Can I ask other students if you can just greet other students that we have here? Like a good morning. Ayan.

Sige. Since you are all great 12 students already. Ayan. So after you guys will greet a good morning to one another, I would like to request, okay, if you can also share your businesses, okay, into our chat box.

For example, the company. My company's name is Radianco. And then I'll be putting what's about my product. So Radianco, we are actually a trader. We are in a trading industry wherein we supply guest kit or hotel amenities to different hotels.

nationwide okay so um that will be part of my introduction later but i would like to ask you first guys okay because all of the samples that i'll be giving in my talk later will be depending on your products because i don't want to to share some insights here wherein you cannot you cannot use okay so again can you please share grade 12 students from saint louis okay your company name you and at the same time, your product. Okay, your industry. For example, are you guys full in the food industry? Is it shawarma?

Or is it kraftball? That's what's being discussed right now. Can you please share? Okay, I don't see anyone yet. Okay, can you please share your company name?

Okay, there. So, I'll be waiting for the others. So guys, can you just, there.

Okay. There you have it. So, while I'm preparing my...

Okay, I'll be waiting for the others to share theirs. And I hope you can see my screen now. Okay.

All right. Okay. All right. You can see my screen now.

Okay. So we have here Pluma Ludusco. Wow, I love the name.

Okay. Plushes. A hug. Okay, so, Kafe Kalidadko, Rice Coffee, Matahomko, Clay Mag Cup, Coasters Cover, Bubble Bee Soap Bottle.

Okay, Flexi Flasco or Ratan Flasco. Alright, okay, yes, yes. So, here, that's the reason why I asked you guys to share. Because then again, we are going to talk about social media. And I want to teach you later how will be the approach in the social media.

It is just posting your product photos. or just posting like feedbacks from your customers. So, okay.

Are you guys ready? If you guys are ready, can you please just send a thumbs up reaction to me online just to confirm that you guys are very ready. Okay, so good. So I appreciate also if you can open your cameras as much as possible. Okay, so we can see it further because this is just a once in a lifetime webinar that we can have.

Okay, but if not, possible later na lang sa photos okay but uh for me the most important thing is you will be engaging with me at the same time if you you have your notebook and pen with you okay so take note okay dahil hindi naman po lahat matatandaan na and so i'll go straight now with my um powerpoint okay so i hope you can you can see it now so let me introduce myself to you again my name is We're Jean Peña Flor, RBP. I'm a registered business professional. I took up the examination from JA Philippines.

That's the reason why I am one of the alumni here. I'm actually one of the mentors here in JA Philippines at the same time. I'm one of the speakers also here when it comes to the business development, when it comes to annual reporting, when it comes to the effective social media marketing. But by profession, I'm actually an entrepreneur.

But before I entered in the business industry, I've been in the sales industry for quite some time. But I know in my heart that my passion is building my own company. So I am the owner and the founder and the formulator of Refined Nature Spices.

So Refined Nature Spices is actually a product that... If you guys are familiar, one of our competitors is Yuma Creations. So, it's Balm.

So, our biggest tagline is bringing the spa into your home. Or bring home the spa. So, my business started in 2020. Yeah, 2020. In the middle of pandemic. And then, of course, some of you will... will be confused.

Why in the middle of pandemic? Okay. So, our family business is actually in the wellness industry. And, medyo tricky kasi kapag ang business mo is yung not external.

So, I just focus on the external products, which is the things that they can use for massage, ganyan. The things that yung mga, ang target market namin are the titas of Manila, yung mga ganyan. So, because me, myself, Parang hindi rin ako nakakatulog without yung pahid-pahid.

But of course, one of my vision is kapag gumagamit ng mga essentials or external essentials na ganyan, hindi siya yung maaamoy matal. Okay? Excuse me.

So what I did is all of my products ay amoy pa talaga. So kapag lapahid siya or nagamit siya anywhere, parang maaamoy siya agad in a sense of. hindi siya mahabaho na parang ano ba yan amoy matanda but it is more on relaxing okay and then I own also one company it's a sister company okay it's a Radianco which is I do supply different hotel essentials in different hotels here in the Philippines so that is what that is all about okay that is all about my business so Last Monday, we just celebrated our 4th year anniversary.

So, I'm still very early in the business industry. My business is still very early and very young. And I know that...

long way to go. But of course, being an entrepreneur, it is an ending learning process. And I hope that all of you guys who are here today, you will be more inspired to continue the business that you're having, not only for the sake of finishing it for your school, not only because of the grades, but I want you to take this BSP plan. with all of your heart. Because I can guarantee you that you will really learn a lot.

And even your character, it will be changed when it comes to your patience, okay? When it comes to managing your emotions, when it comes to managing your finances, and even managing people, okay? So I am a BS Entrepreneurship, okay? I graduated from De La Salle University, Las Marinas, last 2016. Okay, so it's up to you. Okay, mag-compute ng ilan ko.

But magkaka-ilad lang tayo. Okay. So, last 2016, again. But before having my two companies, I actually entered a lot of business. Like, I do have my coffee shop back then before.

But unfortunately, because of the mismanage, because it's a partnership. Kaya right now, ay nakapos muna siya. But of course, Of course, life goes on.

We have to move forward and we have to open more ventures of business in the industry. So that is the short background about myself. But disclaimer, all of the things that I'll be teaching to you, these are the things that works for me and I've learned in the industry from different mentors, even mentors here in JA Philippines.

And what works for us might not work for you. But what I can say, this... warning is why not try it first okay okay are you guys still there if you guys are still there there can you please just type in letter l for me to know that you guys are still there okay good job thank you very much okay i hope that we are in the same page ayan thank you thank you very much okay so that is all about me But this session is not all about me. It's all about you guys.

All right? So in social media marketing, or when it comes to pag pinag-uusapan natin ang company, okay? Or if we're talking about a business, we have three sectors that we really have to focus.

First is, what is all about your brand? Hold on. Okay. What is all about your brand? Who is your audience and who is your competitor?

This is very important. Why? Because from here, if you will focus on these three things, your company's direction will be clear. So when we say brand, you have to identify first, what are the objectives?

When we say objectives, what is all about your business? What is your mission and vision? I don't know if you can still remember. Okay, that yung unang assignment sa inyo ni JA Philippines or ng anyone here, okay, from JA is to identify first what is your company name, what is your company all about, what is your mission and vision because that is the foundation of a business for you to have a clear objectives of what is the purpose and what is your product. all about.

And I hope, okay, all of you guys, everyone here, you have a clear vision and mission and purpose of your business. So, you know, there are a lot of businesses that are arising now. But if you notice, there are a lot of brands that didn't last long.

Okay. Why? Because they don't have any clear vision. They don't have any clear mission of what their product is all about.

And that will be my encouragement to you this morning. Again, yes, it's a requirement for you to finish your business plan because of your grades or you can't graduate. But I want to encourage you to take this with all of your heart because at the end of the day, you are the one who's going to be benefit in this sector.

