i don't need you to share just yet we're gonna go ahead and get started in section two guys um so we're in section two in your workbook getting your n a certification to be at nsa um government what is this stuff what is it i'm sorry i'll let you know what i'm gonna take me out i'm done stop no you're fine so getting your n a certification which is the national notary association certification to be an nsa a notary signing agent which is also an lsa a loan signing agent on the nna website so number one guys we're gonna go to the nna website which is the national notary association website um we'll click there and then chris you can um share my screen you ready yes so right now i want to make sure everybody understands well let me ask you are we done with the notary section of yes you are a notary congratulations you are a commission you have your commission number you are ready to become a loan signing agent if that is your area of focus as being a notary okay congrats to all of you huh we're done i'm just i want yeah it took me some time round up me to understand dude so the first part is that you're just done with that yes now that you're a notary you're a notary okay so we're going on to the the next section um which includes most people become notaries just to become a loan signing agent right so i am because you're in a loan signing agent workshop i am taking you through becoming a notary and specifically to be a loan signing agent or notary signing agent okay so we are at the national notary.org website which is the national notary association the national notary association is recognized as one of the most recognized organizations that has anything to do with notaries and loan signings right they do national trainings they do a lot for our or our business um so if you're certified through them you look more credible i'll say that right and this just says that they teach you the very basics about being a loan signing agent i will say that it will not make you a successful loan signing agent but it will give you the basics on what you're supposed to do and it's a certificate that that gives you some credentials right most lenders want to know that you're affiliated with the notary national notary association so when you come here you can get a little bit confused right you first want to choose your state and i'm let's try to stay on um one key here with you guys number one section two yeah so you want to be a notary signing agent section number one notary signing agent section two number one section two number one yes notary signing agent and now we're sharing my screen are you still sharing my screen uh not now okay that's fine um tell me when to do i don't know we're gonna go back you can go back to let me get back to where i was you can share it yep notary signing agent that's what you need to that's what you want to be okay you can just read the sentences and then just go read them would you read this read the bullet and then uh hit it national notary.org is the website to become a notary signing agent guys and then you have the the link to get to that website when you're ready to do this while we're on the website i'm going to show you some of the things that if i put every every single thing in this workbook it would be 100 pages so just pay attention when you get to the website to choose your state first it is small it's up here in this little corner but you just choose your state it's already set to virginia for me because i am a member um so you choose your state and it'll take you to the requirements for your state for training purposes we're going to stay in virginia okay so then you're gonna select signing agent that's number two yes number two on the n a website you're going to select signing agent tab i just clicked on it so you want to see a change see and it's going to ask you again here yes virginia is correct are you going are you trying to do the resources for virginia yes so that lets you know this is where they're going to take you for what you need to know in your state to be a long signing agent okay so here you see become a signing agent or renew your signing agent you're going to be at this portion because yes every year you have to renew your certification and yes every year your lenders your signing agencies are going to ask you for your updated certificate to ensure that because these this organization keeps up with all the laws that have changed as um in our business and as being for long signing agents and notaries also so it is imperative that you associate yourself with um the notary the i would say the national notary association okay so then you'll click here become a loan signing agent so you're gonna need a background check you must already be a notary okay you see how they told you this right here before right there you must already be a notary in order to become a loan signing agent you see why i harp on it in the beginning guys because i don't want you to get here and think you can just start here so we are continue alright so number three is you will need a background check the first thing you see up here and this is one of the mistakes that most people make when they don't um know what they're doing they'll go here just to order a background check no because you're going to need the certification too i ordered this package because it came with so much but you don't need i've never used this i've never used this but you as a new notary may find it helpful so i want you to look at the things that are in here and decide what works best for you the notary signing agent loan document source book i have like they sent me three by accident i don't know why i've never used it though because in the the training course today you can look at these documents all day long and you won't have a clue unless you've been through training right um and inside of this package is those documents this is just for you to print it out like they'll send you a hard copy and i'm not a hard copy type of girl so i can always log back into my training i can always log back into my training and look at documents if i want to look at them now mind you these are blank documents and they'll tell you um they'll tell you what they are used for and for a loan signing so if you're a person that wants hard copies you're gonna do the upsell right you can do the upsell here and and buy the more expensive package notary essentials training you do need that that's how you get your search your certificate in the exam study guide is downloadable inside but you'll see that's for both all right so these are the main things that you're needing for this um your notary certificate online training that's the certificate you'll get after you complete the training