>> Installing Unreal Engine is easy. The first step is to download the installation wizard and run it to install the Epic Games launcher. The first time you run the launcher, you will be asked to sign in to your Epic account. If you don't have an Epic Games account, you can sign up for one at the bottom of the interface. On the Sign In page, you'll need to sign in with your Epic Games account and password. Once you've entered your full email address and password, click Log In Now. After logging in, you should be on the Unreal Engine tab of the Epic Games launcher. On this tab, you'll find links to important topics as well as featured content. There are two ways to install the engine from here. We can either use the Install Engine button on the top right or we can go to the Library tab. The Library tab will keep track of all of the different engine installations we have on our computer as well as the different projects we are working on and our personal vault of other content. To begin the installation process, we simply need to go up to Engine Versions and click the yellow plus button that says Install a new version of the Unreal Engine. This will add a card for the installation that we would like to create as well as choosing the latest version of the engine. If you'd like to change the version you'd like to install, simply click the dropdown button and choose the version you want. From here, click the Install button. Upon clicking the Install button for the first time, you'll get the End User License Agreement for Unreal Engine. Be sure to read over the agreement, and then click "I have read and agree with the End User License Agreement." After this, click Accept. The launcher will now ask you where you'd like to install the engine. The Options button will allow you to install additional options such as the Starter Content, Templates and Feature Packs, or Engine Source. And finally, if you'd like to use a shortcut to engine installation, you can create one here. Next, we need to click Install. While the engine is installing, you'll get critical information on the card. It lets you know what step it's on as well as the total amount that has been installed, the total amount to be installed, and hovering over it, you can also see the remaining time. If you'd like to pause the installation, simply click the Pause Installation button. You can cancel the installation using the Cancel Installation button on the bottom right. We can add additional installations using the Install New Version button. To remove an installation, we can simply click the Remove button. Once your chosen installation of Unreal Engine has been installed, click the Launch button on the card. And that's all there is to installing Unreal Engine on your computer.