And of course, when we say brand, appearance. So, how do you like... What do you want to be invoiced out of? when it comes to the appearance.

So, kaya very important yung packaging. I don't know if you can relate with me. There are products, no?

Na hindi naman ganun ka-quality yung product nila, pero nakakatch tayo when it comes to the appearance, when it comes to the packaging itself, okay? So, it is very important, okay? Merong, for example, sa food na lang, di ba? Mukha siyang masarap eh. Pero pag tinikman mo, ay, ang tabang.

Okay? Ay, ang pait pala. Okay?

And that is how important it is, okay, to have an appropriate appearance of your product. And the goal will always be, kahit from afar, okay, madi-distinguish na, uy, ito yung product ko. Uy, ito yung refined nature spices.

Okay? So is that clear? Again, when it comes to the brand, if we're going to talk about branding, you have to really have a clear objective. You really have to have an appropriate appearance. Okay, appearance in the sense of...

presentation of the food, presentation of the booth, okay? Kapag magkakaroon na kayo ng, what do you call that? Yung program sa school na you can sell, okay?

Bazaar, ayan, bazaar. And then at the same time, it is very clear. One of the foundation also of the brand or of the company is the values, okay? So may iba kasing mga brand, okay, na ang ganda nila sa una.

Pero nung lumalakas na yung benta nila, nagiging low quality na yung product. Tinitipid na siya. And I don't know if you have experienced that kind of businesses or food, okay? Or something na okay sila dati.

Okay, kuwari yung dishwashing liquid. Okay sila dati, mabula sila dati. Pero nung tumatagal na lumakas na sila, nakilala na sila, para nagiging low quality. So we really have to have a firm values of our product. Okay, honesty.

Yes, it's true. Honesty is the best policy. Okay, very cliche.

Okay, but in the business industry, it is true. Okay, have a consistent when it comes to selling processes. Sorry, have a consistent when it comes to the quality of your products.

Because people will return because of the quality, not only for the customer service. But of course, customer service is very important. but the quality of the product.

So, hayaan natin na yung produkto natin mismo yung magbenta sa sarili niya. Why? Because it's a premium one.

It's a quality one. Hindi tinipid. Okay? Sabi nila, at the same time, hindi dinaya.

Tone. Okay? When it comes to tone, marami kasi siyang pwedeng aspect.

Tone when it comes to the color tone. Okay? Or tone when it comes to the way on how we give business speech. Okay? The way kung paano natin siya nilalagay or dinidisplay in social media.

But that will relate to the identity, okay? When it comes to the identity, what are the color palette that you guys are using? For example, sa brand namin, once na naging kulay yung green, light green, and then brown, for me, from afar, I can say that, oh, it's refined, okay? Even the radiant ko.

After this one, if you can check our brand at the same time, okay? I just put the same logo of Refined Nature Spices and Radiant Coke. Not to confuse the customer, but so they will know that it is related. It's a different logo, but at the same time, it has a relationship.

So that is the identity. I know we have a lot of competitors in the industry. I know that we have a lot of competitors when it comes to the wellness industry.

But. I identify our brand when it comes to the branding itself, like the packaging. We just focus on the amber and black color when it comes to packaging and even on the, what do you call it, labelings. So we maximize when it comes to the detailing of our labels.

The sticker that we put, the information. So our team is a minimalist one. kung yung aming competitors are very colorful, iba-iba yung font, sa Refined Nature Spices, we just focus on colors ng branding namin. We just focus on the fonts and we just focus on the minimal photos para lang to showcase to our customers that these are the raw materials of our product.

Okay? So later you will... understand more guys why am i saying these things okay because later i'll be teaching you on what and how you are gonna post in social media okay and before i'll be jumping into our next one as that um i hope okay uh you are learning something when it comes to the branding because again if you will be having a fair foundation when it comes to your brand everything else will just follow okay is that clear if that is clear to you can you please just type in letter c into our chat box for me to know that you guys are still there and we are on the same page there you have it thank you thank you very much okay so for example bubble bisko.

Ano ba ito color? Ako pag naisip ko, bubble bisko. Hindi ko pa man nakikita yung inyong logo, but I'm expecting that this will be a blue one, and then with bubbles ba yung logo natin? Or when it comes to the flexi flask ko, for me, pagkabasa ko, I can parang my imagination will be like kulay brown yung logo, ganyan. Because it's a rattan flask holder bag, so I don't know.

Okay. There. So, yun. For example, tinabi, magkakatabi yung aqua flas, ayan yung iba't-ibang mga flas. And then, nandun yung ratan.

Make sure na from afar, malalaman na natin, oh, it's flixy flasco. Okay? Or pagdating sa mga coasters na cover, or it's matahong ko.

Okay? So, that is very important. Okay.

So, moving forward, of course, after identifying our brand. we have to focus on the other part, which is our audience. Okay?

If we say audience, it is also our target market. So there are a lot of people who are misconceptualizing. Okay? If we say target market, they think everybody is their customer. But it's a wrong concept.

Okay? It's a wrong mindset because not everyone will love our products and we cannot sell our products to everybody. So for example, yung Pampers, na brand na diaper.

Yes, may pang-adult na, I believe so, sa brand ng Pampers. Hindi ako nagkakamali. Pero may demographics.

Merong ages. Kaya pag small, meron na silang newborn. Ang target market nun, newborn lang. Pag 1 to 3, ang target market nun, 1 to 3 ages ng bata.

But when we say Pampers, it is all about diaper ng mga bata. But of course, as time goes by, nagkakaroon ng innovation. Kasi syempre inaaral eh, continuous study kasi pag nasa business industry. So, na-figure out nila na okay kapag naging adult ka, okay, kailangan mo na ding mag-diaper.

Okay? Alright. So, it is very important.

Okay, so we have four divisions when it comes or when we are talking about target market. First is geographic, psychographic, demographic, and behavioral. So if you can just take this one, a photo, okay, for you to be clear. Very basic here is demographic.

What are the ages, okay, that is, what are the ages of your target market? or what age range is your ideal customer. For example, sa Floss, sa Ratan Floss, ano ba itong mga teenagers ba ito?

Okay, yun ba yung target market? So you have to identify. Kasi yung magiging ataking ng ating social media posters ay yung mga pang millennials or pang Gen Z. Depende. Again, if you will be having a clear vision of your target market, it will be easier for you to identify and what will be the direction of your product.

Okay? The gender of your ideal customer. For example, si Babol Co.

Ang kanyang talagang very manly, okay, yung kanilang branding. Siyempre, hindi sila maglalagay ng color pink sa posters. Diba? Napaka opposite direction naman yun.

But, it is very important for you guys to identify gender of your ideal customer. Pero hindi ko naman sinasabi na close lang into girls or into men, into boys. For example, sa amin, our target market, wala kaming any gender. But it's very important for us, yung ages.

