how to secure the restraint to the bed do not ever place it on the side rail this can injure a patient instead go down here where it's specifically designated for your strength you'll note it normally has a little person with a restraint picture at the bottom grab your two strings from one restraint loop it through holding it taut then secure the spot you will note here that i'm doing an over under type mechanism and creating a half bunny ear loop this ensures a quick release should there be an emergency need to release the patient from the bed like so with the same concept you're going to want to go ahead and pull your restraints taught like so hold it through create a little circle grab with your other hand do the under over and through pushing your restraint holding on to it and then pulling at both ends like this this creates a quick release restraint again as always comments like subscribe thanks so much for watching goodbye
