Introduction

  • Thankfulness for God's goodness and greatness.

Overview of God's Attributes

  • Recap of previous sessions:
    • God doesn't change (immutability)

Trinitarian Balance

Omnipresence

  • Definition: God has no size, is not limited spatially, and is present everywhere at all times.

Omniscience

  • Definition: God fully knows Himself and all things actual and potential eternally.
  • Mind-boggling nature of God's infinite knowledge.
  • God’s awareness of every individual's thoughts and actions.

    • Hebrews 4:13
    • Matthew 6:8
    • Matthew 10:30
  • God's omniscience provides reassurance to believers and judgment to unbelievers.
  • The depth of God's knowledge of our lives and actions.

Omnipotence

  • Definition: God is all-powerful and can do all His holy will without constraints.
  • Importance of God's goodness alongside His power.
  • Biblical references:
    • Matthew 19:26
    • Ephesians 3:20-21
  • God's power is what sustains the universe and keeps it functioning.
  • God cannot act inconsistently with His character or sin.
  • Omnipotence encourages believers to trust in God's ability.

Conclusion