Kasi hindi naman pwedeng gumamit ng mga, what do you call it, balls, mga massage oil, yung mga babies. Okay, hindi naman nila mahilot yung sarili nila or maglalagay sila dito sa tendan sila. Okay?

But for us is, yung colors namin ay pwedeng pang babae or pwedeng pang lalaki. So hindi siya nagdadiverse into gender. But it is very important also, guys, do not forget that income is an...

is also very important because this is where you will arrange For example, your target market is teenager. But your one flash is 500 pesos. So, too good to be true. Okay, they can do it.

It depends, maybe. For example, those in St. Louis are really rich, right? Okay.

Okay, so, your price range will really depend on your target market. Others, they can't hit market. Okay.

This is your target market. And it's so big or expensive that you're selling it. But if we notice, there are brands that are so good.

For example, Scented Candle, the Yankee Candle. I can guarantee you guys, the quality is really good. But not everyone can buy or can afford. But there are some people who buy.

Why do they stick to their raw materials, with the quality of their products? Because not all of them are their target market. and there are perfect or right target market na bibili sa kanila. Pero ang tagal nila in the industry, bakit?

Nasusustain eh. Kasi they know their direction, they know their brand. At hindi nila bababaan yung quality para maabot yung lahat ng target market or lahat ng customer. So that will be my, what do you call it, reminder to you guys. Okay, so really identify.

who is your target market? Because not everyone is your target market. Okay? And at the same time, behavioral, okay? What is their interest?

Spending habits? How do they buy goods? When do they buy goods?

What benefits do they hope to have from purchasing? So, when we say behavioral, for example, when you identify the target market, our target on our brand, our target market, our people, people who are already working. Busy people. And at the same time, people who love spa.

But they don't have time always to go to spa because of their busy schedules. So that is their interest. And when it comes to spending habits, we know that people who can set aside budgets to go to spa, they can also buy some external, okay, external essentials where they can use. habang hindi sila nakakapunta pa sa spa. And of course, knowing yung mga target market namin, they are really buying through Shopee.

They are using their credit cards to purchase this one kasi na professionals na yung target market namin. And then at the same time, most probably once a month, they can buy because they're now working. So lahat ng mga ginagawa namin, we have our own website where they can purchase. They can use their credit cards.

And then at the same time, we know that they don't have any time, okay, to go to the mall. Kaya we work online. Para they can just have one click, okay, to buy or to purchase our product.

And then it madi-deliver na siya sa bahay nila or sa office nila. So it is very important for you guys to study the lifestyle, which is I'll go here in psychographic, the lifestyle and the rest values. And of course, type of...

goods do they like? Maibang mga customers, gustong-gust nila nag-unboxing. Okay?

Kaya napapabili yung ibang tao. Especially yung mga Gen Z ngayon. Bumibili sila ng products because of the packaging na binibili nila. Okay?

So if your target market are Gen Z types, okay, yung mga Instagramable people, or yung mga mahilig mag-Instagram pala na tao, of course, pag-tutunan nyo ng pansin, yung packaging. kung paano at kung gaano ka-aesthetic yung packaging itself. Because that is the values of your target market.

I hope everything is so clear to you guys. But of course, geographic, when it comes to cities, saan ba itong mga nakatira? Baka naman tinitingnan nyo yung Mindanao, pero wala kayong access to deliver there.

So, sayang. Okay? State population, how...

to reach ideal customer who is your competition. You know, in the business industry now, people are so blessed because there's Shopee and Lazada. They don't need to build their own website for them to be able to cater nationwide customers.

So my suggestion to you guys is to maximize marketplace, Instagram marketplace, Facebook marketplace, or even the Shopee and Lazada for you to be able to cater your customers nationwide. Okay, because geography... is very important. But make sure if you are... going to target the market nationwide make sure also you have an access to deliver your products in their areas okay i hope everything is clear are you still there guys if you are still there can you please just give me a heart reaction for me to know before i'll be forwarding to the next one okay thank you guys so much okay um later we'll be having our q a portion okay So just let me know if you have any clarification or if you want any suggestion as well.

So lastly, okay, sa pangatlong division, okay, that we really have to focus here is number one, again, brand. Number two is we have to focus on our audience. And number three, we have to focus on our competitors.

Sino ba yung mga competitor natin, okay? In your grade 12 business plan, okay? You really have to identify your competitor. Why? Because you will be having a competitor analysis.

When we say competitor analysis, you will study, you will analyze your competitor. How much is their sales? How do they post? How do they deliver?

How do they sell? What are the marketing materials they use? If you will notice, what they call this one, the fast food, for example, Jollibee, Macdo, Burger King, ano ba yung may mga burger, okay?

Army Navy kasi it's a different type na kasi medyo malayo na yung price range lang. Mga ganun. Fast food muna tayo.

Mapapansin nyo, kapag may bagong lab, kuwari mix and match na lang. Very simple. Si Jollibee nagkaroon ng mix and match.

Pero si Macdo meron na rin mix and match. Okay? So ganun. You know, in the business industry, kung sa school bawal yung kopiahan, okay? But in the business industry, as much as possible, if you can copy and read, you just need to reflect on what's the trend right now or how your competitor should market.

But make sure that when you do, you also have your own branding on how you're different. For example, in the mix and match of McDo, it's a different one when it comes to the pricing, when it comes to the food that's mixed and matched. It's different. But the concept of mix and match, the concept of the food, It's just the same. Okay?

So keep an eye on what they are doing. Okay? That's all I can say. Very short and simple when it comes to competitor analysis.

Okay? Keep an eye on what they're doing. I still remember the time when I conceptualized a content plan for Refine before.

I always watch the posts of my competitors. Okay, 999. For example, kaka-99 lang. For sure, bago mag September 9, maglalabas na yun ng mga posters that they have their fresh shipping promos.

Meron silang buy one, take one. Or people can buy their products ng 9 pesos lang. Or buy one and get the second product into 9 pesos lang.

So that will be possible. And that are the promos na kailangan yung maintain. Kasi kailangan yung sabayan. yung competitor nyo.

Keep an eye to their website, social media presence, marketing campaigns, okay, sales strategies, and of course, their business model. Mapapansin nyo, okay, bakit ang nakinambenta nung competitor namin? Baka kasi nagkukulang kayo when it comes to social media presence.

Baka, pag naghanap, for example, pag naghanap ng soap bottle, yung mga customers, mas nakikita yung competitor nyo kaysa sa inyo kasi wala kayo masyadong presensya pagdating sa social media. Okay? Or baka pagdating sa marketing campaigns, sales strategies, baka medyo mabagal tayo dito.

Kaya mababa yung benda natin. And we have to focus on these things for you to be able na makikipagsabayan with your competitor. Okay? And speaking of social media presence, these are the main topic that we are going to have this morning. So,...

In social media marketing, we're going to study three things. What will be your approach? Okay, hold on.

