it's a beauty Pro and coach Greg Doucet and today's topic is my top five fat burners I'm also going to share with you my current cutting stack of all the fat loss agents I'm using to prepare for my next show in two and a half weeks alright so basically I'm not a doctor so don't listen to anything I say and just like pretend that I'm just talking about enjoyment and fun and just don't listen to what I'm saying just don't do anything I do and all that good stuff okay number five on the list is t3 t3 is a thyroid medication and what this is responsible for is your metabolism in the body okay so if you have more t3 you tend to burn off more calories and if you're low in t3 you burn off less calories your metabolism is basically how much calories you're burning up in a day okay so some people have high metabolism some have low metabolisms so if you have hypothyroidism which would be like a really low production of thyroid your doctor is gonna give you medication to up that because you'll have some problems like you could be feeling tired or cold and what happened on the other hand you can have the hyper version of that so that's too much and you'll be like one of these people that their eyes like stare at you like it just pops your eyes out there's like this is a medical condition and their eyes just come right out and stare at you okay and it can make you lose weight and make you feel shitty like sleepy tired all kinds of stuff like that so if your thyroid is out of whack you have t3 is too high or too low they're both bad okay so I've added this to my cutting plan three weeks out which is a couple days ago I suggest usually that people start at as early as six weeks I am basically trying to do this you know with this little stuff as possible so I waited till three weeks to the sin I'm doing 15 micrograms twice a day and what I really notice in 20 minutes is heat in my body so after I take it I feel warm like really warm like as if I had a hot soup or something really noticeable and so it's burning more calories and that is a good thing for me number four on the list fragment 176 that's 191 and it's odd not one person has written me about this not one I've got probably 5000 messages in the last few months not one about this one I'm shocked this is a great fat burner it's a peptide you injected subcutaneously under the skin I've used it for many years the first time you use it the next morning you feel leaner so a couple days ago I started I immediately was like yeah I remember this working it works this stuff is great it works okay fragment is a part of the G H or part of growth hormone that is responsible for burning fat so it's not going to build muscle and it's not gonna help you recover it's not gonna help with sleep and all these other things it's not gonna help your skin it is just going to burn fat that's it nothing else okay you can use the e around it's not one of those things your body gets tolerant to it kind of like if you drink coffee all the time you need more coffee caffeine to get the feeling so at first you can get away with about three-door micrograms then within weeks you're up into the thousand plus and you can do this once a day an evening before bed then you build up to twice a day morning and then before bed you can go to three times a day I'll probably do a separate video I'm not gonna explain 5,000 things on this right now but it works and it's awesome side effects some people get itchy like you inject it I don't know under the skin and then all of a sudden you're like itching in that spot it's just a normal injection type feeling and it definitely adds more calories and that's number four in the list moving on to number three clenbuterol so clan I just added I've started at ten micrograms and I'm now at 15 micrograms and most people are overdosing on this and take way too much and when I took ten I could really feel the energy I was like dragging my ass and then I felt like I'm not so bad anymore so it really does help one major reason clen helps you burn fat is because it increases meat non-exercise activity thermogenesis that would be the amount of calories you're burning when you're not trying to burn a lot of calories like when you're doing cardio at the gym but you're doing elliptical you're trying to exercise and burn calories so you're like forced to do it or you're squatting or benchpress whatever but if you're sitting at your chair like this and doing a video and you have more energy that might be like hey guys we're doing this video yes whoo-hoo you got so much energy that you're burning off more calories you're more flamboyant you're more move around - you're more like tapping your feet to the music head bopping in the car singing along if you burn 50 calories per hour more while you're awake well in 16 hours that's 800 calories you could burn by not doing anything just doing this more like just watching TV having music on and just bobbing your head - the music can burn like 800 extra calories in a day so clan if you have no energy like when you're dieting hard you like this that's literally how you feel it's miserable when you get shredded these things help you feel energetic and it gets you going and that burns so many calories it's not that so much the metabolism like t3 boosts your metabolism about how much like 100 calories a little bit fragment burns extra calories couple hundred sure that's great but you can burn way more with more energy move around and not feel like miserable garbage all day so you have a job and you have to think like I have to write all these diet and nutrition and coaching plans and talk to clients and answer phone calls and do all this stuff I can't be like I'm just dieting I can't help you man no you have to be able to like have a conversation and so these drugs help a lot with that okay clan also lowers your appetite and so if people are starving to death dieting which eventually you will if you get lean enough you know when you're 38 percent body fat and you start dieting you don't need Glen you're gonna get down to 18 percent without even trying just stop eating cheeseburgers every frickin five minutes you know it's so easy to lose weight people just eat like [ __ ] all the time to go from like your normal to like not bad that's easy it's it's once you lose half the weight