  2. Pumping
    • Use LA Pump for water pumping.
    • Build up time gradually, starting from 5 minutes to a maximum of 20 minutes.
    • Water pumping is healthy and improves erectile quality.

Sequential Approach

  • Start with hanging to stretch ligaments, then follow with pumping.
  • Pumping stretches the base of the penis and improves vascular structure.
  • Should be done 2-4 times a week.
