Then it will grow no further. Once you relieve that constraint, the business grows again until you hit the next constraint. So, this is how do you turn your business into an ads machine? This is how to take your face out of the brand. And so here he talks about the ads that he ran without his face and how he got out of the business. Lifetime value, how to increase the lifetime value of a customer. So Alex is famous for his acronyms and his frameworks of course and he's got the lifetime value LTV to CAC ratio which when you think about it makes so much sense. Again, it's just full of incredible easy to understand uh diagrams, the crazy 8. So, this was the thing that he talked about actually on the webinar that he's never released before. The crazy eight. How to double your marketing in under five seconds. Love that. My best performing hooks. Okay, so here's some little here's some alpha for you. My best performing hooks, 47.9% are statements. Then the next highest one are commands and questions. Lea's top seven hooks even on YouTube IG hooks. So this is just like a gold mine. Look at this. Oh wow. Oh wow. So let me read one or two from from these. So um Alex's IG hooks. If you want someone to treat you differently, you have to address it as soon as possible when they do something against you. That's one of the hooks. I'm at her parents house in an extra bedroom. I'm the guy she met from the internet that she quit her job for who's just lost everything. I had $1,000 left. Okay. Pricing. Oh, this is a thick boy. Pricing playbook. We've got double double your number of customers per month, aka cut cost to acquire a customer, in half. So, you've got multiple options. So again, just lots of really cool d easy to digest content here. Just raise the price. I see. I had a conversation earlier today with somebody and I said to them, bro, he pitched me a service and I said, "Raise your price. I just spent 24 grand on this bundle. I spent 30 grand on a bunch of masterminds before that. And here you're reaching out with a low-level offer. Make me an irresistible offer. Reverse all of the risk. Take on all of the risk yourself and then uh increase your price branding. So, look at some of these. Look at some of these. These are incredible. I love the I love to see that price raise. I didn't I didn't notice that half of these were in here. Um fast cash. Okay. I didn't know price price raise was a thing. The perfect price price raise letter. Everything is so tactical. I love it. Um and then we've got fast cash. And so at the beginning of this video, I talked about how I don't think that this is something that you should purchase. And and and the reason that I don't think that you should purchase this is that all of this stuff is incredible um information goed ads. This is the one I was the most most excited for. Right. Some of his ads are like they print cash. Yes. And so this is the first time I've I've heard somebody talk about this other than Sabry Subie and um in the book Breakthrough Advertising by Eugene Schwarz which I have on my bookshelf which is a $450 book by the way fantastic book but the uh the awareness pyramid where you've got different levels of awareness and the solution that you sell them needs to be congruent with the level of awareness that your customer is or your prospect is at. And so, okay, why I don't think that you should buy this, right? This is a whole bunch of information. And wherever you are in your business, I imagine that if you are, let's say, under $10,000 a month, you absolutely only need to take action on one thing, right? You need to do the core four, one of the core four every day, and you need to follow the rule of 100, and you just need to take action. And so Hozi talks about this a lot and he goes almost certainly if you are under a hund if you are under a million dollars per year the answer to your problems is just to do what you're doing and just 10x it right so just do more lead nurture and so I found that by putting out these videos I put out one a month or one every two or three months and it did like a little couple hundred views as soon as I started pumping putting out two of these a day. I just saw the engagement skyrocket. All of a sudden, things are flowing to me like they've never flowed before. And it's just by doing more and by taking action. And so, I think that is is the key here. And so, if you're looking for a magic bullet where you can just like implement some system or you can just implement some quick win and then sit on your ass and do nothing. it's not going to happen for you. And and I think a lot of people who purchase these programs and these courses, like I've had people reach out to me and say, "Hey, can you can I buy this off you? Can I can you scan the thing?" And I'm like, "Okay, there's a whole bunch of scans of these floating around the internet." Like, they exist and I knew that they were going to exist. And I hesitated before purchasing these because I knew that I could get the information. But that's not why I bought them, right? I bought them because I knew that if I paid $24,000 for this information, I would actually implement it. And so that's the difference between winners and losers. The winners will collect information, take take on that information into their business and apply it immediately. One of my most successful friends has already implemented like five or six of these things inside of his business and he's already made extra tens of thousands of dollars in like a few days. And so his speed to action is unmatched and that's why he's, you know, a multiseigure entrepreneur. And so anybody that's listening who just thinks they need more information, I can tell you, you are almost certainly wrong. You need to take action. And so this is part of the reason that I started the shipping society where all of us are coming together and we are shipping things out every single day. We are keeping each other accountable and we are shipping. We are taking action. We're taking massive action, daily action and we are trying to create as much value as we can on a daily basis. It's the same thing Hamozi was talking about with the pots. You've got thousands. You got a classroom that makes hundreds of pots over a semester versus one classroom that makes just one pot. Which one makes the best pot? Well, not only did the team over here that made more pots actually make more pots, but they made way better pots because they failed, they learned, they failed. And I'm just doing the same thing. I'm pumping out YouTube videos. I'm shipping things. I'm taking action. So, I want to challenge you guys to take action