the second half is the hard part the first pack anyone can do you just stop eating your [ __ ] okay then it becomes more challenging so so that's why clan is number three and that's why it's ahead of the other two number two is gw5 zero one five one six which I've done videos on in the past this is basically primarily an endurance enhancer so it allows you to exercise at a higher capacity so when you're training you're able to like train harder longer more calories are being burned while you're doing it you feel better and if you train harder and longer chances are you're gonna make more games more progress if you go to the gym and you feel like garbage and miserable you're not gonna train harder you probably train for an hour and go home and maybe you are supposed to go two hours okay it doesn't decrease your appetite though but it does give you a lot of energy and I do like it and so I added this in men it was at least a month ago I started at 10 milligrams and then now I'm at 20 I forget went exactly I started but I did this a little bit earlier clen I started a few days ago so it's only within the three weeks out from the show I recommend cleanse start no closer than eight weeks out I am NOT a fan of two weeks on Tooley at all I don't have time to explain in this short video and so you save these fat burners for when you need it when you have 40 pounds to lose the first 20 pounds is not when you need it you need jack [ __ ] you need to stop eating like a pig you just need to shut your mouth put the fork down and stop binge eating all the time that's how you lose the first bit of weight then it's gonna get hard okay you get to a plateau that's when these drugs and these things can come into play based on what your doctor says do not take anything without your doctor knowing only do what your doctor says cuz I am NOT a doctor so I'm just saying what I've done make sure you don't listen to me okay be clear on that so yeah the GW is gonna help it's gonna make you in more endurance and this is great next the number 1 you've got to think what is it gonna be it is any kind of fat burner over-the-counter type thing we're talking about any kind of stack of caffeine ephedrine guarana which is like caffeine syn Efrain you're him mine is a different topic it makes me throw up so I couldn't put it in my top 5 list when I hate the feeling of your humbug and I just just I just know I puke I literally throw up even on a small dose some people can I cannot so if it's in it then that's fine that's part of your fat burner but for me I can't tolerate it okay um it could have Dendrobium sand thereand any kind of pre-workout like like this like warfare it's got like caffeine and it's got Dendrobium and syn Efrain these are what we just called stimulants any it's a stimulant is in this number one category for me for those of you who are a hardcore and you have doctor's prescriptions you might be using adderall for example these things give you a lot of energy and decrease your appetite and increase neat remember the Bob into the museum from sitting around and you're gonna burn more calories doing nothing so you might think that you're not active but you're active by sitting around and moving around without even knowing it you have a desk job but your desk job is like you're just so hyper it's like you're one of those like you can't sit sit still like ADHD people like you just people age HD they're just moving around they have so much energy and it's blah blah boom and you're burning calories so somebody is gonna burn a lot more calories and studies have shown overweight people and in other like in shape people then see people who are like exercisers those who are physically fit those of you who are active and live active in healthy lifestyles in a fit and like train hard you guys have more greater neat expenditures than the fatter lazier people it's just you're in better shape and when you're in better shape you just burn more calories by doing nothing so you might both the the overweight person who's not in shape and you might go and do with one hour walk and burn the same calories but then when the walks done and you sit there you're sitting there and burning more calories than they are okay just that's one of the reasons why skinny people are able to say skinny more okay it's just genetically you're lucky but if you're overweight and you want to change that and you start exercising not low and not less moderate intensity stuff and you get more in shape and then when you're at like supreme fitness then you can do hit or something like that but the more fit you get the more calories you're gonna burn and you're gonna improve your metabolism okay that's how that's the key to this so just to summarize this whole thing number five was t3 so it's gonna boost your metabolism number four was fragment it burns more fat just part of the growth hormone burns fat clen burn more fat less hunger you know more metabolism up GW mostly more endurance burn better fat but you're going harder and then the caffeine guarana and a whole fed rings year-round you can use this before the gym I try to only use it before the gym not all day long because the more you take something you get sensitive to it but if you only take it to once a day and don't like overdose on it and these things like it's like take one or two scoops like start with the one and then if you maybe you can go up to one and a quarter one and a half one in three quarters too don't just be like oh I need two scoops new overdose okay not a good idea so that's what I'm taking this is it those are the five compounds of my cutting cycle that's preparing me for this competition in the past I would have done these much longer and more aggressively so for example Klan I've used as high as 70 micrograms a day which isn't really a lot it's I know a lot of people that start it like geez are at 70 in the first week so I'll probably get to like 30 this for this as all you need and I prefer the liquid or the pills pills half the time or fake anyway liquid you can really just do one drop at a time and it's easier to dose yeah and so the GWS helps with my endurance so I can go harder in the gym the pre-workout gets me amped up and I can train harder and so you combine all those and I am a fat burning machine yes all right so
