comparatively this goes into the market very uh in a booming B okay so in guideware right anything in not in not only guideware any insurance product we have two sets are there one is configuration side next is the integration side okay so let me before things right we'll go we'll uh we'll have the what is it steps of topics how we our class get into it okay first topic is architecture okay it's a very simple like in a high level what our guideware architecture goes into it okay next what are the deals Insurance deals about in guideware product okay next one next we'll go into the uh I mean practically uh development perspective right we have certain sequence to things follow okay so that I'll tell you later okay in that sequence only I'll follow the classes okay because that initial set depends on your object which you are taking going to take insurance policy that line of business differs okay it's like lat late in lat terms right uh see in a supermarket or Hypermarket there will be a category of sections correct so depends on the groceries there will be sections retails there will be different sections and utensils different sections okay and your Cosmetics so everything there a commercial vehicle say a caravan or something right to transport trucks and all to take care of that vehicles in Insurance terms we have a policy called uh I mean lob is called as a commercial Auto okay see these two lines are said to be personal one so these two things are said to be called as a business people mostly will be taking care of these things to take care of their uh objects okay uh slides certain terms are terminologies are there in the insurance okay one is insured main thing next is insurer okay so insured is a person who need a policy who is going to take a policy is said to be a insured okay policy taken by the person okay like customer that person is said to be as a insured person okay next is a insurer insur is nothing but the career or you can have a insurance company person okay insurance company person okay next is the producer next is producer producer is like uh it's not a kind of broker but yes say for example they will be helping uh what is it they'll be helping to find find um is say for example they will be helping to find any particular insurance company will get a match with that insured person okay one insurance company will have lot of producers say for example company we have Tria okay one of the insurance company so in this insurance company we'll have a 20 producers okay so they will have each producer will have producer code okay this is a unique one producer code will be there and name will be there okay and they will have certain sort of jurisdiction wise they will be segregated okay so this insurance company will have 20 producer codes where they will be nominating based on the what is it based on the area okay or based on the categories or till this High premium or low premium okay based on certain categories this producers will be assigned to certain things okay when Insurance person insur policy some people want to approach to the insurance company right these people will be helping into it okay and based on this that particular policy will be taken okay so that's the role of the producer he plays a vital role for him once the policy is done right once the policy is converted converted means yes the policy is uh issued and it is payment is done means for him the commission will be provided by the both insured person and the insurance company okay so so he plays a very uh he plays a vital role in the policy issuance policy issuance or any policy taken okay so producer insured insurer and we have account okay account have policy account is nothing but right once the policy uh insured person is customers approach to the insurance company first they will be creating an account okay that is said to be as a account for the particular customer okay once a particular account is created with that tagged to that particular insurance company for him the policy will be created okay so one account will have multiple policies n number of policies you can have in a single account okay that is said to be as a policy next we have account policy premium premium premium is a uh term it is used to calculate the total amount which the insurance person insured person has to be paid to the insurance company that is said to be as the premium okay how much the premium amount okay amount of the total amount total amount to be paid by the insured person insured person to the insurance company insurance company okay this said to be is a premium okay next we have coverages okay coverages is nothing but the risk uh risk taking care for the object okay that is said to be as the coverages okay next is a coverable coverable is a object set for what you are going to take a policy for what means for which object okay object which covers under the which covers under the under the insurance policy okay example car house bike okay truck whatever it is okay this said to be as a coverable and these are pretty much a b high level and basic things of the insurance terminologies okay then and and again in the in our uh what's it in our classes okay insured insurer producer account policy premium coverages and coverable okay so for any doubt I'm giving a pass okay so what is inline uh inline Marine inline Marine is a product offered to the vessels vessels mean shipping uh vessels any boat right uh submarines so for that if if it is need a insurance policy the product offered for them is set to be as a Inland Marine in that inline Marine lobes will be available there they will be tagged that particular submarine vessels right for that to take the policy for the submarines okay good so we'll get into the architecture okay so this basic fine hello yes yeah uh so you are telling about the logistics and telling about the insurance which you are going to uh provide for the logistics so there is Road logistics and rail Logistics and like sea Logistics and air Logistics so you are just dividing Insurance based on the uh area not exactly see this is alone for uh I mean uh water level correct rest all that's what we call like sea Logistics Okay Sea Logistics okay okay this terminologist we never use but fine yeah but guideware will uh I think guideware had not supported for the air uh things air Logistics okay so far it is done for only