hi and welcome to the next slide so before I proceed further let me quickly recap so in the first session we discuss about the protocol and in the last one about the work culture now I'll discuss about the growth path this growth path is one of the most important thing for you all because it will help you to give the clear instruction how you all can grow within the organization so there are a couple of things other which I will explain in this particular growth part so the first one is don't be jumping so let's understand about that the moment when I say don't be jumpy it means that a candidate should not a candidate must and must complete the one part or one work which he has signed up for or which he has started before moving to the others that's one of the most important thing which every candidate or every individual need to understand and need to follow it let's understand by taking an example let's suppose that you have built a characteristic where you starting a new project you you who are getting excited about to work on a new thing but you're never taking that particular thing to the end conclusive and you're just jumping it to the others then in that way it has been seen the candidate usually won't grow and won't get much exposure and won't build or won't gain much competency so it's very important for you to firstly ensure that the thing which you started working you should extract the maximum output from that particular thing before you move to the next so in this way gradually you will able to become the more confidence about the work which you're doing it and gradually you will have more exposure and more growth in that particular work any candidates or any individual who have grown maximum in this entire world if you consider it step by step you will find none of those candidates will have a chy character everyone is highly consistent they always and always keep on practicing or keep on doing the same activities thousand times until they won't get the maximum output from that time so the moment when you feel this thing is not working it's very important that you should start considering your you should start meeting your tear your seniors to understand how you all can do this particular work or that particular work in Better Way rather than jumping or moving quickly switching to the other way so I hope you all got the clarity now let's move to the next part next part in growth path I wanted to explain no initial expectations that's also very very important for any individual person to grow in life so the moment when I say no initial expectation what does that mean it means that the time when you start any of the new thing where you don't have any kind of idea how this work is going to be so in that case expectation should not be there in the starting like for example let's suppose that today if you all are thinking that tomorrow you can go to the Moon you know that it's absurd it doesn't make sense but at the same time if Alan things he has to go to the moon tomorrow and certainly for him it makes sense why because he knows and he has all the tools and all the things in which he can execute that particular work but I in you don't have so what I would like to highlight which is very important in when you are in the starting of your phase or starting of your career whichever the field which you have chosen in so firstly it's very important that first you should learn about that particular work first you should learn how it get executed and first you should see from your open eyes how the execution look like and afterwards you should keep the expectation so there is a two limitations and disadvantage of keeping the expectation in the initial stage without knowing how it can can be done there are two limitations so the first one there is a possibility that you have kept the expectation which you can never reach then it will it will leads to the demotivation isn't it second thing is there is a possibility that the initial expectation which you kept it's a very minute or very small for you as for the potential which you have and you know that it's all about the moment in the starting itself you expect it is small then later on irrespective how much potential you are it would not be possible to achieve something big because your mind is already uh will Stu stick to that particular thing which initially you thought of so I hope now you understood the limitation of keeping the initial expectation where you don't have any clarity about the work so what I would like to to highlight so one of the questions which frequently many of the people ask when to keep the expectation so basically you all would have noticed it would have already happened in your life the moment when you get that feeling if we call it as a gut feeling from inside that now you know how this particular work needed to be executed that is the right time where you should set up your kpis which is a key performance indicator or your expectation for example uh you all know that if I take example of 10th standard let's assume you know in 10th standard uh it was a first board Al together for us and it was always like you know we were pretty much excited and specifically if you talk if you take an example of math subject we were a little more excited as compared to any other subjects so what we used to do it I hope you remember used to practice that 7 to 10 times that ncrt and after that guys after practicing that many time you all would have noticed you would have gotten that one feeling from inside that's the cut failing now whatever happens we can clear that examination that kind of feeling here in the work also you need to get obviously that feeling will be different time different person will get it depends on how much past exposure you have some people can get that feeling in 5 days some people might be two weeks one weeks so it depends how fast you grab things how fast you understand but yeah you need to wait to keep any kind of expectation guys till the time you won't get that particular feeling or cut feeling I could say uh at the time when you you start executing the work so this was all about the expectation part now I would like to move into the next part which is all together the hierarchy so here let's understand about the hierarchy so what I'll do is I'll just quickly list it out what are the hierarchies which is are in our company in our organization so that you can get little more clarity so as you all know the designation or the position which you have gotten as of now in this uh company is a business development so I'll just quickly listed out all the hierarchies which you will see in our company guys so one of the hierarchy which is at the below hierarchy which is at level three which is the business development where you're starting your career then the moment when your intership or the provision is getting it over and if you're doing it great you will move to the next hierarchy which is business development executive which is level 12 and then associate and then the team leader and then the associate manager and the managers associate general manager senior manager associate director managing director and the avps and the VPS and at last comes the uh I could say the board members and the co-founders and the directors so I hope guys you have you all have gotten the clarity about how the hierarchies goes in the company so now once you start execution part what is the one thing which I wanted to conclude here so once you start execution part and the moment that you get the gut feeling how the work is happening it then you should set your kpis and set your goal how long you at what time and when you wanted to become what in the organization because after having a gut feeling if you don't Define your kpis if you don't set the right expectation then you will not able to achieve the big thing so that's the reason this slide is very important for you all to get the clarity also there is one thing which I wanted to speak about the business field only business is the field where any candidate can grow from bottom to the top at a shorter span of time so here I don't want to tell about you know uh I I certainly am not saying that there is a no growth in the other fields but what I would like to say comparative comparatively compared to other field business has the chance and it has a huge growth opportunity comparatively so that is the plus point which you all have but at the same time you have to remember it takes a lot of things guys for any candidates to grow EXP exponentially in business field lot of commitment lot of how you execute the work and how much output you can get and many other factors all together so last thing in this particular module I wanted to explain about couple of team members who are uh who have gotten a couple of team members who are there in our organization and uh who has really grown and who has really gotten a great position in the organization in shorter span of time so entire movie to company if I talk about so uh the candidates who is AP here which is the assistant vice president is shashua Du second the candidates who are the senior manager is the Satya and as well as the laan and here the assistant general manager we have Ashish in our team followed by the assist associate manager we have suip and nikil as well associate manager Junior associate manager we have here kav and the team lead we have kanishka and there are three BD Associates which chish am and Nishu so these are our I could say core team members and as well as these other peoples are there who have all together in a shorter span of time they have done all together a right thing and they have grown to this particular level so this is all about uh hierarchy I could say that and this is all about the growth path for you all I hope you all clear now we shall be seeing you in the next slide e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e e
