Home Screen Overview

• Upon logging in, users are greeted with the power home screen.
• Easy access to new features and upcoming changes.
• Users can provide feedback using the blue feedback button on the left bottom of each page.

Posting Loads or Trucks

• Key for brokers and carriers to advertise their services.
• Access posting screen via the 'Post' tab at the top.
• If no postings exist, the posting form opens automatically.
• Create a new post by clicking the green 'New Load/Truck Post' button.
• More details in postings lead to more efficient contacts.
• Weights are now in pounds; 'K' can be used for thousands.

Editing Posts

• Edit a posting by clicking on it and selecting the blue edit button.
• Update any field and click 'Save' to apply changes.

Managing Postings

• Manage postings from the top right corner.
• View all postings or filter by status (posted/unposted).
• Sort postings by clicking on column headers.

• Exact matches vs. similar matches (differences highlighted in gray).

Company Reviews

• Clicking on a company name reveals reviews, CSA scores, credit scores, and payment days.
• Option to prefer or block companies: preferred offices marked with an orange heart; blocked offices have a red no icon.

Audible Alarms

• Enable/disable alarms for new matches via the bell icon on the left side of the search.
• Alarm will chime for new matches if enabled.

Refining Search Criteria

• Use the 'Refine Your Search' pane on the right side for additional filters.
• Changes update search results automatically.
• Edit search details by clicking on the search and the blue edit button.

• Access powerful research tools via the toolbox icon in the top right.