as well. That being said, I am going to dive into the rest of the bundle and show you everything that was included in the $24,000 package. Right. And so, there's stuff in here that is absolutely gold. So, I'm super excited to sink my teeth into it. And then this, so initially, this was the thing that got my got my attention here. $5,998. Um, and so it was a it was it was pretty incredible. The implementation workshop I attended and uh I got a it was a 4 and a half hour workshop and so you can see the video I made about this. It got some pretty decent views and I broke down the workshop going through all of the slides. Well, not all of the slides, but a lot of the stuff he talks about. And he he introduced something that I hadn't heard him talk about before called the Mosy 6. And he also gave away his VSSL script. So uh that was the that was that and then the launch blackbook is is something that I was blown away that he was giving away actually. So, it was it was this live only bonus. And this was the thing that pushed me over the edge to purchase. And I must say, um, just the scripts alone from this have been pretty incredible so far. This was the page if you recall. And so I have all of these screenshots, all of the access in the blackbook here. So you can see the um so the drive folders. These have all of the scripts like all of the landing pages. It's just outrageous. On top of that, it has the pre-launch guide, the sales flow, the events, the launch flow, the inventory, the links, and everything that you need, the email. Like, it's just it blew me away at how much work went into this launch. And then I don't know if you've seen the most recent video of Homozy's where he talks about how he's sleeping 4 hours a night and he's you know uh just before the launch and it like the amount of work that must have gone into this is crazy. Okay, so that's like the upsell one and I purchased that and um I hesitated at first and I purchased it and I wondered if I'd made the right decision. I started using the AI and to be honest, I was pretty blown away by how good this was compared to Chat GBT. You know, sometimes ChatGpt will tell you with absolute certainty that this is the way. And then you'll challenge it and you go, "Well, actually, it should be like this, shouldn't it?" And they go, "Oh, sorry. Thank you for catching that. Yes, you're absolutely right. It should be this way." Um, and then it completely like uh it completely drops all of its conviction. Homozy's AI does not do that. So, it's told me a couple of times where I type in things and then I've asked it questions around, you know, uh, strategies or offers and it's gone, this is the way. And I said, isn't it this way? And it's like, no, it's this way. And I said, but what if we did it like that? And it goes, yeah, I can see that, but this is the way. And so, I really appreciate that when an AI just doesn't tell you what you want to hear, but it actually sticks to its guns. Otherwise, you know, chat GPT will just tell you whatever it whatever you want it to tell you if you work with it long enough, which you know, I don't like. Just becomes an echo chamber. Um, and so upsell two now is the ACQ uh ACQ scale advisory. And so to be honest, I haven't had a ton of value from this group yet because I haven't dove into it uh as I only purchased it very recently. Now I didn't purchase this initially and I think that's a big regret of mine because I would have got another 600 books and I would have been able to give them away to you guys. He re-released it on this on this webinar. So towards the end of the webinar, he's like, "Hey, by the way, if you if you want, a whole bunch of people have said that they want access to the the uh advisory and they didn't have a chance to purchase it on the webinar. And so that's kind of the mentality that I've I've sort of tried to apply here. And you know, this is why I have created this group. And you can see like was it worth it? Well, the private group that I have created is already at $2,200 MR. So it's almost paid for the advisory itself cuz it's $3,000 a month for 6 months. And so I'm absolutely blown away. And so I don't know if I should be showing you behind the curtain uh for all this stuff, but I just wanted to be transparent with all of you guys because I want to kind of build this in public, right? And so the shipping society here is like the the the private community that I started because people were inspired by some of the videos that I made and they said, "Hey, I really loved how you just decided to ship it and I thought, let's create a community." Well, first of all, I asked ACQAI, "How should I monetize this this school group, blah blah blah?" and it told me you need to create a uh private community and um I asked it what should we call it given that this is the context and it's like the shipping society and I'm like brilliant that's a fantastic idea let's call it that and so you can see in here that there's already 48 members inside $2,200 MR which is crazy all of this in a week and a half two weeks um I've got we've got accountability here where if you're going through things and you want to be held accountable and you want to actually take action, it helps if you have a group of like-minded people keeping you accountable, right? And so, um, I started keeping myself accountable with my friends who are YouTubers, and they said to me, "Post two times a day. Post two times a day." And so, that's what I did. And the channel exploded. And so, it was only because I knew that I'm going to see these guys, and if I don't ship it, they're going to not respect me. And so, I think it's really important. I know it's really important. There's a bunch of wins um that have been posted. $8,000 in sales in three hours. Massive shout out, Daniel. Like, this guy is taking massive action. He's going to be a crazy winner. And then also, if you want to ask ACQAI some of your questions and your constraints and so I've been taking some of these prompts, whacking them to ACQAI, and just sort of helping out the community and seeing if we can seeing if we can solve some of the constraints that they have in their business, redo their offer. And I'm also picking people here to do one-on- ones with and break down their business where I'm going to go through it with ACQAI and put together a bit of a plan for them. So that's the idea of the shipping society. Um, and that is kind of a result of this process. And like I say, we're already sitting at $2,253 MR as of the 30th of August. And so the launch was 12 days ago, right? 