yo I'm back with another video on how to get into n or n us I myself am a year to student studying in N I'm studying business and computer science and I will be dividing this video into two parts first being the admission procedure and second being the scholarship threee and six-year B part I posted a similar video a year ago but some of my viewers had more questions about the admission procedure so I will try my best to cover everything in this video first up what matters in your application so the most important thing in your application is going to be a 12th board marks whether you are from ISC cbsc or state board and talking about cuto popular Majors like computer science and Triple E tend to have higher cut off than other Majors like core engineering and other business majors and it's generally around 95% and if you want to go for a double degree or double major program the cut offs are generally higher than single degree programs there's no official cut off by n or n us for Indian boats but this is the general idea I have based on my fellow Indian students course also most of the students are confused when to apply so the applications are open in October November and closes in March which means at the time of publishing this video the applications are open and it is divided into three steps first you have to fill in an online application with your contact information choices of program and achievements and in the Second Step you have to pay for the application fee which is 20 Singaporean dollars for n us and 30 Singaporean dollars for n which which is around 1200 and 18800 rupees and later you will receive an acknowledgement email from both these universities with login credentials to their application portal and whenever you receive your 12th board result you have to submit it within 3 days of release to this application portals and you will get your admission decision by mid or late June next up many people ask me about essays sop and extracurriculars for both n and n us you don't have to write any essay or sop and and for extracurriculars if you have something really good like International level Olympiad medal International or national level achievement or a national level athlete or a good rank in IJ then it can boost the chances of your admission I applied with just my 12th marks and still got in so I think it's okay if you don't have any national or International level extracurriculars next do you need to take the SAT and other English exams like tofl or is the answer is no if you are from an English medium School but if you are from state board then Ann require you to give the SAT exam and yes students from all the state boards of all the states are eligible to apply for both these colleges next up subject requirements this was one of the most asked question from the previous video do I need to have math in my 12th for certain major yes for subjects like computer science you need to have math and one of the other Sciences in your 12th and you can check subject requirements for your choice of major by just typing and and your preferred major admission requirements and for n us uh they have this web page where you can check the subject requirement for all the courses I will paste all the links in the description at last the Visa process this is fairly simple once you get your offer Network you will get login credential into the university portal where you will find the option for student pass or student visa you just have to fill an online application which will ask for your contact information the choice of program and the University you gotten and after 2 weeks you will get an IPA which is a single entry visa for Singapore and later when you are in college they will give you a student pass which will be your multivisit Visa so that was all for the application process if you have more questions you can ask me in the comments and in the next video I will be covering the scholarship and get into the details of the threee and six-year Bond and if you find this video insightful make sure you like the video and subscribe to my channel and I will see you in the next one
