Improving Posture and Facial Health Techniques

okay this is a legendary video here is a basic thumb pulling routine that you can leverage to get faster more effective results and combine all three thumb pulling techniques thumb pulling thumb pushing and lateral thumb pulling in one routine that you do every morning or every night to get 10x the results that you're currently getting and see big improvements in weeks it will develop your maxilla it will bring your jaw upwards and forwards it will improve your posture will open up your Airways it will improve your breathing you are going to be the best version of yourself not only in terms of looks but also in terms of of Health for reference I was an intern at the Academy of aocial myofunctional therapy as well as at the Academy of applied myofunctional sciences not to mention researching on a scientific study in this exact area on a topic called crano facial disty at the same time I had a pretty drastic transformation from the ages of 17 to 19 making my palette grow eight whole millimet and this wasn't just me I wasn't just the only one that tried this technique I'm not the Lone Wolf some random science experiment I have over 1,800 people in my community getting the same results every single day leveraging the Real Techniques and if you want help I know there are so many techniques so many things you can possibly do which techniques do I focus on if you want just never going to be able to put out on YouTube and at the same time you'll get full personalized one-on-one access to me but I digress here we go this is the routine that I want you to start adopting to see massive results as soon as possible so if you're familiar with any of my content I've made a couple of guides on thumb pulling thumb pushing I've also briefly mentioned something called lateral thumb pulling which I'll make a more detailed guide on in the future however what I haven't mentioned is that you can leverage all three of these techniques very intricately to actually see much more significant results in a much shorter time period and also not waste your time trying trying out random methods all day when you've got work school relationships whatever else in your life first things off the bat I need you to realize this I'm going to give you a bit of science lesson first okay there are three layers to this right there's your skin below your skin is a layer of connective tissue called the fascia below the fascia are the bones you need to basically get rid of all of the tension loosen the fascia and the skin as much as possible to make the bones as Mal malleable as possible there are also loads of these things called sutures in your skull which are basically joints fibrous bits of tissue that connect the bones together and there are loads of them throughout your skull the more that you loosen these the more effective everything becomes basically there's things like the inter maxillary suture the mid panal suture the zygomatic maxillary suture lot of these complicated names but thumb pulling and pushing up on your palette is what's going to loosen everything in particular the one on your actual palette there's a suture called the intermaxillary or mid panal suture the more that you can loosen that sutures are relatively interconnected if you can loosen that everything becomes more malleable your bones are going to become more manable and you combine that with releasing the tension in your skin and fascia and you're going to do things much more effectively this is why it's so important to do everything in one go I mean you can repeat it multiple times throughout the day but at the very least you need to do it all in one sitting relatively intensity stop worrying about doing it for 45 minutes and start doing it as intensely as possible first thing I want you to do there are loads of basically warm up massages you can do loads of things you can do to release the tension in your fascia and in your skin you can literally start by simply massaging your MK muscles in circles going upwards upwards up to your ears and following the natural path of lymphatic drainage even my face gets a bit red as you do that you can start by massaging the skin at the same time you can practice something like zygo pulling which while it happens internally and also is located on a suture itself it also will release all of the tension within the fascia if you go like this and you just massage upwards and outwards you'll loosen the fascia release the tension and therefore make your bones more malleable for thumb pulling not to mention there's also something you can do called reverse thumb pulling I have a YouTube short or Instagram uh reel on that as well you can check out which will hopefully also loosen the fascia and you can view that as a warmup to actual thumb pulling again I may talk about something related to those lines in the future nonetheless what I want you to do now is view it in this sense first you start by massaging or any other technique you want to use to loosen the tension your skin and fascia then I want you to either do like kind of something to do with internally affecting and loosening everything which is something like zygo pulling for maybe a minute and minute and a half it should be relatively painful when you do that that just shows that it's working that will loosen everything warm everything up then you can go into the proper routine and the way I'd go about it is for pretty much 99% of people even though you may be more deficient in one area than the other you should probably leverage all three types of thumb pulling as in you should be pushing behind your lateral in sizes up on your P by the way very key note none of this is on your teeth for anyone that says that oh this is going to mess up your teeth this is