What will be your approach? Okay, hold on. And of course, your engagement.

At the same time, yung isa pa na i-discuss ko later. So we have just three things. And of course, all of the things that I'll be giving you as an example is our brand.

Siyempre, kasi ayoko nang gumamit na iba pang brand. So, I might be wrong with the information they have. But then again, just to recap, there are three divisions that you have to focus first. Your brand, your audience, and your competitors. But on how to have a right approach, on how to have a right social media presence, okay, these are the things that we are going to talk about.

First is you have to have a quality approach. You know, in the business industry, in the sales industry, you'll notice that when you go to the S&R, when you go to the grocery, there are people who approach us for freebies, free taste, and that is approach. When we say approach, okay, normal, literal approach so that you can get the attention of the customer.

Right? When there are free tastes in the grocery, Hi, Mom, excuse me. Would you like to try yung bago po naming labas?

Okay, yung mga sausage normally pinapa free days or milk, diba? They are approaching us. But of course, sa online and even the social media, hindi ka naman pwede magvideo, hi, hi, everybody.

Okay, but we are going to approach our customers in the social media when it comes to on how we post, on how we build our posters. Okay, so first is the poster. Okay, nakakakatch ng attention.

ng isang tao kapag maayos yung poster. Okay? Diba? Yung hindi ka naman bibili, pero because of the wordings, because of the photos that was posted on that business page, nakakatch yung attention natin.

And that is approach. Okay? And it's very important in the branding.

Okay? Or sa ating posting in social media is for you guys to have your own mood board muna. Hindi pwedeng iba-iba kulay. This is our logo in Refine.

Okay. As you can see, these are the color palette that we have. But mostly, ang ginagamit namin pag nagpo-post kami sa social media are just the color of brown, green. And when it comes to our font, ito lang.

Tatlong font lang. Yung ginagamit namin, Century Gothic, Lemon Milk, and Montserrat. Even the posters, invitations that we are posting online, these are only the three. fonts that we are using.

Even on our letterhead, ito lang talaga because this is our brand. When it comes to the color palette, these are only the colors that we are using. And if you don't have any brand book or if you don't have still any mood board, so after this one, have your team to have a meeting with you and then identify your mood board kasi dito lang iikot. Yung colors, yung ipopost nyo, okay? Yung gagamitin nyo, okay?

Para hindi nanilito. Because, you know, my goal is, kahit dumaan lang ako sa page ng tao, pag tumatak sa kanila yung color palette or even our mood board, they can identify. Even hindi nila nakikita yung Refine na logo, they can really identify, oh, this is Refine already. Okay? And that is my goal.

Okay? And of course, sa poster natin, hindi lang basta may ma-post. Our goal is to showcase the company's branding, products, and community.

And of course, devote more space to images than to text. We all know kapag masyadong maraming binabasa sa poster, hindi na siya papansinin. Mapapansin niyo sa social media, isang malaking photos lang.

Tapos may text lang na malaki, and that's it. So meron naman na mga nagpo-post. Puro type. Okay? Puro wordings.

Which is, naniniglek na siya. Kasi yung mga tao, tamad talaga magbasa sa social media. Gusto nila, isang tinginan lang, gets na nila. And that will be your goal.

That is how you have to approach people in social media. Okay? Yung boogsh agad.

No? Pagkakita ng poster, oh, okay, ito pala yung product ni Bubbles. Ah, ito pala yung product ng Flass.

Okay? So, is that clear, guys? If that is clear, can you please just type in letter A?

if that is clear with you. Okay? Make your designs visually consistent.

Huwag pa bago-bago. Huwag yung color orange. Ngayon, bukas kulay green.

Bukas naman kulay ano. I-post naman natin ganito. Malaking letra naman.

Bukas naman sobrang minimalist. So be consistent. And make it creative and visually engaging.

So normally, nag-a-ask sila ng question. Later, I'll be showing you some samples. So here are the samples that we did. Okay.

Sa captions naman, When creating your social media post captions, this is the sample of what we've posted on social media. Think about what the intention behind the post. So there are posts or there are captions, okay? As long as there are captions, okay? But you know, now, AI is effective.

Okay, JPP, I'm sure, guys, you've learned this better than me. Okay? Because I only knew it, I think, about two weeks ago. Okay?

Sobrang late ng tita niyo. Okay. So, ah okay. Kahit captions pala, pwede na pala doon.

Okay. So, it works. Okay.

Meron na kaming two posters na I think gumamit ako ng GPT-AI. Yan. Parang ah okay to ah. Itutwik mo na lang siya according to your branding.

Okay. So make sure to know the intention. Ano ba ito magbibenta ka ba? Ano ba ito mag-e-encourage ka ba? Ano ba ito mag-re-remind ka ba?

Or ano ba ito stating the facts about your product? Okay, depende. Or goal mo ba makabenta? Okay, so here are the different approach when it comes to having your captions online.

Make sure it will be an encouraging conversation. For example, are you afraid of, okay, or are you... tired of bringing plastic bottles when going to school?

For example, in the class. Or something like that. That type of approach will be asking some questions that your customers or the people online can relate by simply asking questions. Okay? For example, in the refining.

Right? For example, you don't have any time going to spa. Okay?

Are you a kind of people who are who is a busy one who can find time to go to spa. Like, your nature spices is here for you. Okay? I hope you can relate. Okay?

So, include a call to action. Pag sinabi natin call to actions, yung tipong meron silang gagawin right after nilang mabasa yung inyong post. Okay? For example, take a step back and consider the following question. Why would my audience care?

Bakit kailangan? May pakelam yung customer nyo pag nag-post kayo. Would I have something to see if I saw this post in my feed?

Dapat ganito yung ganto yung dating sa customer nyo pag nakita poster nyo. Yung mayroon silang kailangan i-action. Na parang may kailangan silang sabihin.

May kailangan silang gawin right after po nila na mabasa yung post nyo. Am I giving my audience something to respond to? So kaya normally ang ginagawa ng mga tao here is nagpo-poll sila.

Asking some questions. Okay. Can you please comment down below what is your favorite like this?

What is your favorite scent? Like that. Okay.

What is your favorite color? Okay. Does this caption reflect me or my brand? So here are the samples that we did when it comes to call, when it comes to the caption. Refine Nature Spices'latest product.

This is our latest product. I think this is 2022. Okay. This is from Maldives.

So it was sent to one of our... customer. So since that time, 2020, sa mga papansin niyo, bakit naman antibacterial hand spray yung ginawa ni Ms. Reg?

Eh, akala ko bas pa yung brand niya. Because yung 2020 to 2022, we all know having your own alcohol in your packet, it's a must. Kailangan-kailangan talaga siya.

But of course, nag-isip ako na paano ma-relate? yung hand spray namin na yun yung in demand ngayon. That will be on our brand.