in this you'll also see you will be listed as a top tier listing note before you even ask i've never gotten an assignment from this um listing that i know of when people call me and it's not from a title company that i know i always ask them how did you hear about me where did you find me because that tells me where i should increase my marketing efforts right but no i did i have not received any responses about this now i do know they're working on their own signing service right now so it might be more you know useful for you at this point um sorry i want to make sure i'm still in line with you guys so this is it could be something more useful to you now in this priority listing here initially after i bought the program and i signed up for a one-year subscription or two-year subscription with them it might have been three i don't know i signed up for my subscription with them um i had a priority listing again no one's ever told me they found me on this site but i do know that at the beginning of this year they started to prepare their own signing service i think some sort of signing service i keep hearing buzz around and because you are primarily going to start working with signing services um this already comes with the middle one anyway right so don't be worried about missing out on anything and then your notary signing agent exam you need that background check you need that so the extras that are here if you are a hard copy person and you don't want to print it off from the resource manual in this package you can go ahead and order this one to get your train to class certificate um your notary exam guide all of that stuff you can do that i on the other hand because you're taking this course say you don't necessarily need to pay extra because this is not even if you pay extra here you're not going to learn what you're going to learn here you're not going to get the extra stuff that you're getting out of this course this is going to tell you how to scale your business this is just going to give you the basics of being a loan signing agent right but you need the certificate because they're very recognized in the industry um as far as a formal training right so it's up to you you want the hard copies vote for this if you don't want the hard copies go for this but you will have to choose one right now when you click order here you're going to get your background and you will have to put in your information for your background check they're going to also someone talked about supplies and things of that nature they sell stamps they sell you know insurance i as a businesswoman shopped around i did it was because i did this process all backwards anyway um because i had no guidance i hadn't um the training course that i took only told me to come here but before i took the training course um the first training course that i took it wasn't clear on where i should buy my supplies from it just told me to come here so this i would say for those who are trying to find supplies if you want to find them all in one place you can definitely buy them from the n a i won't say that i have price compared them because i personally did not buy my e insurance insurance from the nna i bought it from merchants bonding it was just the emails that i got when i registered as a commission um notary what the young lady was talking about in the question and answer section chris um that's how i ended up purchasing my eno insurance and now i have a relationship with that agent so for my signing service that i'm working on he will create my blanket policy for me but we've been working together for over a year because i started with 25 000 of coverage because it was minimal and i didn't know how this was going to work for me now um agency standard is 25 000 or minimum is 25 000. you're working with title companies and direct um business they want to see a hundred thousand dollars so it's up to you to make that decision as a business owner if you want to spend it now or if you want to upgrade along the way let me rewind are we pass no number four we're still on we're still on three i don't know uh yep three all right cool background check yeah well this is just i'm elaborating because i want to help you make an informed decision about which package you purchase i'm good yeah okay so this i say um for those who have not been notaries and do not understand material requirements like the laws around being a notary even if you have gotten your commission this course right here the essential notary training it talks about durants it talks about acknowledgements it talks about what the responsibility is of a notary so it is beneficial if you have not been a notary do not understand notary law that's the only reason i would recommend um you know taking this this this one here because that is really really a good thing and then also if you you know are if you're like me i want the best of the best i'm a person that's going to pay for what i want right pay for the best all the information i can get because i always believe i'm missing something i'm missing something so i purchased this package now i would suggest you know someone purchased this package because i i've never even opened these books in fact i've given one of them away because they sent me so many um i've never used the prep sheets and i've never used a law the signing agent log so for me if i had to do it all over again i probably would have done this because i wasn't a notary initially i became a notary to become a long signing agent and even though i purchased this package i never took this until like i want to say four into actually doing science because i started to have questions about the differences between the material um and so here is super important like to understand the noterial acts as a notary right so because you have to buy a package anyway because you want your n a certification this is a good package to buy if you're a notary you understand you're actually understand acknowledgements and you're taking this course and you're confident and that you can you're taking my course right now and you're confident that you're a good learner and um if you buy the the the recordings and you can refer back to it you can get away with this course here because i will teach you a lot today um the only difference is it is a recording this is going to give you just the the background check which is absolutely necessary for anybody you work for anybody you work for as a loan signing agent the exam it allows you to take the um exam for the certificate here and so you will still have the nna certificate and then you're listing your priority listing but if you want to feel like um because this this their their training will have