Arrival Procedures
- Inform site Security office about the purpose of your visit
- Provide name of company representative you will meet
- Present photo identification
- Receive visitor's pass and badge
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Compulsory to wear PPE on the shop floor
- PPE standards are consistent across all global plants
- Provided PPE includes:
- Helmet with chin strap (must be fastened securely)
- Safety glasses for eye protection
- Safety shoes to protect feet and prevent slipping
- High visibility safety vest
- Gloves
- Hearing protection (mandatory in marked high noise areas)
Conduct During Visit
- Visitors must always be accompanied by a responsible person
- Do not leave your group during the tour
- Follow mandatory prohibition and information signs
- Prohibitions include:
- Unauthorized photography
- Consumption of alcohol and drugs
- Cooking (only permitted in marked smoking areas)
- Use of mobile phones (no calls allowed on the shop floor)
Safety Precautions
- Always use handrails when climbing stairs
- Be mindful of moving vehicles:
- Both small and large vehicles on premises
- RHI Magnesita vehicles have right-of-way
- Pay attention to mobile forklifts
- Watch for moving cranes overhead
- Maintain safe distance from fire or heat-generating machines
- Beware of hot surfaces; do not touch automatic system parts
Emergency Procedures
- Remain calm in emergencies
- Follow guide’s instructions
- Assembly points marked inside the plant
- Wait for security instructions and comply strictly
Completion
- Certificate of completion awarded after training
- Certificate valid for one year and covers multiple plant visits