18th of August, I believe it was. So, it's absolutely mind-blowing what's possible when you just take massive action and you don't hesitate and you believe in yourself. You you're not okay maybe believing in yourself is the wrong term. What I'm saying is when you don't know that you can't. So there's there's a subtle difference there where you don't stop to think what if I fail, what if I can't? You just go, well, what's the worst that can happen? Homozy is like, let's let's let's take it to the absolute extreme. No one's going to care. You're going to die and no one's going to remember you. So why should you care? And so, you know, I know it sounds a little nihilistic, but I like to come back to that place every so often because I'm like, you know, our place in the universe is just this tiny little speck. We've been put here just to um you know go through life in a very very short window. Why are we worrying about what strangers on the internet think about us? And so that's one of the reasons that I decided to ship things and uh and I think you should too. And so that's the whole ethos of of the shipping society. So that'll be linked uh the second link in the description. I'm running a pre-sale here for the next couple like 3 days. Like, like what is the value of that network in your life? What is the value of being surrounded by winners of that caliber that make your dreams like make your goals seem insignificant? I remember when like I remember thinking to myself that $10,000 a month was so much money until I met somebody making $100,000 a month, right? And so, you know, it puts things into perspective being surrounded by these winners. Even seeing Hozi make $105 million in 72 hours has really shifted my perspective on what's possible. And so that's that's been a really incredible consequence of creating this group. And so, you know, massive shout out to Daniel here. You're doing a fantastic job, man. But I just wanted to to sort of bring that up. So that like there's a massive value in having access to one of these groups. Um and so when I saw that the group that I created just kind of by happen stance and just by clicking a link and people just started joining. I'm like whoa what's going on? And then I asked ACQAI how do I monetize this? And it created this paid group and all of a sudden all this money is coming in. I'm like well I've just kind of paid for the advisory here so 3K a month is nothing. Right? So it's a it's a no-brainer. It's the biggest no-brainer in the world. Um, and so I guess the thing that I regret really is first of all wasting years of my life and business and struggles and problems thinking that if I did this by myself and I didn't ask for help that somehow made the journey more like more valuable or people would respect me more because I struggled than I figured it out by myself. But that's first of all, that's not the case. And the people that I respect the most like Hormosi, I' I've said this in another video, but he speaks like a 90-year-old billionaire investor who's, you know, started and sold a thousand companies. And the only reason he's been able to do that is because he's been a fantastic student and he has bought everything he possibly can to get close to people who are smarter and better than him and then learn and suck their knowledge and then implement it and take massive massive action and be the best student in every group that he's a part of. And so I'm trying to adopt that mentality moving forwards. And so if Hozi wants to drop a $100,000 mastermind, bro, I'm I'm getting whatever card's got a $100,000 limit on it and I'm swiping that bad boy because the amount of value that I get from these masterminds is always it's always a a gigantic ROI, but it's it's sometimes in immeasurable things. It's in the connections that you make. It's in the one piece of advice that you hear on a workshop and you go, "Oh my god, that changes everything." And then when you walk into the next sales call, you just have a different frame. You have a different thought process. And instead of feeling like I'm selling them something, you sit there and go, "No, you sell me. Why why should I take my time to work with you?" And so it's like these subtle things that often are the thing that that shift your business and you get that hockey stick. It's not always the information. So, I started this by saying that you shouldn't get this because it's basically the people that have been reaching out to me saying, "Hey, can I do this? Can I can I can can you know, can I get access to this?" I'm like, "Well, you don't need more information. You need to take action." That's kind of the whole arc of this video is that do I regret it? The only thing I regret is not spending more money earlier on sorts of things like this and not buying the $18,000 upsell when I was presented it on the webinar where I would have got 600 books to give to you guys. And so if I could go back, I would max out all of the the the upsells and I would purchase everything immediately. I haven't gone through these books yet, but just the connections that I have made, just the school group that have has been created like just the free school group and like forget about the incredible people who are joining here and the money that's coming in like ju the whole experience has been has been unbelievable and has been life-changing. And so I highly recommend everybody out there to find a tribe of their own. And you know, the money is a fantastic consequence. But do I regret it? The only things I regret is not doing this sooner. And I think you guys will regret not doing something like this sooner. So I want to challenge you guys out there. Find a group of entrepreneurs that keep you accountable. If it's not the shipping society, you know, it is what it is. If it's not this team, if it's not this group of people, it is what it is. You know, there are already people making massive wins in here and keeping each other like it's just ridiculous. If you're under a million dollars a year, you don't need more information. You need to take more action. And so that's why you shouldn't purchase this. And the only thing I regret is not purchasing it sooner. And I think you will do the same. So this is my public service announcement to everybody. Acquire as many skills as you can. Get to a point where you're competent enough. Go out and do a 100 minutes a day of 100 days of one of the core four in Homozy's lead book and ship it. Take action. Take massive action and don't stop. That's it. That's it. What do you want to What else do you want? like I if you like that mentality, I want to create a challenge around that 100 minutes for 100 days uh one of the core four.