So, I made sure, no, na nagpo-formulate ako ng alcohol. Yung mga scents na ginamit ko, for my hand spray, hindi siya amoy hospital, hindi siya amoy may sakit, okay? But, pag in-spray mo siya, amoy spa pa din siya.

Okay? So, that is our brand. Kung bakit siya, antibacterial siya, yes, yung kailangan at the moment na in demand.

But at the same time, it will still be on our brand because the smell of our hand spray is honey lemon. Honey lemon. Yeah, honey lemon is one. This is honey lemon.

Yeah, honey sweet lemonade. And then at the same time, one is honey lavender. Okay, so it's still relaxing.

Okay, but this is all about advertising. So the intention to hear when I posted this is to advertise. Okay, but at the same time, time, pinapakita ko na you can carry our hand spray wherever you're gonna go.

Okay? Kaya sinabi ko dito, the antibacterial hand spray has been a great travel body in a trip to the beautiful Maldives. So my intention there, oh grabe, nakapunta na ng Maldives yung Refine, okay na brand.

At the same time, travel body, ibig sabihin, pwede siyang ilagay lang sa pocket. So hindi siya ganun kalaki. na makuhold siya okay sa airport okay but at the same time yung last one is make sure you're protected from harmful viruses even when you're on the go so we all know hindi na mapigilan yung mga tao to travel again because nga ng lockdown etc but at the same time okay lang gumala but make sure you are protected so that is my approach when it comes to the caption is that clear with you guys?

if that is clear with you Can you please just type in letter M for me to know, guys? Kasi pagsasabihin ko na ibang captions, ay, ibang itatype niyo medyo mahaba. Okay, thank you. Another example.

as this. Okay? Mapapansin nyo, dito sa first photo, wala akong any text.

It's just a photo na in-enhance lang namin. But on our, in this sample naman na next one, diba, sabi ko sa inyo kanina, ang colors lang namin will be green, yan, brown, okay? At the same time, even yung, what do you call it, yung font na ginamit namin, it's just two fonts lang yung nandyan. Okay? So, kills 99% germs.

Informational poster itong approach ko dito. Antibacterial hands-free set for only 199. Kasi informational caption or poster at the same time selling approach. Kasi imagine ninyo dalawa na yung mabibili 199 lang. Okay?

Tapos, ang caption ko naman dito is Refinature Spices hands-free is not your typical alcohol or disinfectant. With too carefully concocted scented scents which is a lavender honey and a sweet warm lemonade refined nature spices gives you the promise of bringing the spa wherever you go and that is our vision no that is our vision or that is our brand bringing the spa wherever you go or bringing the spa into your home but ito yung sinasabi ko sa inyong call to action so after nilang mabasa to syempre isipin nila ay parang gusto kong itry you ano kayang amoy ng lavender honey or ano kayang amoy ng sweet warm lemonade? Okay, at the end of my captions, I gave instructions there na para mag-respond sila na check us out. I-check nyo kami. Kung gusto nyo kami ma-try, check us out at www.refinetressfiles for only P199.

So that is the CTA or call to action. Make sure na parang uutusan nyo online kahit hindi kayo nagsasalita but through your captions and posters, your customers will be able to do an action after reading your captions or after seeing your posters. This is 2021 pa pala.

Okay. So after that one, it is very important yung contents. Kaya kami, kaya ako, mayroon akong ginagawang content plan. Example, from, hindi ko lang ata nalagay dito yung sample ng content. land code.

But in a week, for example, for next week na posting, dapat meron nang na-prepare ang social media marketing namin na to post na lang by next week. Hindi siya yung ipopost this week, ngayon lang gagawa. Ipopost tomorrow, ngayon lang igagawa.

Eh mahaba process for approval. Iisip ng captions. May for revisions.

Ang ginagawa namin, whatever na ginagawa this week, it will be posted next week pa. Okay? So if there's a revision, it's okay, it won't happen. But it is very important also, guys. If you can also have scheduled posters, that would be possible as well.

So when it comes to the content, you can't just have a product. You have to have a campaign for a week. For example, identify your goals when it comes to the campaign for a week.

Is it more about introducing your product or brand awareness? Or is it all about encouragement posts? Customer research, leveraging the right content management system, identifying what form your content should take. So these are the examples.

Let's take an example right away. So during our anniversary, I had a campaign. This is our first anniversary.

Okay? So 99 Anniversary Promo. Okay?

So what I want to approach here, even though I'm advertising the 9 pesos they can buy our product, at the same time, I want... to give an educational aspect when it comes to the posters. So since we all know 2021 still, alam mo yun, yung lockdown pa, yung wala pang masyadong bumabalik sa skwalahan or even sa offices, yung naging educational content ko dito is tips on how to have a better work-from-home setup.

Kasi mostly, yung target markets namin are working from... from their home. Okay?

So, three days to go. Tip, okay, tip number one, choose a workplace. Kung mapapansin nyo, okay, meron kasi kami yung product na humidifier. Okay?

So, nasa likod, tips on how to have a better work from home, number one, choose a workplace. It is really important noong that time na kapag nasa kamakang nagtatrabaho, nakakataman. Okay?

Kaya very important para magkaroon ka ng efficient na work. process. Our effective process is Pili ka isang place sa bahay nyo na doon ka pwede mag-set up ng table.

Pero nilagay ko lang set aside yung product namin. Yung humidifier. So maybe you can add up to your home setup yung aming humidifier. Okay?

Then at the same time, tips on how to have a better work from home. Get a suitable work, furnitures, and accessories. Diba? Pag medyo aesthetic yung kapaligiran.

Parang ang gaan. Ang gaan ng hangin. Ganong feeling. But at the same time, nakalagay dito yung scented candle namin. Maybe you can also add our scented candle as part of your appliances.

Okay? Very important also for you guys to create a morning routine. Yan, you can have your breakfast. Okay? You can have your coffee first, read some books.

But at the same time, maybe you can also use our roll-on aroma or EO's to inhale and exhale just to relax you and just to prepare you for the long day of work again. Okay? So...

I hope you're getting my point when it comes to the example. But at the same time, we are also a seven-day campaign. So three days to go, but we are also giving an information that the anniversary is near.

Three days to go. And then at the same time, it says here, you buy two same items and get the third item on the same kite for only P9. So we also show how they can save up. or this is our promo promo's all about but at the same time we also posted when it comes to our website kasi this time bago lang din yung website after one year pa ako nakapag-build naman sa rin yung website terrifying eh but yung yung for for the first 12 months that we have here I just use what do you call that Facebook Marketplace Shopee and Lazada kaya nung pandemic yung mga riders nandyan sa labas ng bahay lang namin ganyan so I started also my office pala into our dirty kitchen. So, hindi ko na siya nalagay ditong photos eh.

But, yeah. So, other topics pa naman yun just in case wherein I am really sharing paano nag-start yung company, paano nag-start yung pagagawa ng products, ganyan. Okay?