for Road logistic buildings okay buildings means prop and that is what I'm asking for so it's it supports for transportation trans transp yes Transportation yeah yeah let let me ask you a simple question please don't mind uh just when we talk about the logistics or when we talk about the transportation see from the one thing that we are transporting from one area to another area is nothing but a transportation and what we are doing here is that for the safety of our product that's we are ensuring the product see in the same way in the Road logistics MH you are insuring your product and you are covering with the guide Val in the same way where you are transporting your thing and even in C Logistics you are just covering with your product correct so what's the issue with a logistics that guideware has to support right they has to implement those things still it is not implemented it's a guide where they have to take a particular person it will be covered as part of the workers cope policy not a individual policy okay for a workers comp they will have a separate set of policies it sure it will be get differ from the different set of personal auto policy uh sorry personal Auto or personal policy okay so that is like uh see for a person see we have general liability also that is also I can tell you general liability is a person like for the person we'll be taking that insurance okay liability see I am getting I'm colliding I'm giving an I'm I got accident with a other car that other car person also I'm getting into the insurance company right because of my uh uh my mistake okay so that and all will comes under the general liability but this workers SC they will have a separate set of policies to cover for the each IND uh say for example for you also one the same policy for me also same policy irrespective of the age and experience for me also irrespective of the age and experience and health conditions anything okay because they won't have any individual uh what is it agenta okay they will have all things grouped and comes under the workers comp okay certain things will not be there even I have never worked on it in detail but I'm telling into it okay I have raised a claim for the workers comp but not um what is it in detail what all what all about the screens into the workers SC okay okay so you me you meant like it's going to be a medical somewhere like that yes medical will be there okay and definitely medical payments will be there okay medical payments and any loss with their what is it um say for example even they will have might have okay they might have because of workers right that particular um what is it that uh they they s because of that I don't know but uh medical is compulsory okay uh it deals about each individual of the that particular workers instead of giving Rising 300 3,000 policies or 4,000 policies right they will have all will be comes under that workers comp polies okay so if you are raising a client that should that will be a bul CLS okay you can't raise a single clim say for example uh see for multi- group Claims can be done in the workers comp that's what uh I I had seen okay I have never seen a single clim in a workers com okay this is a single clim raised in the workers com like that no every time the climes will be the bu clim okay it's all about workers workers and they what is it uh uh facilities okay group policies and personal policies are different and group PS are different group will be taken by the companies and personal PS will be taken by the individuals exactly all good okay now we'll go to this architecture okay guide work guide were product architecture so in guide were right we have a uh what is it uh here we have a core uh Operational Support or whatever it is in uh system of record data database or uh uh any informational things everything will be maintained in the guideware okay it is said to be as a guideware data Hub okay and any external system anything from the external things will be taken as a input okay and for the monitoring and for visualizing the things right we'll get apart from the guideware also okay say for example in a policy in a real time example for this diagram I'm telling okay you taking a policy fine so everything is done issued the policy is fine once you are done right you'll get after 10 days you'll get a copy of the policy in a through a post or career correct so that the paperwork that papers what you are retriving I mean got from the insurance company right that is not the part of the guide were work okay it is a third party system uh here the third party system is set to be a s guideware is using we have xclr Thunderhead okay those parties will be get tied up with the guideb okay they will get the information from the guideware system okay after that they'll be printed in the documents okay that is where you'll be getting in hand in a paper after 10 days or whatever that stipulated time once you issue the policy so there it comes called as a integration system okay so the document systems will comes gets integrated to the guideway system and then you'll be getting the document correct so that is where this is monitoring and guidance and and third party system everything comes out of the circle is Right everything gets integrated with the guideware system okay so in guideware mainly we have three or sorry we have four ex centers okay and uh here they have mentioned three okay first is a policy Center next is Building Center clim Center for all this three we have one other Center called as a contact manager okay so let me explain it so in policy Center we have we can create a policies okay we can anything uh to have the policy the root uh Insurance suit product is a policy Center okay so we can create the policies if the policies is already there we can modify it we can cancel it and renew it Whatever It Is this everything deals about the policies will happen in a policy Center okay next is a once the policy is done right obviously the payments and uh it is happens for the payments or any fee structure taxes those things invoices invoice dues okay and if whether the payment is done or not that checking uh if it is not done that has to be uh checked will be done by the delinquency and after that have to be assigned to the collection agency those things will be happened in the billing center okay so billing center is nothing but everything