- Choose an easy-to-find location such as your desktop or a dedicated folder.
- It is recommended to create an "R" or "stat 212" folder for organization.
- Name your file descriptively (e.g., "lab1_q1") for easy identification.
Inserting Images into Word Documents
- Open your Word document and use the "Insert" tab.
- Select "Pictures" and choose "Picture from File."
- Navigate to the folder where you saved your image to insert it.
- Double-check the file path if you cannot locate your image initially.
Image Cropping and Formatting Tips
- Crop your images before inserting them to remove unnecessary background.
- Ensure the image includes relevant content like titles and axis labels.
- Avoid inserting screenshots of your entire screen; include only the relevant graph or figure.
