Shoulder Workout Routine

alright guys and girls so if you're looking to build some basketball around delts you come to the right place IFBB process Shaw and myself are getting ready to crank on some shoulders big round shoulders are the name of game baby so stay tuned and watch what we do [Music] so we're going to start off with a machine side lateral we're doing 4 sets of 12 we're moving pretty quick on this we're only taking about 60 second breaks the goal is to just fire them up get them pumped up like crazy rattle the gate full of blood so 4 sets of 12 to kick things off if you don't have one of these machines just use dumbbells and do side laterals now we did a lot of warm-up sets so don't just jump in and call your first set to where it works that 12 wraps here we go on the very last rep hold it for five seconds only on the last rep one two three four and five [Applause] [Music] me [Music] they hold five four three two [Music] the tough set worker seven come on this work too [Music] yeah old five [Music] three two and [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] first wash my favorite kind of pancake is probably I like the chocolate chip a pride of blueberry once what's your favorite that lemon is unbelievable pancakes man people don't know what they're missing the lemon is unbelievable hopefully they'll give me a few extra reps on this [Music] Oh [Music] please so have you noticed we went to dumbbell presses with bands crazy tension from kidding people on crazy tension from here to here excellent excellent exercise we're doing four sets of eight with a moderate moderate to heavy weight Google Ad good three four five nice come on nice let's go eight come on yep yep nice excellent [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so we moved on to rear delt we're just done rear delt flies here with our back lower back is supported so we have to worry about our lower back we're doing 20 now when our form goes we just moved to partials but we just make sure we get the 20 so you guys are going to 3 sets of 20 [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] all right so this is our last exercise for today another angle your side delt it's a lot of side it's a little bit of rear it's even a little bit of front it's just a good overall daily exercise we're going to light as you can see that's not a real thick band but it burns like fire and it's an angle where you're pretty weak so this isn't something you need a real heavy on we're just working more blood in there burning them up so once you guys hit three sets of 15 here alright so we're finishing with a shoulder stretch come all the way down behind you and all the way down in front of you what we're gonna do is three sets of ten here it's harder than what it looks just giving your shoulders a really really good stretch as as you get more flexible on each set you can move your hands in and make it a little bit harder so three sets of ten here for our stretch really good for shoulder health too a lot of times you'll see us work these in and between some chest exercises actually [Music] all right that is shoulders and my shoulders are on fire they are burning yeah so for my man Seth shale here where can everybody reach at if I want to Instagram at straight flexin 31 str8 underscore flexin 3-1 and again make sure you follow him as he gets ready for his pro debut guys so for Seth sha Shan Meadows we're out of here try this workout let us know what you think let us know if you get an insane pump like we did appreciate you watching thank you [Music]
