I work for the capin mar group based out of South Africa we're an outdoor retailer with just over about 250 stores we've been on this massive digital transformation Journey so back in 2019 when I started my journey with Oracle we were going from a legacy environment with majority of our systems over 20 years old and so have taken this the company during Co into a massive refresh of systems which has allowed us to Le frog some of our competitors with being able to take advantage of new technology data is King thanks to machine learning and AR and by doing the projects we've done our access to data will probably help us set us apart going forward we only use cloud firstly um we use the merchandising system and within that we use pricing allocations and replenishment um we use log Oracle WS across our warehousing space and then on the planning side we use both both Financial Planning and assortment planning we can fulfill double the amount out of our warehouse now than we did back in 2018 and our team in the warehouse is 10% smaller yeah I don't think we could have done this if we hadn't implemented the tools from Oracle I think they've really been the part that's allowed us to change what we [Music] do
