He goes to the website and sees it is all about biohacking. On the website, they have a picture, an x-ray picture of a hand that has a chip implanted. He reads all about biohacking and realized that you can use the chip as a key or as a bank card, etc.
He checks to see if the chip unlocks the password of his new laptop, but no luck. He sends Xander a message saying that he received the parcels. Xander says, cool, now take the parcel to a tattoo shop and let them implant the chip into your head and send me a photo as proof that you did it.