videos and it'll get take you through um how to dress as a loan signing agent how to appear professional as a loan signing agent um documents uh going to signings what you should say as far as it doesn't give you a script a call script or anything like that but it'll just give you videos and scenarios of what may have happened so if you need you know comprehensive more comprehensive things this is a good package for beginners um and especially if you're just becoming a notary this would be a good investment so i'm gonna keep going now because we're on background check i don't want to spend too much time here we're almost 30 minutes into the second session so if you fail not growing trick well you know what i hold my question to the end too quick um so you have to pass the exam with an eighty percent or above uh score this is four y'all number four tell them we are in number four so we take the notary certificate course and you'll learn how to conduct closes and loan signings pass your n a background check which is a part of the package when you first order whatever package you're going to order you're going to want to initiate the background check immediately i will say because of kovit they had a lag time in giving you your background screen um so i would say as soon as you order the course before you even start the course do your background check because it could take two weeks it could take a week it could take three days depending on where they are you know as far as getting these done they have gotten better because i did my renewal in may for my background check and my um recertification and my background check came back in three or four days it was quick so but do that first because that can take longer if they're backed up now c under number four section two number four c pass the n a exam so you have to pass this exam at 80 or higher i believe you can take it oh at least three times but it shouldn't be um if you watch their videos because it is tailored to their videos you should be able to pass it it's not it's like someone is really to me common sense questions but my brain is not like everybody else's brain so um make sure you watch the exams and then i mean watch the videos if you watch the videos they'll show you um they'll have little questions that will lead up to the exam at the end because the exam is a whole exam they give you little quizzes in between but at the end you'll have a full-blown exam so and you can use the resource books and all the guys and you know you can it's not time so you can take your time and answer the questions and go research the questions that you need to answer during that time but i i will say i have a lot of respect for the national notary association so the information that you get here is really really incredible information it's a great source uh for information so you pass the exam we're back in section two number four c sub section c past exam of 80 percent d is suggested if you are not currently a notary to take the notary essentials course it is included in the package that i'm recommending which is the second one um again the weight that it carries the weight that the notary itself carries is important so it is very important that you understand what material duties and that you you have and what you are as a notary so for me i feel like i got more from the notary essentials than i did the course but my background is different from everybody else's here so but the notary essentials are important that was d under uh section two number four that was d we're moving to number five it is not mandatory to join the nna it is not mandatory for you to be a member it's not but the benefits and i'm not an affiliate or they don't pay me to say this the benefits of it if you don't have a mentor or someone you can call and ask a question that has experienced in our industry they have an 800 number that you can call if you have questions about materials things and some loan signing things but notary is the basis um understanding if you're filling out a giraffe properly if you're filling out an acknowledgement property hot properly and how to identify a signer properly because believe it or not there are fake ids out here that people present and if you haven't done your due diligence to identify whether this idea is fake you will be liable you could be liable your insurance will help you there but that's why i mean i would say that that is extremely important but joining the nna is not a requirement i think it's beneficial they send you updates they send you a monthly newsletters about changes in the industry um about things to be aware of new um scams in you know that people are trying to do specifically to notaries and notary signing agents because there's a lot of mortgage fraud as well so just my my recommendation i i join and i will continue to join just because it's um it's my business and i want my business to be the best and know what's happening in my industry um there's five number five y'all yeah that was number five number six you have to recertify annually and you're like well why should i have to re-certify it i'm doing it for a year and i've done this and i know what i'm doing well things change it's real estate it's it's real estate like it changes laws change um practices change and so recertifying ensures that your clients know that you're keeping up with your industry it's mandatory they're going to ask you every year send me a new background check because you could have robbed three banks and killed somebody between last year and this year they are not playing because you are in people's homes and your background screening is important to them so while we're on numbers um six section two number six recertifying annually um it is important that you understand that you do this early don't wait for the last minute because it's this in your credentialing area when you go i'm gonna go back to this one plate so this is me getting credentials see all these things i had to send my background check my eno insurance my n a certification um my w-9 form my driver's license my commission and then my original certificate that i took my extra training in this is what they're going to ask for they keep this stuff as your record of contract your contract record right um so it's important that you do not wait to the last minute when you are re-certified because they will stop sending you business if your background expires because that puts them in a liable place that they you you're you're a um a liability to them at that point so you can't take signings if your background is expired you can't take silence if your certificate isn't updated i want you guys to make note of that if you're busy send it in early send