nora alibaban admin for land art studio sunrise as well as the moderator for today i welcome ar dr fazri who is our project manager lar azurina our landscape architect and her assistant miss lar mira from the consultant team next we have dr seifer aquan senior contractor from the company eastwood construction to number height and mr nasrul site supervisor from the company mb builder syndrome height for today's meeting we're gonna talk and discuss about the ongoing project on the site uh next mr first three can continue the meeting all right thank you adiba uh so assalamualaikum everyone so hopefully uh everyone is doing well as government cases increase within this month so to straight to the point the purpose of today's meeting minutes is to update and discuss any issues encountered in the side area for phase 2 at the residential park so first of all let me update everyone the latest progress of construction and fujiko resident standard 3. alibaba can you share this slide please all right so if you guys could see on the screen this this is uh the latest update for the progress of construction at putrikkov resident is kind of dream so basically we have passed the phase one of the construction for the entrance statement by so far there is no issue regarding in completing phase one so before that maybe someone can update the progress of their work so that we can identify related problems okay updating for escape progress for phase two we are currently installing the lampposts and have done the installation for gazebo the progress for planter box is about 40 percent and concrete paper is 30 all right that sounds good and cycle uh maybe you guys need to make sure the installation must be done within the estimated time so that there is no issue of attention of time next what about the soft state progress and they are early enough okay thank you versailles regarding the phase two progress on site for softscape the current status is that we are in process of planting the sharp hibiscus resistances and are expected to finish on next monday next for the tree planting we are currently working closely with the nursery to keep updated from time to time on the three species selection so far there are no problems with the landscape part doesn't have any request for eot and can proceed with the next stage thank you miss azrina so is there any problem arise on the side i've heard that some miscommunication among the staff on the side do you have any idea how to deal with this problem anyone yeah that's right at this site we have faced some problem involving our subcontractor workers there is no some misleading information especially to our foreign workers because do not understand well the local workers instruction since they just starting to be fluent in western language apart from that they are also not a good english speaker so it's hard for me to instruct them on the work which may affect the time of the project completion if the issues are resolved yes that's true in china's rule according to this miscommunication between the local worker and foreign worker the safety issue will be one of the side problems during my last site visit as well as what i can see some of the workers do not wearing the safety wear in the construction area in addition i can see that local workers have tried to rebuke them but obviously they can't understand a word so this is a big issue for this side problem because it is very dangerous for them so mira since our worker have an issue with safety where what is your solution to overcome this problem so the solution for this issue is we need to find someone that can communicate with the foreign worker or try to teach them the language that both of the workers can easily communicate without any problem or try to give them some instruction that they can understand easily without giving them feel pressure or confused that is one of the solutions that come out from my mind right now so maybe you guys have another method to solve this issue all right thank you mira in my opinion uh regarding to this issue i think if they do not understand all of your instruction you need to try an animated and approach in china's rule by explaining to them in terms of drawing method sometimes people like this more understand the drawing better than forward instruction what about you guys you agree in my opinion yes i agree yeah yeah yes i do agree with you in chief azrie besides do we still have any problem any other problem that happened on the side yup is there any safety issues that anyone can told me beside the safety vehicles eyes i heard another coping for our workers that is not the safety issues it is it is about our supplier from the governor enterprise who are sending the item without arranging properly to the proper space china's role could you explain in details uh what is actually happened that make the supplier do not arrange the materials properly because our work have been injured do to hit that material position all right yeah that's true uh say sharepoint one of the stuff keep complaining is to me too you go to the site every day for the science patients in azure yes i do but the method is we do not have a huge space to keep our material so the supplier from the gobind enterprise had to pull all the materials only in a small area that is on the edge plus the side area have a deeper slope it might cause challenging to arrange their materials properly regarding to these issues i had been thinking to use our factory area to put all the materials sending by the governor enterprise for a while since our phase 3 do not start yet i agree with that a suggestion to put all the material in phase 3 since our phase 2 construction stayed in progress yep that's better i think it is more convenient for all the workers to do their work also besides we can ensure safe place to store all the materials right uh i do agree too because all kinds of stain and aggregates need to be stored on hard hands background preferably as level as possible suit the phase 3 area which there is no any slope the ground of the storage space should be clean and dry with retaining walls used to separate the different aggregates well thank you from the discussion about miscommunication and the lack of safety that happening on the side there are various ways that can be
