Meditation for Manifestation and Energetic Alignment

Setting the Stage

  • Begin by finding a comfortable position: seated or lying down.
  • Close your eyes, take deep breaths, release tension, and surrender to the present moment.
  • Focus on the present moment as the time to create and manifest.

Visualization and Intention Setting

  • Place hands over your heart and choose one intention or desire to manifest.
  • Create a sensory experience of having this desire: smell, taste, feel, hear, or see it.
  • Feel satisfaction and repeat affirmation: "I choose to receive this or better in the easiest and best possible way."

Breathing and Affirmations

  • Deep breaths to instill certainty of manifestation: "It’s mine."
  • Allow feelings of ease and excitement about the desired outcome.
  • Imagine a golden light shining down, recharging and supporting you.

Energy Activation

  • Place palms face-up to feel energy activation.
  • Absorb guidance and knowledge through your palms.

Chakra Energy Flow

Root Chakra

  • Place hands over hips.
  • Feel energy flow and clear space for receiving desires.
  • Affirmation: "It’s safe for me to receive what I desire."

Sacral Chakra

  • Hands on lower stomach.
  • Clear resistance, let energy flow freely.
  • Affirmation: "I am who I am meant to be."

Solar Plexus

  • Palms on upper stomach.
  • Clear non-serving energy.
  • Affirmation: "It’s safe for me to trust myself."

Heart Chakra

  • Hands on heart.
  • Create comfort and warmth.
  • Affirmation: "I love and accept myself unconditionally."

Throat Chakra

  • Palms on throat.
  • Activate ability to speak truth.
  • Affirmation: "It’s safe for me to express my needs and my feelings."

Third Eye Chakra

  • Hands on third eye.
  • Reconnect with intuition.
  • Affirmation: "I trust and honor that I always have the answers within me."

Crown Chakra

  • Hands on top of head.
  • Clear unneeded energy.
  • Affirmation: "Everything always works out in the best way for me."

Completing the Meditation

  • Feel energy flowing freely; all chakras aligned.
  • Create the experience of having your desire once more.
  • Place hands over heart and affirm: "I am certain it’s mine."
  • Return to the present moment with gentle movements.

Post-Meditation

  • Stay open to abundance and success.
