Q4 Product Strategy Insights and Recommendations

Q4 is around the corner and if you don't have a winning product already, you might be fucked. Don't worry, I'm here to save you. Today we're going to be going over the top 10 winning products to sell this Q4. Now all these winning products I found for you guys were actually using my product research method. If you haven't watched that video already, I'm going to link it down in the description. Go watch it and then come right back here. I give a ton of value so in case too many people have decided to run these products I'm going to show you, you're always going to find your own winning products with my product research method. I guarantee you're going to find a winner within 20 minutes of looking. using my methods. Unfortunately, time is running out for you if you don't have a winning product yet. The reason why I say this is because you can't just decide to start a brand new store, you know, three days before Black Friday and expect to get a shit ton of sales. You don't even know if that product is validated. You don't have any proof of concept. You're a fresh store. You need to make sure you have a product that can get you consistent sales already before scaling on Q4 and obviously for Black Friday. If you decide to go and sell a brand new product right before Black Friday, you're going to get fucked. I promise you're just going to get outbid by everyone who's already selling. that you need to make sure you already have a product that's obviously as i said getting you consistent with sales and you have an ideal target audience you know you've got to optimize pixel that is so important for scaling heaven facebook or tick tock ads whatever don't know your ideal buyer it's going to get become very difficult to scale so if you haven't found a winner already let's get straight into the video okay guys so it's actually the next day i wasn't 100 happy with all the products i found for you guys so we decided to add an extra couple more and these ones are minutes but without further ado let's find you can into that first product. Okay, guys, so this first product here is a three-in-one lip care roller. We don't really care about the whole fucking three functions of it. The main problem this product solves is it's a lip booster. Every fucking girl nowadays wants to have big lips. You know, everyone wants those fucking Kylie Jenner lips or whatever. It's a big insecurity in girls, you know, and it's something that we can fucking sell to them. Basically, it's just like an active micro roller and you roll it on your lips and I think it has some sort of oil in it that when you roll it over, it's some sort of growth oil. It's a pretty good product. You know, as I said, it solves everything. security and that's a very important quality we want to look for when selling products and also i just want to quickly mention to you guys all the products i'll be showing you here today are available on cj dropshipping cj dropshipping is my supplier of choice i've been using them for the past about three four years now never had a problem with them i love their platform so much definitely better than all the rest of the competition faster shipping times and honestly some of the best prices you're going to see but if you want to go and join cj dropshipping use my link in the description you guys can get a whole bunch of discounts on these products I'm showing you. Yeah, so what are you waiting for? Go sign up. So on CJ, we can find this for around $7, $8. So I usually like to do almost a 3X margin with my products. But you can't just blindly go and times your product cost by 3 because you've got to think about would people actually pay that much for it? For example, I said we were getting this for like, you know, I don't know $15 or whatever would people actually go and then pay $45 for this? Probably not. So I think people are good price point for this would probably be $90.99. Maybe with like a five or $6 shipping. Look, you could either sell this for quite a low ticket front facing offer and then charge a bit higher shipping in the back end completely up to you. I think that's probably going to be your best bet. You could also add some bundles or some upsells to this product by actually selling more of the oil that comes with it so i think it comes with one carton or whatever but you could sell different quantities of oil as well you know you could either have that as a bundle as i said you can have a cart upsell as well great thing about this product is that the competition is horrid okay their websites are disgusting this is the literally not even a good website yet it's the best website i've seen of this product it is quite new definitely like you can see it's pretty mid this company as well i don't they don't even have their product page they're horrible I saw this brand as well. Pretty shitty website. Must be honest. So there's a lot of things we can do better than the competitor here. I always say when launching a new product, okay. Especially if there are decent amount of competitors, you always have to find a way to be better than somehow, whether that's providing better value, right. Coming in, maybe being a little cheaper, you know, getting, getting the better offer than them, having a better website in this case, having better creatives, you have to find a way to almost one of them. Okay. Because if you do everything the same as them, you're probably not even going to get the same results, unfortunately. In e-commerce, obviously, we're all very competitive. You've got to figure out a way to be better than your competitor. But don't worry because that's going to be pretty easy here. The ads of all these companies are pretty bad. There isn't a lot of content