Courage: Acting despite lacking immediate knowledge and skills.
Confidence: Reward from acquiring new capabilities, enabling further commitments.
Cycle: This process repeats, allowing continuous growth.
Emotional Engagement and Avoidance of Courage
When people emotionally commit to a new goal but avoid taking action, their mind punishes them by making current activities seem uninteresting, leading to boredom.
Common Experience: This phenomenon is universally true and impacts everyone.