But that is not our topic all about today. I'm sorry. So, of course, type of contents. Ito yung minimension ni Ms. Reg. You can choose from educational content, you can use for inspirational content, you can use an interactive content or connecting content.

content. Depende na lang po kung ano po yung campaign na gusto nyo. This one, this post that we had is an educational content.

10 tips for better sleep. Wag naman yung puro products nyo na. Give something or some information that your customers can also learn apart from knowing your products. So 10 tips for better sleep.

Baka may mga tao nahihirapan magmatulog. And this is our educational content because related to into our branding. kasi nga our branding is more on relaxation, calming, spa, ganyan.

So for you to be able to have a better sleep, ito yung sampu. Now, maybe you can try for you to be able to have a better sleep. Okay? At the same time, after you are, you can have a quality approach, you have to engage, okay, your customers with you.

Diba, kung wari, kapag nagpe-free taste, after nilang ma-approach yung tao, habang kinakain mo yung sausage or iniinom yung gato, nag-i-interview yung clerk eh. For example, ano po yung currently na gatas po niinom nyo? Okay? Or tayo magtatanong, how much po yung isang kilo na ganitong sausage?

It is all about engaging or connecting to people. So it's very important pala, even on social media marketing, we have to engage, we have to connect to people who are reading our posts or our posters. Not for the sake, again, of just posting, para lang masabing nagpo-post kami. Okay?

competitions. You can have an engaging post. Diba?

May nakikita kayong ganyan eh. Or hindi ko alam kung nakasali na kayo dyan din. For example, win 100,000 pesos worth 100,000 pesos of this item by just tagging a friend, okay, or commenting these words, or posting a photos into the comment section.

Ang tawag po doon ay engagement or engaging posters or engaging posts. Okay? competitions okay so parang um this promo will run from september 13 to september 14 okay we will be choosing 10 winners okay to to win this 100,000 pesos mga ganon it's a competition and normally ang daming tao na sumasali sa competitions you know just want to share also yung pins and code lahat ng mga trips niya going to you different places here in the Philippines na panalunan niya lang sa competitions. Okay, yung mga tag your friends. Minsan magugulat ako, ano ba ito, ang daming nakatag sa akin?

Kasi tinatag niya nga yung friends niya, tinatag niya yung families niya, nagpo-post siya ng different pictures. effective too guys okay or for example like our page and have a chance to win 100 pesos a voucher so it's a competition that you can also have to engage your customers okay so polls and surveys you can you can post your videos okay to encourage them so this is one example of the questions for us to engage our customers for example what product from us would you use every single day as part over daily life. Okay?

So, yung mga customers nag-comment doon. For example, aromatherapy, balms, massage oil, etc. So, maybe you can use also this kind of posters para hindi kayo naubusan. Ano ba bang ipopost ko?

Ano ba? Ang hirap naman. Ganoon naman.

Pag naubusan na namang idea. Okay? So, another another ano also is engaging.

Ako hindi ko pa to natatry. Okay? Baka you can try this. Pero ang daming nakakabenta.

Especially TikTok. TikTok is the most is the platform ngayon na ang taas na menta. Bakit?

Kasi, I don't know if you can relate with me. Meron akong mga nabibili sa TikTok. Hindi ko naman talaga pinanong bilhin. Pero because of their product reviews through their videos or through live streamings, nakakabili ako. Okay?

So, maybe you can try like doing live. Sa Shopee, meron ng live. Facebook, meron na din. Everywhere.

Okay? Baka merong... sa inyong malakas ang loob mag-livestream. Bakit?

Kasi mas lumalabas sa FYP. FYP. FYP, sorry. Yung mga laging nagla-livestream.

Okay? Ibig sabihin, ganun sila ka-active when it comes to the social media. The benefits of having the live streaming is wider audience, run a commentary about your topic, and of course, you can have an immediate feedback. Okay? For example, what do you think of this, guys?

Is this like this or is it like that? Okay? Live streaming.

Okay? Hindi lang puro laro ang nila livestream. Even pagbibenta pwede rin pala, no?

So, next, of course, I wanna remind you of these things. You have to be consistent. Hindi pwede once a week lang.

Especially kapag may start pa lang tayo in the industry. So, I will admit, ngayon, sa posting namin, hindi na kami everyday ngayon nakakapagpost eh. Try a week na lang minsan.

Okay? Minsan nga, medyo matagal na. Okay? But, yung nag-run yung first two years, two years and a half namin, like, every single day, wala talaga yung palya.

We have to be consistent, okay? But disclaimer also, hindi marirange yung, yung, what do you call that? I forgot the word.

Hindi marirange yung quality of the product because of the likes and followers. Sa Refined Nature Spices, we are not actually selling kasi directly through Facebook. We are actually selling through our website. And we also sell our products through collaborations with different SPA.

For example, we are consignment. For example, we supply oil to SPA. We also supply to SPA their products. Why?

Because not all of the TITAS or target markets because it's ay hindi masyadong ma-Facebook in a sense na anong trend. Kasi nga tita na like 50 plus yung mga target market namin, seniors, ganyan. And kaya hindi yung approach po namin, hindi kami nagpapatag your friends, ganyan.

So na-realize kami. Kasi nga our target market ay hindi ganoon nag-work there. That is not their lifestyle. So napansin namin, masakabenta kami when it comes to the consignment. Naglalagay kami to different.

um, what do you call it? Spa, nung aming mga products and from there, nakakabenta kami. At the same time, pag may mga bazaar, yan. So, nagtiset up kami because yung mga titas, ay, they love going to bazaars. Okay?

So, best time to post, it is very important, hindi niyo matripan lang namin. Okay? Post na kami ng ganito. But, the best time to post, kahit i-research niyo sa Google, is 8am to 10am and 6pm to 8pm because, etong 8am to 10am, those are, it.

And this is the time that's free. In our target market, this is the time that our target markets are on the way for people who are going to offices. 6 p.m.

to 8 p.m., they're going home or they're preparing for dinner. So if you can post, this time is much better so you can have more engagement. But I'm not saying that you can't post on Tuesday. Okay, not at all. You can...

you can see how much engagement you have. Using hashtags is also very important so that when they receive a water flash, you can get out. Track and analyze metrics. You can see it here.

settings po ninyo sa Facebook page po ninyo para makita nyo, ay, maraming na-reach out sa ganitong area. Ito yung mga ages na kakita. Makikita nyo kasi demographics dun eh. Even the gender.

Kung sino yung mga taong nag-engage or nag-react to your posters. Okay? Numbers of followers, create content schedule.

Okay? We're almost done, guys. Do not worry. Okay? So, these are the samples of our posters as well.

Like, um... This is our anniversary promo. Buy two, get three for only P9.

So we are posting some photos. And again, you'll notice our consistency when it comes to the color and to the fonts. There. So, benefits. But then again, hashtags.

I'm using GoKavite because we are located in Cavite. Therapy, Calm, Aromatherapy. And then here is my... call to action, which is choose your variants at www.refineaturespices.