it in early don't wait till the last minute and your eno insurance generally expires every four years it expires along with your commission so this is extremely important to pay attention to because i'm telling you once you start making money in this business you're going to get in a rhythm you want to just go it'll pop it's going to come up on you so quickly make sure you stay atop your notifications and your certifications your certifications and your background check is your livelihood so don't get caught out there and be cut off for a month because they're backed up getting background checks in all right so number seven we're in section two number seven you must obtain a new background check annually i think i've beat that in your head a little bit next page y'all next page number seven section two section seven wake up out there y'all come on just because i love you guys and i want you to be successful number eight to protect yourself from financial exposure you are you need to obtain errors and omissions insurance so even as a notary you don't have to have it it is suggested it's highly suggested that you have it but as a loan signing agent you have to have it because you will not get a job if you don't have any eno insurance and even if you happen to come across some signing service or title company that's not on their job and they don't ask you to send you their your credentials if something happens say the person that you're doing the signing for is committing mortgage fraud or they they give you a fraudulent id and you don't have errors in admission insurance and you notarize those documents you are personally liable you can go to jail for this stuff guys so protect yourself it's just like a doctor they're gonna have malpractice insurance even though their intention is to always do good by their patient as a loan signing agent your all your intention is always to to do good by your client and the borrower however things happen and it could be you know not even something intentional that happens but you have exposure and financially you'll be exposed if you do not have your arizona mission and insurance to protect you okay so make sure you do that number nine the minimum level of eno insurance is 25 000 getting started guys is perfectly fine to have that minimal amount if you're working with signing services as long as you have home uh homeowners insurance as long as you have you know insurance they have a blanket policy anyway the signing services have a blanket policy so they're going to cover you but you have to have your own to cover that other 25 that the notary would be responsible for anyway so they're gonna make sure you have it they're not necessarily looking for a hundred thousand dollars immediately when you're working with them but when you decide to go direct and work for escrow officers titles companies real estate agents loan officers investors if you're working alone you want to have the larger policy which is number 10 large companies look for coverages at 100 000 dollars of eno insurance so starting out if you're doing this part-time i would recommend you know start low unless your business oriented like me you want to go you know if you if your plan your intention is to go full-time and be a full-time notary signing agent and you can afford to get 100 grand out of the box do it but if you're just trying to make some extra income on the side and you have no intention of going direct anytime soon do your 25 000. it's another order i don't want to work there though let's see it bring it up man to me that's what makes this thing real because you can we hold on please let me know if y'all want to see she four uses i live in chesapeake now that is 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic and i'm not doing this so this is an order for general notary work see there's another one and what it just keeps coming in so this is um an id proofing most of the time from this company so their base pay is like 25 bucks and then you can up sell them i'm not going anywhere for less than 50 bucks and then if you i didn't know you going a little too fast for me sorry so let me just click into it this is an i9 signing their rate starts here they'll tell you to call them or email them to change this rate so for me when i first got started and i didn't know how many assignments i was going to get i signed up for general anything that was going to send me business right why not so these are fillers this is a filler this is in camden north carolina i live close to um what is the uh exit eastern not eastern shore uh the outer banks like going towards the outer banks i don't know how far camden is for me but i'm not traveling anywhere to do 20 the only time i pick these up if they're in hampton or if they're in chesapeake i can do an i-9 proofing so and you don't have any paperwork for this you carry your ipad or your cell phone or your computer to sit with someone who needs their id proofed meaning they need a notary to say this person is who they say they are you log on to um the appointment there's a link you log into and you verify some information and the company comes in it takes about 20 minutes and then you're done these come in all day all right and i only pick them up when i want to okay so all right that's what that was but you see those will come in all day that's general notary notary work that can complement your business if you have a date no signings when you are um when you first get started and you want to make a hundred dollars just do four or five of those right one day that's less than two hours of work anyway let's get back on track all right i think that's cool okay oh so number 10 is still how much coverage oh that's right let's go back over here yeah so is it gonna protect you i mean if you're doing those big loans i'm just trying to get a yes if you're doing if you're doing big money i mean unless you're just doing something fraudulent you know a hundred thousand dollars usually will cover an error right so the borrower and his wife were in a dispute or something and somebody didn't sign something in a timely fashion and it cost somebody some money and it ended up in court a hundred thousand dollars is never going to be the notaries like most i can't say never most of the time it's going to cover anything that has happened that you may be associated with just because you were in the deal of school shooting right live before so a hundred thousand dollars is where major companies are comfortable direct business title companies mortgage lenders they're very comfortable with you having a hundred thousand dollars of you know insurance right because if you're working with them number one you're a great signing agent number