Using the Sonic Slider on Friends and Family:
Demonstration by Eileen McKusick
Introduction
- Presenter: Eileen McKusick
- Tool: Sonic Slider (tuning fork) at 93.96 Hz with a circuit boot
- Purpose: Quick tutorial on how to use the Sonic Slider on others for mini sessions to improve well-being
Preparation
- Location: Jamaica
- Demonstration Body: Tara
Important Tips
- Breathing: Both user and recipient should breathe into their bellies and exhale down to the ground (through legs, feet, or tailbone).
- Exhale deeply to release tension.
- Permission: Always ask permission before using the tuning fork on someone.
- Activation: Can be activated using the palm or a green striker on a table.
Procedure
On the Body
-
Sternum Application:
- Place the tuning fork on the sternum.
- Radiation of vibration through the skeletal system (20 seconds).
- Based on Schumann resonance (7.83 Hz x 12).
- Do multiple applications based on feel (typically 3 times).
-
Trapezius Muscle:
- Apply fork on trapezius muscle.
- Difference between resting and pressing with the fork.
- Use body weight for pressing, not hands and arms.
- Can be done on bare skin or through clothes.
-
Sliding:
- Slide along trapezius muscle, dig in if necessary.
- Spine slide technique: down the spinous process to sacrum, avoiding tailbone.
- Can slide up and down erector spinae muscles.
In the Body's Energy Field
-
Pulling Away Technique:
- Use the fork to comb the energy field, especially around the head and shoulders.
- Lift feeling of heaviness from the body by repeated pulling away motions.
-
Energy Centers:
- Can pull away from head, throat, heart (front and back).
- Continue until a consistent thrum is felt.
Finishing Touches
- Breathing Reminders: Ensure the recipient takes deep breaths during the process.
- Human Touch: End session with a shoulder rub if comfortable.
Additional Tips
- Start on the Body: Sternum points are ideal to start; avoid the head initially.
- Session Duration: Less than 10 minutes can shift a person's state noticeably.
Conclusion
- Effectiveness: Simple technique to improve someone's well-being quickly.
- Usability: Great for personal use and helping others.