for this product. So definitely, if you ever find a really good product like this, but there's not a lot of content for it, 100%, I recommend you go check out Vile Ecom Ads. They are the only agency I will ever use to get UGC content made for me just because of how good they are. And as you can see, there's some real big players in the e-comm game that actually use viral e-comm ads. They've been around forever. I'm never going to use anyone else besides them. They've always delivered the best ads, the quickest fulfillment time and actually pretty affordable. You can pay hundreds of dollars for some UGC content. Yeah, it doesn't solve an insecurity doesn't fix anything But it's such a wholesome product that if you actually send it to the right target audience Everyone's gonna buy this I was thinking if you could maybe in your offer or on your website somewhere say that a percentage of Your profits go towards like suicide prevention or suicide help hotline or whatever that would just Increase your conversion rate so much and actually maybe have the proof that you're actually donating I'm not going to say once you get one sale just go and donate all your profit there. No But if you start to scale up, get a bit of cash coming in, be a good person and go donate, you know, stick to your promises, I guess. But yeah, it's a really good hoodie. You know, dear person behind me, the world is a better place with you in it. Love the person in front of you. It's really cool. There's some great content around for this. Look around on CJ. There are other people selling this still on CJ dropshipping for probably a little cheaper. This is just the first one I found. So you could probably get this for around $10. So I would probably sell this for, you know, maybe like a $19.99 offer plus like $6, $7 shipping around that point. We want to try to stay around our 3x margins, you know, just by doing a quick search on meta ads. I found one competitor. It's pretty bad. Websites pretty mid. There's nothing really special here. So we can definitely make a better site than them. As I said, there's a lot of content available here. I think this product would do a little better on Tik Tok. So I would try this out on Tik Tok ads first, and then depending on how many sales you get, whether it's profitable or not, try out on meta as well. All right guys, the next part we're going to do is the two in one hair removal. Okay. Women's shaving niche is so fucking huge. Okay. I don't think you guys understand how big this industry is, right? And there's always new variants of these type of products coming out. So we really need to take advantage of that. Whenever you kind of see a new variant come out for a product that's already doing well, that's a very good opportunity to come in and actually start selling it. Okay. Although it's the same product and new variants might have different features, different selling points, usually isn't overall improvement somehow. The algorithm also hasn't seen it before. So you might get some better metrics, obviously meaning it's less saturated than if you want inspiration, this is probably the number one brand in the women's shaving niche. right now that's bleem i'm sure you guys have heard of it but if you haven't these guys are basically the first people to sell this crystal eraser and they have been absolutely cooking they're still banging in the sales they have an insanely converting site so come and take inspiration from them obviously don't take their content but inspiration for how their actual website looks go and look at the ads and meta ads library see what they're doing on tick tock and also make sure to get your own content all right and don't just go and copy and rip everyone's content okay you listen you didn't hear it from me but you can go and download people's content. If you cut and chop and change it up a little, you know, throw like three creatives, make it in that into one ad, then that's okay. But just directly ripping other people's content, bro, don't do that. Like you're gonna get such bad fucking metrics on TikTok ads and meta because the algorithm knows this content has been shown to it before. You're obviously not gonna be fucking profitable and everyone's doing that. So if everyone's doing it, why the fuck are you doing it, bro? I always say you gotta be unique somehow. But yeah, depending on how much you get this product for, you should probably be selling it around the $20, $30 mark, depending on the actual country you're selling to. I recommend doing all products to the States. I like to try Canada as well. And if you're struggling in the States, definitely go and test Europe. I say this all the time in my videos, the biggest amount of money I've ever made with e-commerce taking products that are doing already well in the US, moving it over to Europe. So always keep that in mind boys. Damn, this lady looks fucking crazy, bro. All right. This next product, again, not the ideal winner that I know I speak about, but. I think this is just a really fucking cool product, bro. I've seen a lot of people on organic do really well with this product, but barely anyone is doing it with paid ads. So if you can go and do this on meta or TikTok, I think you make some good fucking sales. But basically, if you don't know what it is, I'll play the video for you. It's basically like a chain leash. No, no, you put one. Basically, this is your chain leash. It's really cool. But yeah, as you can see, it's got a massive wow factor. It's something that people really haven't seen before. So there's some great content online, as I said. And you can just even order this product yourself and go do the same thing. I'm telling you, you're going to get the same reaction because people haven't seen it. Obviously, it's holiday season is coming up now. You know, we've got Halloween in a bit. So I think this would be a really cool product to sell for Halloween as well. People want to still take their pets out for walks during that. I'm not saying only sell this on Halloween, but it's a great time to sell this product. You understand what I'm saying? Yeah, it's a bit expensive, to be honest. Like this is probably way too much. So look around, see how much you can get this for. If you can get this for sub $10, go and run it. The next product is a slightly saturated one, but there are some new variants that are coming out with these types of products. And again, it's kind of in the sculpting niche. This product has been fucking... cooking on TikTok. 