hi friends um my name is govan and i come from a hospitality background and hotels being a core part of me and sales being a core part of me itself i was never familiar with marketing terms and how does marketing team works or how does promotion work so when i saw people working in marketing how uh prs happen how digital platforms runs and how a campaign runs it really excited me so um when this uh this idea of getting into marketing field field came into my mind i i went to google and i searched for a few of the courses there were two of the good companies that came in but then i saw craft challah the name itself craft shallow was so catchy that it's it's it got stuck in my mind so i just that time i chose to uh fill in the details and just go for the exam still i was little confused because uh there was some initial amount that uh the fees that has had to be uh gone for this course but then the scrap shell has such a good uh like a good process of uh paying back that once you get a minimum job offer uh you can pay back later in the form of loan so that was again a really good thing that came in in the past so so the process is so smooth that from the initial phase they they prepare you for what challenges might come in future so you'll you'll get uh they'll they'll put you across these marketing terms like uh cpa ctr because these are the terms that have not been you have not been listening to these terms before but once you understand the meaning of them so it's very easy and uh that's how you go about it so in the initial month you'll get used to these terms and how does the platform works like facebook ads and google ads so once you get easy hand on experience on these platforms you'll get to work on the projects live projects in fact so you can present your ideas and how does your mentality on thinking works for a particular scenario or a problem that occurs you will work on the budgeting part you will work on the marketing planning part everything that happens once you're done with those projects you will get uh your feedback from industry experts that's the best part of this company so these are the people who are working in the industry they know how this problem these problems occur or how these campaign runs so when they give you their experience so you really reflect upon it and you get to know that yes these are the changes that can that i can change or these are the things that i can learn and help me grow because so so hands like it's like a it's it's like it's out of the box what crochet has done for me so and uh so so once you get through these courses and once you proceed in the training so these the companies that come into krabs also again uh companies that a normal person who does not belong to this industry won't be able to get into those companies because i was coming from a hospitality background of hotel chain and uh i managed to get into publishers but like that's like a marketing giant not even in india it's across the world so even now when i tell my friends that i woke up publishers and who are working in marketing firms they are amazed at how did i manage to get from a hotel to a publisher's group and even into programmatic because they are they're still figuring out their way that how do we get ahead or how do we move ahead and in fact as of still still as of now itself there are a few of the uh lecturers who are still missed their lectures their thought processes what they used to share including issue and ganesh itself so so that's that's a journey that i have i've come through as of now and um yes i'm still implying it in my work processes as well because the human skills training that was provided to us by the moon and team was um excellent because you know you have to handle your stress and then you have to manage your life work life balance as well so the team has done like overall the team has done a great part to polish us for the industry and prepare us for what's going to come in future so i'm really really uh proud of uh taking this decision to quit my job and get into krav sara and then tell me finally entering this marketing industry [Music] you