deals with the payments okay payments and dollar plus all about in the building center okay so once these two things are done right in between any process any process has to be happened to relate with the clim or any accident risk happened right that time clim Center we need to raise the clim for that particular incident okay so for which policy for what they covered okay so how much they have built what is the claim it is uh to which extent it is uh uh what is it applicable okay those things will be taken care in The Client Center okay once all three things will be there but what is the basic uh common thing for all three exenter is a contact management okay why because this is a so and so person say for example Raji or this person is belongs to uh created an account okay the same data has to be maintained in all three ex centers he has changed the date or phone number or his address okay all these details if he changed in it it is say for example it is changed in a he changed address in a policy Center I mean in Poli Center alone it is changed okay it never get reflected in the billing center or client Center then how it will be get the total cycle will not be work in a right way because in Building Center it need to be get sent some documents invoice document or that same address it need to be tagged correct for the clim also that same address need to be tagged So to avoid that confusion so that details will be stored in a contact manager say for example you can have it here in the uh it is a common suit where the details will be everywhere it will be accessed by polic Center building center clim Center okay uh how it works is say for example if I'm changing a phone number in a policy Center in account screen I'm giving an example okay it will be automatically changed those details to the contact manager first okay from the contact manager it will be the details will be sent updated will be updating details will be sent to the building center and Client Center so this way that works okay so this where all four centers will be integrated with this information okay through the that common set of things that is said to be as a contact manager okay and in between this application also it is been integrated okay once the policy is uh issued on a certain time right if it is integrated that policy details policy number account number those will be flown I mean uh details will be transferred to the building center okay in the building center you can see the same account same name and you can check it off okay in the same way with the client Center so how it is being done is internally these three ex centers also will be get integrated with the uh between each system okay we have certain steps to follow it how each system has to be integrated once those steps are we have done right these all three centers will be integrated we can check it off okay right now I have Building Center with so how policy Center and bilding Center has been integrated I can show you in that respective classes okay so how what is the guideware application tire so we have application server and what server it is used is is all about J2 we application server okay application server is nothing but we are maintaining guideware is maintaining the server by itself okay it doesn't have the server any outside of the third party system okay server will be maintained by uh what is it for their any respective system by itself only okay so next is uh yeah how the data server and application server is worked database server is nothing but a backend server say for example application server is our UI server okay one second see any details what you are giving in the UI okay that need to be stored in the database not only guideware any application correct so here in guideware we are uh saving or storing that details in a database uh through SQL or uh Oracle or H2 H2 is for only for training purpose so Oracle h H2 and SQL uh in a real time in a production or a deployment or real life okay SQL and Oracle is a um recommended they will be using either two either one of these two okay Oracle or SQL so in training purpose we are configuring only for H2 okay because this is only for light weight I mean it will not uh uh check for much information much data okay it will not cannot store a much data and it every time it can be what is it uh revalidate okay so H2 that is for only for a development purpose okay so this and all I'll be showing you once uh what is it the next next classes okay so in when you are working with your company what of database that you using um so so sorry W I'm not getting you sorry in real time when you working with in your company so which database that you are using either s SQL SQL that's fine so uh don't if you don't mind can you go with SQL even when we are going to do training also wait we are not using we are not going to use any SQL what is that uh SQL queries again and again in our uh classes okay that is not needed also how the data is will be stored at the back end okay what you're going to check in the SQL that's all it is very rare like around 10% will be using Okay setting the SQL in our system is pretty challenging one I have tried two to three times okay it took time and still it is not uh um what is it uh in a successful way okay one or two people have done in the last batch but I couldn't do it my system also have checking for lot of things so SQL every time we are not going to check also inbit we just validating how it is being stored in a database and what it is referring okay through that if we want to have the values from the database right for that guideware we are using we have a concept called as a gosu queries so through queries we'll be retriving the values from our database either database whatever the database okay even the SQL or H2 whatever the database that we'll be using a goou queries okay but du to some issues if you want find the qu if you want find the information or data then how can you query the database see anything it will be stored in a database right if it is properly configured so that will be retried from the through the gosu queries right in a pract in in in anywhere right he will be using through goou queries in a guide we okay so if anything as you are asking right anything okay what happens if it is not able to do it then we need to check it off either we have um store what way