two you're responsible and number three they don't anticipate you having to use this but if you do because they're not a signing service they don't have an umbrella policy you're covered right um number 11 your n a certification is the credential that someone that you're um that shows that you can conduct assigning a loan signing so that just says at minimal you know how to go and and dot and notarize these documents and do a signing for a service not that you're gonna do great at it it just says that you have taken some sort of training okay so with this i would say if you're just getting started you um are waiting on your notary and you know this is something that you want to do um go ahead and take the training go ahead and pick your package get your background check done because the background check can take the longest go through the modules take your time ingest this uh the things that you feel like you may be weak in and take the exam by that time your commission should be back your your stamp should be coming in um you want to utilize the time to because this this part can take a little bit of time depending on your efforts i took mine in one day that was because i was under a lot of stress and i wanted to get from under being working at this job that was paying me over a hundred thousand dollars let's stay there for a minute shaun t tell me you did all this in a day what is the general what should most people typically be against two weeks you i mean i don't even i'm not even really i'm not even relating what you're saying so i did my sign my n a training in a day because of my desire to free myself like i was stressed out i was really stressed out and i wanted another path it can be done in a day it is you probably this portion section two yes no yeah i did the all the notary signing stuff let me log in i can tell you exactly because once you're in get your questions in y'all for shantae for section two the lone signing person that's crazy so once you've taken the train you can always go back to it and look at it but yeah for me i wasn't i was stressed out i was tired of you know having so much pressure on me and it wasn't my business you know what i mean um i'm used to having that every day for their entire lives that was stressing it's not their business right and i was torn between the love that i have for my patients and the love that i have for myself so i had to get out of there um let me go into my training center here and i can tell you how many modules it is signing profile training center access the mma training center dashboard recently completed i'm going to take my old stuff down here catalogs hmm let's just let them inside chris do whatever you say you can um you can share my screen real quick okay get your questions information i'll tell y'all so here you can see it took me two hours and 55 minutes to complete my training i got a 90 because i was rushing just grounded huh i said you was grinding on that i did i mean i was hoping it would let me all the way into the course so this is the this is just a recertification process though um yeah this is just it won't let me get all the way back into it that's cool um but it on my dashboard see the notary essentials training for 2022 i can't get back into that um this is kind of what you'll see your dashboard is going to look like i don't come in here often oh there we go catalog okay so these are the courses i took before it looks like and then you can um take other courses and they'll load they'll all be in here it won't let me pull up everything but i i want to say there's like seven or eight modules and each one of them could be like i don't know 45 minutes to watch the video and then there's a small exam behind that um they do a lot of scenarios i guess but it is um you can do it in a day i literally set out to do it on a saturday because i was off and i wanted to start taking signings i was waiting for my stamp to come in i was waiting for my um background check to come back so i just did it and once you get that certificate and you finish your exam you can go and work so it depends on how how gung-ho you are how much you want to get out here to get started for me i was ready to quit my job so i wanted to prepare myself and i'm not telling anybody to jump out here and just quit your job that's not what i'm telling you to do i'm telling you that you can prepare yourself feel it out and go those are the classes that you're going to need we've gotten through um section two what questions do we have chris all right cool yeah so round up get your questions in the chat here we got several that came in because of the questions and then we'll take a short break for you guys bathroom break and we'll get into section three so right now q a please get your questions in ricky what is the name of the institution you used again trying to think brinking we might have to get a little more specific what institution do you think they're talking about shantae i don't know this came in around the n a website selecting the sign-in agent and all that this but that was just because i felt like i didn't know anything i hadn't i took a training um the blueprint and that didn't give me everything that i felt that i needed and i didn't want to be missing anything so i did take the biggest one now mind you i didn't use all those extra resources the middle one would have been just fine for me got you got you uh rinky and what you're saying if we shop around we can possibly have a relationship with the insurance i'm presuming they're talking about the eno yes so i didn't order my insurance through the national notary association i just didn't know it was going to be a um an option at the time in fact i didn't even know about the national notary association when i ordered my things because again i took two classes two courses to get ready to be a signing agent not knowing that i needed that certification anyway um but i say that to say when you start your your process of ordering your class for the nna is going to walk you through it's going to offer you eno insurance going to offer you a stamp it's going to offer you all these extra things that you really don't need but you do need those two things the stamp and your you know insurance but again like um the other young lady said you're gonna get offers once you register as a notary anyway for eno for notary stamp like when i went to my notary stamp website where i was ordering my stamp that's where i found my commission um in eno omis aries and omissions um insurance stuff so yes shopping around is beneficial for you as a business owner now when you're in the process of purchasing your class it's kind of hard to if you don't know any better to say no i don't