all happening on your palette any form of upward pressure on your palette is only going to be good for your health because all it's going to do is improve your posture open up your Airways and improve your breathing therefore no worries you can do this at pretty much any age the um sutures in your skull never actually fully Harden until a very later age and so even if you're 28 you can still get results I've seen people at 35 seeing even 42 seeing huge results with this so therefore stop being you know stop being fear mongered by everyone online saying it's limited by your age you can't start at a certain age or that is bad for you this is only going to be good for your for your health because health and looks like I said if you check out my last video health and looks are the same thing so first things off you want to start with the normal thumb pulling the thumb pulling on the front part of your pallette behind your lateral insides these vampire teeth just like this and remember by the way key point when you do all of this you need to be standing against the wall obviously I'm not because I'm sitting down because I'm recording this video but you should be standing up against the wall you should be tucking your chin to your neck like this not like this hinging and pivoting your chin to your neck giving yourself as many double chins as possible that mimics perfect posture because your neck becomes perfectly straight and therefore is able to support your head and therefore will provide more uh downward resistance which will create a larger resultant force in your Panet but at the same time if your neck straight it will support your head and your cranium and allow your maxill to develop upwards and forwards in the right plane of motion counterclockwise rotation complicated words but just listen to me okay stand up straight um against the wall ideally tuck your chin to your neck from there I want you to push upwards and outwards on the front part of your palette this is normal thumb pulling like this a quick tip that a lot of people don't know is I would try and keep your mouth as wide open as possible because this will further loosen everything and therefore may help everything become a bit more effective what you want to view thumb pulling as is everything we're doing is the thumb pulling part is super easy obviously it's intense obviously it should be slightly painful obvious obviously it should be slightly difficult and mean you may not want to do it is literally might favorite part of the day and I've been doing it every year for a year and 3/4 but nonetheless the most important part is the warming up loosing all of the tension getting everything loose so that the sutures become as M as malleable as possible so your bones can develop as quickly as possible a lot of people overlook this aspect okay then I want you to hold this thumb pulling and Chin tucking position for 30 seconds and repeat it twice so you're holding that position on the front part of your palette for a total of 60 seconds before you then switch to another part of your palette but before before you even do this I want you to make sure you Rel loosen everything massage again kind of get rid of all of the tension you can even train your neck in between because if you do this you um your neck muscle strengthen you'll be able to hold the chin tuck for longer and therefore you'll be more effective with thumb pulling and the key note by the way before I even explain what to do next is you need to have complete maximum intensity while you're doing these things you should really be like you know this should be like you're in the final set or final rep of your final set in the gym like you should literally be pushing out as hard as you can and struggling and a lot of you will really find it hard to actually hold the chin tuck for a long period of time because we all have terrible posture you don't even need to focus on pushing with your thumbs that hard you just need to focus on actually trying to tuck your chin to your neck the entire time because we have all had such terrible Lifestyles and therefore sit around like this can't breathe properly it is fundamental that you do maximum intensity um but then after you kind of nail that first position you then want to move on to the middle part of your pallet same thing you're going to hold this position for two like kind of two mini sets even though you don't rest in between but 30 second hold reposition yourself then another 30C hold on the middle part of your pallet we'll call this lateral thumb pulling and essentially in this position you're pushing mostly outwards the only caveat to this is if you currently have braces in which case you should be a bit more careful and focus solely on upward pressure even though again your fo acting just on your pallet and at the same time if you have a very narrow palette and can't fit both of your thumbs in at the same time what you should really focus on is tongue chewing kind of trying to massage your palette as much as possible and I will make a separate video on on maybe what you can do if your palette is too narrow let's go with the Assumption you can fit both fingers in I want you to do the same thing stand up against the wall tuck your chin to your neck and then put your thumbs in the middle part of your palette and push mostly in this direction kind of slightly upwards but mostly outwards two sets of 30 seconds nail it maximum intensity you're cooking then I want you to Rel loosen everything again get rid of the tension and go into the final part of this which is the thumb pushing part which is on the back part of your pallet which is even more important here we're acting on something called the soft pallette which is more closely Interlink with the anterior maxilla and is