Okay? So, next is choose, check us out at, okay? You'll notice, I always have a call to action right after all of the information that I want to tell my customers.

Okay? Okay. So, that's it. Okay.

So, let's be connected, guys. But I think, um, I still have one topic Okay, 11.05 Let's be connected You can follow Or you can add me In social media account In my social media account It's RegPenyaFlor Anything that you would like to ask me Anything that you would like to clarify Or any need of help Okay, let me know Okay, just introduce yourself That you have met me here in J.A.P.P. For me to be able to assist you with But I can't guarantee you guys na makakapag-reply ako agad-agad. But what I can say is magre-reply naman ako.

But if you're not using your Facebook or Messenger, you can also reach me out in my Instagram. So you can also feel free to like or follow our Facebook pages or visit our website as well. Okay?

So, so far, ito lang yung ating pag-uusapan when it comes to SMM or social media marketing. I know there are a lot of questions that you can find along the way, but I'm very happy to help you out. Just let me know.

Just send me a message here. My name is Reg Penaflor. Because if you email me, it's a bit longer. But it's fine with me if you can just connect with me through online.

So that's all for our social media marketing. Do you have any questions or any clarifications that you would like to ask? If you have, okay. We can allot maybe minutes, couple of minutes with our Q&A later.

But for now, I'll be jumping in first with a jump. Okay, jumping in with a jump. Okay, do you want to do it? Okay.

We'll jump in first to our next topic. But this is quick, guys. It's all about GA Marketplace, wherein it's a platform that you can... So may I ask Ms. Alexandra to help me out when it comes to showing the screen?

Guys, background on how you are doing. Sorry? One moment, Zamba.

Alright, please. Thank you very much. Guys, if you have any questions, you can send me while we are waiting for Alexandra. You can just send me a personal message here on Zoom. or you can just share your questions here sa ating chat box, okay?

Para po, to your questions. So, I believe this session is exclusively for you guys. So, as much as possible, if we can maximize our time together, bakit naman hindi? Okay?

And there. So, GE Philippines. Go ahead, next one. Next one, please. We'll just focus on, yeah, here.

GE Marketplace, it's actually a platform. So it's like Shopee and Lazada, to cut it very short. Wherein, originated, or wherein, it was built exclusively for GA alumni, GA students like you guys, or GA entrepreneurs. So it was built like 2020. It's an e-commerce platform that focuses on the small businesses.

cooperatives. And what I love here in GA Marketplace is we have a very small competition inside the platform. Okay.

For example, so what I'm trying to talk about is, for example, If you research for scented candles in the GE marketplace, there are only four or three suppliers. Unlike if you research in Shopee or Lazada, if you type scented candles there, there are a lot of scented candle suppliers. So here, the higher chances that we can sell because the competition inside the platform is small. And what are the benefits upon joining the platform?

And that will be our next slide. Next slide, please, Ms. Salatan. Okay, here are the benefits upon joining the platform.

Of course, this is all for free. You don't have to pay anything. Do not worry. You don't have any royalty fee or no placement fee at all.

You know, with Shopee and Lazada, they don't have everything. Everything is all for free. Pero ang problem ngayon, masyadong mataas na yung percentage nila when it comes to the commission side. Yung binabawas kapag nakabenta. Okay?

But depende po sa inyo. But then again, you can use GA Marketplace. You can also use Shopee and Lazada. The most important thing there kasi is hindi na kayo manhihirapan when it comes to the delivery of your products.

Okay? And you don't need to be a very big company for you to be able to... to be part of the JA partners.

But by simply joining JA Marketplace, you are now entitled to be on the list of a JA, as a JA partner. And we all know the connections of JA. Okay, not only the Philippines, but worldwide.

Okay, but we actually support students not only from building their businesses or business plan, but we are here. Okay, JA Philippines or JA Marketplace is here. also to assist you when it comes to marketing your products.

But this is one of my favorites here upon joining JA Marketplace is even you guys are still students, you can offer a scholarship or even build your CSR program through JA Marketplace. So I'm going to teach you one marketing strategy. So there are students, they are using JA Marketplace. place as their marketing strategy. How?

Okay. For example, what's their product again? Sorry, para ma-mention ko naman yung imang mga product. Okay. For example, clay mag, okay, or tap coasters.

By simply buying our tap coasters, you will be able to help one student to go to school. So yung iba, they don't have any plan naman to buy clay mag or tap coasters. But yung customer na yun, she loves helping students to go to school. Talagang may heart siya into charity one. Okay?

So ang gagawin niya, okay ito ah, parang mayroon akong cup coasters, tos I'll be able to send one student to school. So it's a win-win situation. So you can use JM Marketplace as your marketing strategy to reach more people na they love helping students or anyone. Okay, for example, by simply buying our rice coffee, you will be able to to support students to go to school. So even ako eh, kapag mga babasa ko yung sa school, okay to ah.

I'll be having a chance to help them out. So maximize your marketing space not only to post your products where you can sell but use it as your marketing strategy. I hope that is clear.

If that is clear, can you please just send me 8 thumbs up reaction. Pag may mga unclear naman guys, pwede ko na maulitin siya later. Okay.

So next, of course, massive reach. We all know kapag nag-start ka in the business, sobrang hirap magpalay ng mga pages. And through JA Marketplace, since ire-repost kasi ng JA Marketplace yung mga posts nyo to your business page, definitely it will have a massive reach. Network support group, we all have here like mentoring sessions, we all have speakers right here.

But here in JA Marketplace, once nasumali kayo sa platform, you will be able to be added into the FB group or Viber group. Meaning, you don't have to wait for mentoring schedules. for you to be able to ask questions to the mentors. But we, as your mentors, we can just comment down below from any inquiries that you will be having into the network support group.

So right away, you will be having an answer to that question. Newsletter promotion every once a month. This will be sent via email.

And this is what I told you earlier. It's an exclusive merchant in every specific area. Two to three per brand demographics only. If you send candles, up to three to four.

Suppliers only. Hindi pwedeng madami. Hindi pwedeng pare-parehas tayo dito. Kasi nga, ang pinopromote ni JA Marketplace, it's an exclusivity. Then at the same time, this platform is only exclusive.

for JA alumni, JA students, and JA entrepreneurs. Alright? And cross-promotions in social media, for example, you guys are planning to have your live streaming.

Okay? And your likes are only a little. And when it comes to JA Philippines page or even JA Marketplace page, they have a lot of likes. So, it will cross-post automatically.

You will be just asking one of the coordinators. Okay? For example, Ms. Alexandra, we will be having our live streaming.

Is it possible if we can request to cross-post so that there are more viewers? Alright? So for our next slide, please.

I'm almost done. Partner careers. So this is what I'm telling you guys. You don't have to book your Lalamove. For example, yung nag-inquire sa amin, Tagamindanao pa.

