  • It invites blessings in gatherings and hopes they weigh heavily in the balance of good deeds.

The Importance of Faith

  • Faith is one of the greatest matters a servant should be keen on in their journey to Allah.
  • Allah mentioned faith in His Book and linked it to righteous deeds.
  • Without faith, a person lacks true distinction.

Ways to Strengthen Faith

    • Memorizing the hadiths and acting upon their requirements.
    • Emulating the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him.
  3. Self-Accountability:
    • Nafs commanding evil, blaming, and at peace.
    • Holding the self accountable for shortcomings in obedience is greater than for committing prohibitions.
  4. Company of the Righteous:
    • A righteous companion positively influences their companion.
    • A good companion reminds you if you forget and assists you.
  5. Attending Sessions of Knowledge:
    • Attending enhances knowledge and engagement with scholars.
    • Sessions affect even those who did not intend them.

Monotheism and the Names and Attributes of God

  • Belief in the oneness of Allah with no partner.
  • The names and attributes of Allah are definitive and it is not permissible to use names not proven in the Quran or Sunnah.
  • Allah is ancient with no beginning and eternal with no end.
  • The creator without need and provider without burden.

Conclusion

  • Emphasis on the importance of a sound heart as it is the place of divine examination.
  • Knowledge is connected to the prophets and it is their inheritance.
  • The importance of returning to scholars and emulating them.

  • Faith in Allah's beautiful names and attributes as narrated in texts.
  • Emphasizing that everything is under the dominion of Allah, the Most High.