therefore more linked to forward growth in your lower jaw which a lot of people really want to work on so therefore what you need to do and by the way this does apply to like women as well like you should really have upward pressure on your palette no matter who you are no matter where you're from it is fundamental for everyone even if you're you know a super model it is still important to maintain proper habits because again this is for your health so with the final part I want you to do the same thing again but this time you're going to push upwards and outwards on the final back part of your palette like this kind of by your last um Moler and you're pushing in this direction so in the front you're pushing upwards and outwards in the middle you're pushing kind of mostly outwards in the back you're pushing in between upwards and outwards and you're holding this position two sets of 30 seconds nail it and then you you've cooked and if you think about that that routine itself is probably 4 5 minutes max even with the warmup even with Rel loosing everything in between that's all it takes to actually do this potently if you want to get the craziest results and the most effective results I would recommend repeating this as many times throughout the day as you possibly can but you don't need to go over the top to start with I think twice a day is amazing if you really want the results I think once a day you will still Garner very effective results as well that's kind of the bare minimum I would say if you're going to do this do it once every single day be consistent consistency is key intensity is also fundamental you don't need to hold it for an hour a day and go over the top you just need to do it every single day with intensity and let the results compound and if you want to combine this with other exercises you most definitely can that's what I did I won't fully link my routine yet I can't I can't drop all of the source but this routine is definitely the best way to start is the most effective way to start getting results as soon as possible and take things seriously rather than just kind of holding this position for 10 seconds every other day and expecting results you need to leverage things the right way with proper form the correct techniques because not only will you be improving your looks but you'll be improving your posture your neck supports your head it's fundamental to do that anyway at the same time your breathing will improve your sleep will improve as a result of your breathing the quality of life will improve you'll probably even become more effective in sport in everything you do and also your nervous system will relax when you're breathing clear so not to stress the importance of this enough like you will literally become more effective in every aspect of your life that is what I pin pinpoint a lot of my you know not success I'm not calling myself successful but a lot of my ability to actually work a lot a long time every single day on my business on my relationships kind of nurturing every other aspect of my life is because my health was so DED and honestly the best decision I ever made was investing my time in doing this stuff because not only can I give it back now but in terms of catalyzing every other aspect of your life because obviously other things matter this is the best way to start you go body then mind then Soul got to nail your Health off of the bat and this is a fundamental aspect of that even if you don't realize that looks maxing and health maxing are the same thing and in terms of what time of day you should practice this exercise obviously if you're doing it twice a day do it in the morning and at night however if you're doing it once a day I personally do it at night because I feel like I can sleep a lot better after I do it therefore that's kind of worth it for me however I know a lot of people like to get this done first in the morning a lot of clients say that to me therefore you know if that's your kind of thing just go with it as long as you're doing it every day that is the most important thing thing and put up some pictures of my clients who have seen insane results just doing it once a day in the morning nailing it getting out of their way because they are so busy with other aspects of their life most important thing is that now you have the information you have no more excuses you need to take action you need to become the person you deserve to be this year should finally be your year stop saying you're going to do it tomorrow stop putting it off and start actually doing it this does not take that much time this takes no equipment this takes no investment in terms of money you have no excuses the only person that you need to trust is yourself and need to believe you can become the person that you deserve to be so just go for it please you know if you need some motivation literally just look at some of these photos of what I used to look like and what I look like now of what will used to look like and what he because there's three levels to this there's body mind and soul obviously I'm not saying other aspects of life outside of health and looks don't matter but this is a catalyst for everything if you're healthier if you're better looking you have more confidence you have more energy and therefore you're able to tackle every aspect in your life in a more effective way you're more purposeful in your relationships you're more effective in your work you're smarter in school because you have more confidence it is literally that easy this is the flick sorry this is the switch that turns everything else on I fully believe that and that was the switch for for me and it has been for a lot of people take action become the best person that you can be stop being absolutely cooked and I'll see you