Of course, Lalamove will not work. Okay? But do not worry. Before kayo mag-BSP, okay?

Kayo yung your parents always call you. For example, Denise. There, Denise.

You've seen me here. Denise, you have Shopee. You have this. Now, this time, you're going to pick up your costume, sorry, your career.

For example, for pick-up. For pick-up. So, it's fun to feel, guys. Before, when my office was still here in our house, there were riders for pick-up.

Like that. So, Everything will be provided to you. The only thing that you need to prepare is the quality packaging.

So make sure, of course, it's bubble wrapped. If your product will break, of course, make sure that you put bubble wrap or it's black. So everything will be handled by GA Marketplace. Okay? Next slide, please.

Commission. So here, you don't have to pay anything. But automatically, because of the CSR program of GA Marketplace, If you remit the money, it will be replaced by 3%. For example, your soap bottle bubbles disco is P150.

And the 3% of P150 is P1.5, P1.5, P4.5. Is that right? Yeah.

The 3% of P150 is P4.5. So, you should receive this to your Gcash account. to your bank account is 150 pesos na nabenta.

Pero bakit ganun? Baka magtaka kayo. Bakit ganun? Ano na lang? One-fifth.

One... Wait lang. One-forty-five. Yeah. One-forty-five point five.

Okay? Kasi nga po automatic na nakakaitasan po siya ng three percent. Okay? But don't worry.

All of the commission will go straight to the scholarship or to the... other CSR program of GA Philippines. Again, you don't have to pay anything, but automatically, your sales, your gross sales, it will be deducted already with the 3%.

So all of the things that you will be receiving to your accounts, GCash or bank accounts, is net sales already. Next slide, please. For our next slide, here are the simple process, but I won't teach you the step-by-step.

It's so overwhelming. ang una nyo lang muna gawin is to just sign up to www.jump.ph. That's all. Everything else will just follow.

Basta mag-register po muna kayo sa www.jump.ph. Next slide, please. Okay.

You don't have to pay. Sorry. You don't have to submit any other requirements. You only need to sign conformance na isi-send po sa inyo ng coordinator. you have to submit your company profile and list of the products.

So, ganito yung magiging process, guys. After nyo mag-sign up sa platform, kayo naman yung mismo mag-upload ng photos, kayo naman yung mismo mag-upload ng mga information, and even the pricing. Okay?

So, do not worry. You just need to submit this one para JA Philippines or JA Marketplace coordinators, ay may copy lang naman. Okay?

Next slide. Okay, payout. process, ito na yung pinakamagandang process. Okay?

Yung bayaran na. Okay? So, una-una sa lahat is, dun sa conforme, you really have to provide your Gcash account or bank account.

My answer is it will be depending on your team.

Okay? Not necessarily dapat sa finance account, not necessarily sa CEO account, basta anyone that will be assigned. Okay? So, there are a lot of students also asking, is it GCash po or any bank accounts? Any will do.

Okay? Kung GCash, GCash, pero isa lang dapat. Hindi pwedeng, this week po GCash po muna, next week po bank account naman. So, hindi.

Stick. Okay? Ang ilalagay nyo doon sa conforming nyo ay yung gagamitin nyo na po.

And also, at the same time, yung conforming, ilalagay nyo po doon yung pick-up location. Pag sinabi natin pick-up location, once namin nag-order, Doon lagi pupunta yung rider. So, meron mga ang tatanong, Ms. Reg, kanina po namin ilalaga yung address?

Depende po ulit kung kanina po ang accessible, okay, na place with your teammates, okay? So, every Thursday, okay, it will be a cut-off already. You will be receiving an email with a sales summary kung ano yung nabenta from last week.

And your job, okay, is to double-check. Tama ba yung sinansakin ng JA Marketplace Coordinator? Or parang kulang? Kasi ito yung benta namin, pero ito lang yung nasend sa akin na sales summaries.

And I want to remind you, baka magtaka kayo kulang yung na-remit. 3% po ay automatic na kinakaltas na po. Kaya tinawag po siyang, every Thursday, you will be receiving the net sales summaries na hindi gross. Okay?

But rest assured that every Friday, you will be receiving the payment already. Because our cutoff, is thirsty. Okay?

So that is how simple it is when it comes to the payout process. Automatic na marireceive nyo po yung payout to the registered bank or GCash account that you have filled up, okay, to your conforming. Okay? So next slide. Any other important things to...

Okay. Thank you very much for listening. Ahoi, J.M. Marketplace. Only the best for you.

I'm all good, Alexa. Thank you so much for assisting me. But then again, I will emphasize this one, guys. Not necessarily that you're not allowed anymore to use other platforms. But my suggestion is maximize GA Marketplace.

Before, I didn't know if up to now, that they're also looking at the range of how much is sold through GA Marketplace. And it has an impact when it comes to the grading as well. So maybe you can also use the platform to focus more on when it comes to selling. Okay.

So we still have time. Okay. Do you have any questions, clarifications that you would like to clarify? Or do you have any business questions that is related to our topic that you want to ask for some help from me? So feel free to unmute or feel free to ask questions if you have any.

And I'm giving back the floor to Ms. Alexa Cruz to lead us when it comes to our Q&A sessions. Thank you very much, guys. Thank you, Ms. Ridge. As Ms. Ridge said, we're open now for your questions.

So you can either raise your hand or send your questions via our chat box. Yes, guys. Feel free. Maybe we're waiting for questions. I'd also like to say that apart from the thing that Ms. Reg said earlier, branding is very important.

And as you guys can see, branding is everywhere and maybe the shoes that you wear or your bags, your TVs, or even the laptop store that you're using now, it has a brand. That's why, guys, whenever we see something that we like, maybe on social media, while you're scrolling on TikTok, talk may nakita ka magandang perfume or makeup or kahit sa personal pa yan we always ask first kung saan niya nabili or anong brand yun which is why branding is very important kasi ito yung nagdi-distinguish sa company mo from everyone else and in order to be known I think you have to have a name for yourself and don't get me wrong branding is just the beginning but you have to be able to sustain it through several marketing strategies. Kailangan kilala mo yung audience mo and you also have to be adaptive to the changing digital trends and make use of it to promote your products.

Yeah, I agree with that. Okay. Anyone?

Who has a question? Okay, guys, do you have any qualifications on the current situations that you have? Looking to your brand? If not so far, you can just send us a confirmation that you don't have any. Thumbs up reaction if you don't have any other questions.

So we won't waste your time as well. Okay, okay. I think Ms. Alexa, they don't have any other questions.

All right. Guys, if ever we have follow-up questions, you can either send your questions through a GE representative and then we'll send them to Ms. Reg and get back to you after. Now, that wraps up today's session. Thank you very much, guys, for your time today.

Now, I would just like to ask if you want to please open their cameras for a quick photo op. Thank you, guys. No, guys. Very quick lang. Just open very, very quick for the sake of photos.