32 million in revenue. It's insane. Definitely. There's actually so much content now. So if you go and test a lot of these ads, test these videos as ads and see how they do. This product is signed by a woman. will always buy. That's a good product. If you can price this pretty well. As you can see, there's a lot of competitors. HeyShape is probably one of the biggest now. So that's something you should definitely take inspiration from. HeyShape have been doing these sculpting thongs, body suits, all that shit for a long time now. They literally started probably same time as me and they have outlived my brand. So I've shut my sculpting thong brand down now, but you can see the 79,000 likes on Facebook. They are cooking, bro. this is their website as you can see they don't really even have an amazing site they just have great product images and a huge selection okay so that's something you should definitely do if selling a product this feel you need to make it feel like you're already a massive established brand so just saying the one product with the one option is just it's not gonna work people are just gonna think why do you only have one product you know yeah but basically you just want to have multiple products okay Like it feels very much more branded, you know, and obviously these guys are doing at least a couple hundred thousand a month I remember checking them out on shop hunter months ago and they were still doing a couple hundred k a month So yeah, these guys are cooking. All right. This next product is a really interesting one. I've never seen anything like it I can't even tell you It's either gonna be a complete winner or it's gonna be a fucking flop The reason why is you'll probably get it when I show you this video. So let's just watch this quickly Okay, so if you can't tell what it is, it's basically the spray that shows you how much hair you have on your face because a lot of the hair you have on your face, you can't see, of course. And, you know, women want to be all smooth and glamorous and all that bullshit. So it's a cool product. I don't think you could sell it by itself, though. Yeah, I wouldn't sell it by itself. Maybe you can use it as an upsell, for example, another shave or something, the shave we just looked at. And also, I haven't got a product here. But I want you guys to go and look as well into the men's shaving niche as well. It's huge. You know, obviously you guys all know Manscaped. And they really need some good competitors now. Especially with Q4. People got to keep their, keep the balls trimmed. Keep the missus happy, you know. So definitely go and look into that as well. I've seen a couple products here. I've actually lost them. I can't find them. I thought I saved them, but I didn't. So go and do some research into that as well. I mean, we can see here it's got a couple sales. nothing crazy, only 20K. So, but that is enough that honestly, that's enough demand for me to show that people actually will buy it. There's just not a lot of content for it. That's why, as you can see, like the couple, there's only what, two videos over a million views. Yeah. So it was definitely, you could sell together with something. I think this one comes with razors as well, but if you could maybe sell that, as I said, with another shaver, you'd be good to go. But yeah, make sure your creatives, it is showing that this stuff is. All natural and it's not gonna hurt or give you irritation on your skin or something how it makes shaving so much easier No, this has really changed my shaving game or whatever. I think it's a good product There's a decent amount of demand. Just gotta do this one properly. Okay, this next product I'm sure you guys have seen it before it is mouth tape, right? and I think mouth tape is bullshit because just go and get fucking micropore tape on amazon for like a dollar, but People buy this shit. Okay male and females actually there's one that's called like queen mouth tape do some research into that as well guys They have been fucking cooking with it. Okay, so this mouth tape, right? This is mug tape. Of course, it's called mug tape, bro Anyway, so this tape is pretty good. Obviously you guys know how it works It's just mouth tape It can give you a better jawline stops you from getting sick as well because you're breathing everything through your nose and obviously your nose filters everything better than your mouth so mouth tape is good for you definitely um is it necessary to go and buy this actual tape no as i said go and just use micropore tape yourself but that doesn't mean we can't go and sell this stuff so there's a lot of good content for it online you'd be surprised how little people are running paid ads with this it's almost all organic so definitely go and try this out as well easy you can build a brand up with this 100 guys yeah as you can see 360 2k sales they get crazy commission but we don't give a about commission we're gonna actually sell this thing As I said, it's a good product.
