How to Convert a Car Alternator into a High Efficiency Brushless Motor

Step 1 - Converting a car alternator into a high efficiency brushless motor. We are going to modify this car alternator to turn it into a Brushless generator. First we are going to try to disassemble the alternator pulley. But we cannot because the pulley has a special bearing. So we are going to weld a piece of iron between the pulley and the bearing. In this way we block the bearing of the pulley. Now we can disassemble the pulley. We continue to disassemble the rear cover AND remove all the screws. We remove the support of the brushes or carbons. We do not need this part. We also remove the diode rectifier because we do not need it. In order to remove it we have to cut the diodes. Here we have the three coil connections. We remove the screws from the alternator casing. We open the housing. We remove the copper winding. We also remove the shaft. We have to cut all the iron parts of the rotor. We put the rotor in the bench drill and smooth the iron surface that we have cut. We roll insulating tape to make the surface flat to be able to stick the magnets. Here we have the neodymium magnets. We start to glue the magnets on one side, right where the pieces of iron that we have cut were. We glue them with Instant Adhesive or Cyanoacrylate. We do the same right where we have cut each piece of iron. We have already glued a row of magnets. Now we glue another magnet next to the magnets that we have placed. It is quite complicated because both magnets repel each other. We fix them with electrical tape until the adhesive dries. And so all the magnets. They have to be glued in pairs. When the cyanoacrylate dries we can remove the insulating tape. All the magnets that we have glued are with the South Pole facing out. Now we use another easier method to glue the magnets in pairs. We glue another six pairs of magnets. And the We stick with adhesive on the opposite side, right where the pieces of iron that we have cut were. These magnets have to be glued with the North Pole outwards. All the magnets are already glued. Now we empty a bottle of Coca Cola. We need the plastic container to continue. We have to cut two pieces of the plastic bottle. We wrap the container with the pieces of plastic. And fix the pieces of plastic with insulating tape. Now we seal one end with hot silicone. We prepare the Epoxy Resin mixture. We fill the entire container that we have created with Epoxy Resin. ... And let it dry for 24 hours ... Now we can remove the insulating tape and the pieces of plastic. We mount the rotor again in the bench drill. and leave the surface smooth so that the electric generator does not vibrate. Here we have the finished rotor. Now we are going to weld three cables in the three connections of the coils. And in each weld of the cables we place heat shrink insulation. Now we place the rear bearing of the shaft. We mount the copper winding on the rear cover of the casing. And now we put the rotor shaft in its place. We put the front cover in place ... And we put the screws back to join the casing. We fix an electrical connection strip with flanges to the rear cover of the electric generator ... ... and connect the three cables. Now we fix this pulley on the shaft. We already have a 10,000W Brushless Electric Generator. Step 2 - Single-phase motor coupling. We are going to manufacture the motor support. Now we assemble the motor pulley. Now we manufacture the support of the Brushless Electric Generator. We are going to use this wood to join the elements of our Electric Generator. We screw the motor and the Electric Generator. Now we put the transmission belt. And finally we make all the electrical connections. And we are going to start up our Free Power Generator. And it starts perfectly !!! There we have our Perpetual energy generator. Step 3 - Testing the Perpetual Energy Generator. We are going to connect several electrical devices. As you can see we activated the switch and it does not work. We are going to wind the starter cable. When we pull the cable the Generator will produce enough energy to start the engine, and the motor will continue to move the generator. In this way the electrical system feeds itself and generates more electricity than it consumes. We start it up and it works perfectly. As we can see, it is capable of generating 220 volts.