want that no i don't want that skip this to get to what you're actually trying to buy in the n a website so yes shop around you can shop around before you buy the class or after you go through the process and just skip the arizona mission stuff now when you build your profile on the n a website if you so choose to they're going to if you buy from them they'll automatically update your profile with your background check and your eno insurance if you don't you'll have to manually update that information there yeah sure if that makes sense hope that helps rank it y'all get your questions in i want everybody to see that c smith hey my friend where can we where do we buy the insurance you will buy the insurance here at the national notary association or i bought mine through merchant bonding insurance um company i bought my stamp through a different company and their stuff was on that website you can buy insurance you can google arizona missions insurance but if you want to streamline it you can definitely do it all on the um n a website you're going to get notary offers anyway in your email so you can look at their see how much they're asking for you can look at n a's you can go to the n a website and just look for eno insurance and price it if you want to i don't want to make it complicated for you um i just want you to know that there are options cool regina wants to know can you do these type of closings remotely yes yes ma'am absolutely so two things have to be a notary first then you have to become a remote online notary same website okay what's that go ahead i'm saying we're already yeah you're introducing something new now i'm still trying to get the original what is this new thing so she's asking remote so there's two ways to comprehend remote for me remote means online because there's there's a wrong notarization so at the state website that we were on for virginia let me see if i can get back to that you'll see i'll tell you when to share please you can um paid to be a remote online notary also but you also have to be a um notary first you have to already have your notary commission to apply for iran notarization process if that makes sense here we go you can go back you can share my screen chris okay so if you guys remember we were here at the commonwealth of virginia secretary of commonwealth website going down this was for your regular notary application there's your handbook public code important guidelines for notaries down here you'll see a remote online notarization that is another feature of being a notary so you can do online signings for title companies and even just online notarizations so here is where you would start that process and but you have to be a notary first so you can't just jump in straight into online notarizations if that makes sense you can stop sharing okay i'm thinking that would be cool what did you what does that look like do you show up on a screen and notarize something for people it looks very similar to this so i do notarizations online for notarize it's a company called notarize they do general notary work and they also do remote online notarization so they hire notaries that are uh remote online notarizations um and they do general work and they do work for title companies closings but you have to work for them you're not an employee you're a contractor you have to um register with them and do so many general notaries before they will even allow you to be to do the loan signing side of things so remote online registration is um a whole nother process gotcha okay that's fine trevor hey how you doing my friend thank you for joining us today if i get commissioned in one state then i relocate can i transfer my commission to the new state or do i have to start from scratch i don't think there's reciprocity from state to state you generally have to do it all over again in the new state blessing can you work in any state once you become a notary yes you just answered that that that's a certified state of virginia you might want to work in maryland and north carolina so she just went over that one so you would just have to be generally they want you to live where you're not if you're doing in-person notarization they want you to live there but that is kind of changing because of remote online organizations there is some umbrella in which if you're not doing an ontario act if you're doing a notarial act for your state or someone else in california it can be done you can do it remotely so each state will require you to obtain a license or a commission in their state generally you have to live in that state to obtain that commission um there are some variables to that but it has something to do with being aligned with an organization that covers all of those states oh get your commission um or have like if you have your notary commission number in the email but you just haven't gone to get your certificate you can do it you can go ahead and do the class because you have national notary association i didn't have to buy those other two trainings i just did because i was trying to gain knowledge so anytime i'm in the pursuit of starting a new business i want to gain as much knowledge as possible so in my gathering of information i came across two different classes or trainings that the cost were 500 one i would say i i would stand behind the other i could have done without this is training man you take it all you know you get one or two things from one thing i can't tell you what we spent for training you know he's just right so for me it was i was more rel i related more to the second trainer than i did to the first now my most of the information was exactly the same but how is delivered to me because the way my brain works guys i'm dyslexic um it just resonate it resonated more the second class resonated more with me i related to the trainer a little bit more i lost you shantae you said you were dyslexic and then i am dyslexic so the first trainer was very monotone and i couldn't follow him and it was all videos right so he would start talking and i'd just be like what the heck is he saying because it was just like i am teaching you how to become a lone signing agent so today we are going over what the notice of right to cancel is my brain can't follow me it didn't work for me but i had already spent my 500 and you know i looked at all the other material that i could read on my own or try to comprehend myself but his voice it was horrible sorry that's what that meant and the other guy was very engaging and it helped me help me understand what i needed to do and i could stay focused on him it was just personal preference well yeah just ah jim rohn just said man you try you take it all you get something from one one guy's
