know you and that I may find grace in your sight and consider that this nation is your people and he said my presence shall go with you and I will give you rest. So it's no reason that if we are doing what YAH has told us to do, that we should have this lack of rest. Because grace itself is rest for those... Who do what he said do. Those who are walking along that same path that he said. Hallelujah. You can go to the next. This is in Jeremiah 31 and 2. Thus said Yahuwah. The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness. Even Yashareel, when I want to cause them to rest. So it's just not unmerited favor. We know that this is beauty to Yah. So He knows we cry. He knows that we go through stuff. He knows that we have difficulty, but it's still our job, our duty, to follow the commands in which he said. He knows where we need rest at. I just want to look beautiful in front of y'all. Hallelujah. You can go to the very next one. This is another one. And this is just to show you guys some words that's dealing with rest and being in tents and habitation and house and things of that nature. So Proverbs 3, 33 through 34 says, The curse of Yahuwah is in the house of the wicked. But he blesses the habitation of the just. The just is the righteous ones. Who's righteous? Those or who could be called righteous are those who are doing whatever he said. Surely he scorns the... corners, but he gives grace to the lowly. So with that being said, when we look at lowly, we're looking at somebody being humble. We're looking at humility, not just saying, hey, look what I'm doing. Hello, look at me. I'm following all the laws the statues and everything look what I'm doing look at me because much like Noah when he was building the ark he was just simply doing what y'all said do and then that thing was so big that people noticed what he was doing so it's okay if people notice what you're doing just as long as you do it with this this humility hallelujah and then also in james 4 and 6 it basically says the same thing but y'all gives gives more grace, wherefore he says, Yahuwah resists the proud, but he gives grace to the humble. You go to the last one. So in other words, grace or hen is literally life support. The object of life support literally is to give your body enough time and enough rest that when it's if you can come back or when you do come back from whatever that you your body can handle it. So when we look at grace we got to look at it as this life support that sometimes that it separates us from the outside the outside being death and being destruction. And we know that in the Bible it says that the only thing that separates us is our iniquities, our sin, which sin leads to death. The wages of sin is death. And it helps to protect our life because it's beautiful enough that he's saying I want to continue, I want to continue what they're doing. They're doing my will. Why would I want to cut them off? Why not give them grace? But it's to give us when we veer off from the instructions, when we veer off a little bit from Torah, that we bump into that gate that it reeled us right back in. It helps to keep us long enough for us to shuva or repent and get back on course. And teshuvah literally means restoration. That we're not just saying we're sorry, but we're restoring our place and we're getting back in line and we're following back down that path that he laid for us. Hallelujah. So is everyone worthy of grace? Is anyone worthy of grace for that matter? But the next time we ask or we are asked what grace is, we can give more of a clear-cut definition than it's just unmerited favor. That it's my rest. It's what makes me look beautiful to y'all. Because I know him. Hallelujah. That will conclude the Hebrew word of the week.
