um I'm going to call a manager who is in the room who's been doing this thing also i'm going to come he's going to come up here and introduce himself his name is Alex ladies and gentlemen we're going to welcome Alex to the stage and um there will be a lot of questions and the questions I'll be reading them and I'm sure he'll be ready to answer those question after I read how you doing good all right you can introduce yourself say where you coming from and what you've been doing in life all right how's it going everybody welcome to Dallas welcome to LSSC so uh my name is Alex Alamayo or some might know me as IO uh other people might know me as uh Francois but I'm really not Francois um so just to address that I I am not I'm not the real the the true Francois okay i might look like him okay so the the question here is um how to change wallet address if you put in the wrong one so when you're signing up everyone knows when you're signing up to LSSC or you're signing up even on the Lightning Exchange you you go in and you bind your wallet to your address that you want to withdraw crypto to if end up binding the wrong wallet the first thing you want to do is reach out to Francois either the LTEC- Francois or the Francois the regular account um the if it's related to lightning exchange then use the LTEC address if not then use the one that's just Francois and Francois will be able to reset your wallet so that you can go back in and bind the address that you want to withdraw to and so if anyone doesn't know how to withdraw then what you want to do is go to the wallet that you want to withdraw to so whether that's the Coinbase account uh I use USDC Polygon a lot uh so you're going to Coinbase you're going to hit that transfer button receive crypto USDC then it'll ask you what network you want to make sure that it's the Polygon network if you select the wrong network as you heard from a couple people before me you will lose your money you always want to make sure you're sending crypto on the right network okay so you select USDC Polygon and then it'll take you to the next screen and it'll say make sure that you're only transferring to an address that can accept crypto on Polygon network you and it'll have a got it button at the bottom you hit the got it and then it'll give you an address to uh send it to so you'll copy that address go back into your LSSC account hit the withdraw button it'll have a a a code that pops up that tells you that you don't have a address bound to this uh to this crypto wallet yet then once you go in you go in you select USDC polygon and then go to the bottom and there will be a box where you paste that address into after you paste it there's a button at the bottom that you hit that says conserve conservation and that's how you bind your new wallet address okay um I think this one says "How do I know the uh team that I belong to so the team the team you belong to whoever signed you up that's your manager your direct manager or we call them captains until they have five people on their team then they become an L1 manager so the importance in this business is not just to uh to sit around and collect the scooter revenue although you could right it's good $154 a day times five days a week you get 77770 at the end of the week after withdrawing uh LSSC takes 20% that's $616 um it's pretty good money but the purpose of it is going to be to share right it's a sharing economy ladies Um the purpose of uh to grow and if you really want to take this business to the next level is to grow your team okay so once you become management level one you collect $50 every 10 days at management level two it increases to 80 and then pretty much from there on it continues to double until you get to management level 9 where you'll be making a generous $30,000 per month i mean if that's not good enough money for you then I don't know if you're in the right business so the purpose is to grow your team so you want to get five people under you as soon as possible and then after that then you want to make sure that two people under them get five people under them and continue to grow your team down because down is the way to go to grow it down depth with depth and wideness is not if you grow your team wide it'll take you forever and you might not ever become the management level three two two three four or five it's going to be hard for you to reach so make sure you grow your team down focus on uh if you if you have people still um coming to meet you and they still want to join the company then put them on somebody under your team to make sure that that boosts you to the next level so you can grow yourself to uh L1 pretty quick by adding people under you um but in order to go past that you need to make sure that you're developing your team so you need to help your the man the people under you become management level one then two then three as they become one and two then you become two and three and four and it just keeps that's how you repeat and grow and be successful in this business all right so LSSC is for everybody not just for uh blacks although there's there's probably the majority of us in here um but it's open it's open to everybody so and and you don't want to make sure that you just you know targeting a specific per uh you know community um but make sure that you cast your net wide right the more people that you share with the better the chances the better opportunity that you are of uh people joining so you present the the business to maybe 100 to 200 people at least if you get 15 to 20 people that join the business that from that sharing event then you've done your job right and that's how you begin to grow okay so uh if you want to upgrade so if if you join the business as an A1 and that's not enough money for you then save your money inside the LSSC account don't withdraw it save it inside the account because as soon as you withdraw it they'll take the 20% so continue to save your money inside that account and as soon as you have enough to upgrade to A2 then you can up you can make the upgrade at that time so how much does it cost to upgrade to A2 it's going to be the difference between the 49.80 80 and the 2180 okay the 2180 that you originally joined with now if you withdraw that money it's going to end up costing you 20% more right so make sure that you keep that money on the platform until you're ready to upgrade now to go from A2 to A3 um you should be a management level three or above and then you put your request in to Francois and make sure that you ask him before and and that it's approved before you just go and try to upgrade or it might not count towards anything any questions on upgrades also if you join the business as a A1 it doesn't mean that you can't help someone else join as an A2 so you're not limited by that uh that might be a misconception that uh that some might might have that you have to be an A2 in order to invite another A2 it's not you can be an A1 and invite an A2 so I guess I'll leave it i'll leave it there i'll call the U facilitator back up
