we're going to show uh the Eli's test which also a test to kind of find out if we have tightness into rectus femoris we're going to take the patient put them into prone what I'm looking for is at the hip juncture as I take his knee and put it into flexion you'll notice the hip will tend to raise up going from about 60 to 90 Dees if it's positive the hip will actually raise up and Elevate the patient will not be able to keep keep Asis down onto the table we test both sides see how it reacts again a positive might look more like this where his hip is staying up off the table as you're bending him up into knee flexion Eli
