Cocoa Note Overview

Introduction

• Cocoa Note is a tool designed to help users summarize and take notes efficiently, making learning faster.
• Available on iPhone, iPad, and as a web app compatible with Android, PC, and Mac.

Getting Started

• Home Screen: Initially, it may be empty except for the 'How to use Cocoa Note' note.
• Organization: Currently, notes are listed in reverse chronological order. Plans for folders and better organization are in development.

Contact and Support

• Contact the team via a button in the top right corner of the app or through the settings page.
• Support is also available on the web app through a support tab.

Creating Notes

On iPhone

1. New Note Options:

   • Upload audio
   • Record audio
   • Use a YouTube video link

2. Using a YouTube Video Link:

   • Paste the video link.
   • Auto-detect language for accuracy.

3. Uploading Audio:

   • Select a file to upload.
   • Auto-detect the language.

4. Recording Audio:

   • Start recording by tapping 'Record Audio'.
   • Specify the recording topic for better note quality.
   • Options after recording: Delete, Continue, Save.
   • Best recording quality if the app remains open during recording.

Note Processing

• AI processes audio to create notes, flashcards, and quizzes.
• The time taken depends on recording length.

Features

1. Note Review:

   • Notes include chapter headings, subheadings, and takeaways.
   • Users can edit notes and transcripts.

2. Quizzes:

   • Users can answer questions and receive immediate feedback.
   • Report incorrect AI interpretations.

3. Flashcards:

   • Automatically generated from notes for review.

4. Translation:

   • Translate notes into 100+ languages.
   • Example shown: English to German.

5. Sharing:

   • Share notes via a URL link or text.
   • Future updates will include exporting to Google Docs, Notion, etc.
