hi guys welcome back to beyond dairy so in this video i'll be showing you how to make this water lily pattern it's super easy to make and i took this pattern from crusher by aina and today i'm using six colors of cotton yarn and 2.75 millimeter crochet hook first i'm taking my yellow color yarn and start it with a slip knot now work eight chains [Music] now make a slip stitch into the first chain [Music] now work chain three and work a double crochet into the ring [Music] now work chain one and work two double crochet cluster into the same ring yarn over pull to two and don't finish it start another double crochet yarn over pull to two now we have three loops on our hooks now yarn over through all this is a cluster again chain one and work another cluster into the same ring and just continue work five more clusters we need eight clusters into this ring continue work and let's meet at the end so here my eighth cluster now last work chain one and make a slip stitch into the third chain from that first chain three so this row has done now chain one and cut off the yarn now take the pink color yarn and let's make puff stitches so start with a slip knot and grab the project insert the hook from that between of two clusters that chain one space and make a slip stitch now from here work chain three this chain three counting as our first double crochet and work three more double crochets into the same space so total we have four double crochets [Music] now drop the yarn from the hook and insert the hook from third chain from that chain three and grab the yarn and make a slip stitch so here our first puff stitch is done now chain three now work four double crochets into that chain one space [Music] now drop the yarn from the hook and insert the hook from first double crochet top and grab the yarn make a slip stitch from here again chain three and work another puff stitch into the next chain one space all you have to do just continue work puff stitches in each chain one space and let's meet at the end so here we done our puff stitches so i have eight puff stitches now last work chain three and make a slip stitch into the top of that first puff stitch so this row has done now chain one and cut off the yarn so next i'm taking my beige color yarn and start with a slip knot [Music] and insert the hook from that chain three space and make a slip stitch in this row we're going to work petals so secure the yarn with the chain for that first work a single crochet and then a half double crochet and then work two double crochets [Music] now work chain two and work two double crochets into the same space [Music] work one half double crochet and then one single crochet so this is how our first petal now let's move to the next chain three space and work a single crochet and then work one half double crochet and work two double crochets after this work chain two and continue work two double crochets one half double crochet and one single crochet so just continue working this and let's meet at the end so here we done our eight petals now work a slip stitch into that chain one space now to start the next row we have to insert the hook from this place and make a slip stitch [Music] [Music] okay from here work chain five [Music] now insert the hook from this place from the behind insert the hook from these two loops and make a single crochet again work chain five and make a single crochet into the next space [Music] just continue like this and let's meet at the end [Music] so here we completed this row now chain one and cut off down for the next row i took meru color yarn here and start with a slip knot so in this row we're going to work petals on that chain 5 space so inside the hook from the chain five space and make a slip stitch [Music] now work chain one and work one single crochet now work one half double crochet and then work two double crochets in this row we're gonna add one treble crochet and now chain two and work another treble crochet into the same space [Music] again work two double crochets [Music] now work one half double crochet and then work one single crochet in this row we're going to work a front post double crochet into this piece from this puff stitch so yarn over and into the hook from here and work a front post double crochet [Music] so here we then our first front post double crochet now let's make the next petal for that bend this petal little bit and take that five chains into this work one single crochet and work one half double crochet and then work two double crochets now work one treble crochet and then chain two again work one treble crochet into the same space and then work two double crochets and work one half double crochet and then single crochet in this place we're going to work again a front post double crochet so yarn over and insert the hook from this place and make a front post double crochet so in this row you all have to do just complete like this and let's meet at the end [Music] so here we turn our eight petals and front post double crochets now work a slip stitch into that chain one space to start the next row make a chain one and work a slip stitch into this place inside the hook from this behind and grab the yarn and then work a slip stitch [Music] now from here work chain six insert the hook from this place like this and make a single crochet [Music] now again works chain six and make a single crochet into the next base [Music] and continue work this row like this and let's meet at the end so have we done our chain 6 bases like this and now i'm taking my green color yarn and start with a slipknot [Music] in this row again we're gonna work petals in that chain space so insert the hook from that chain six piece and make a slip stitch now work a chain one and then work single crochet into the same space then work one half double crochet now work two double crochets next work two treble crochets in the same space [Music] and then work chain two and work two treble crochets [Music] [Music] now work two double crochets and then work one half double crochet and one single crochet [Music] so this is how the petal is looks like in this place we're gonna work a front post double crochet so yarn over and work a front post double crochet into that front post double crochet that we made before [Music] so this is how it looks like now let's work the next petal so bend the bit a little bit and work on that chain six base start with a single crochet and one half double crochet and then work two double crochets now work two treble crochets into same space and then work chain two and work two treble crochets and then two double crochets again half double crochet and a single crochet [Music] do [Music] so here we done our petal and then now i'm going to work a front post double crochet into this base okay this is how it looks like now just continue work same like this till the end and let's meet at the end [Music] so here we done our this row and now work chain one and make a slip stitch into the space [Music] now from here work chain six and set the hook from this place and make a single crochet [Music] [Music] like this now again work chain six and make a single crochet into the next space [Music] [Music] all you have to do just continue like this till the end and let's put it at the end so here we done our largest flower now we're gonna work the square on that chain six base now i'm taking my cream color yarn and start with a slip knot now insert the hook from a chain stick space and work a slip stitch from here work chain three and this chain to counting as our first double crochet now work six double crochets into that chain six space so with that chain three we have seven double crochets [Music] do and now i'm gonna work a double crochet into that single crochet space [Music] now work seven double crochets into next chain six space [Music] [Music] so from here we're going to work into the next side so work chain two and work seven double crochets into next chain six space [Music] [Music] now work one double crochet into that single crochet space and continue work seven double crochets into that next chain six space so in each side you should have fifteen double crochets hence this is the corner work chain two and work seven double crochet into next chain six space just continue same pattern till the end and let's meet at the end so here we reach to the last now work chain two and make a slip stitch into the third chain from that chain three [Music] so here we go number four square base now from here work chain three now work double crochets in each top of double crochet [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] [Music] so hence this is the corner i have to work two double crochets and chain two and two double crochets [Music] now continue work double crochets in each drop of double crochet [Music] [Music] do [Music] so here we reach the last into this last corner work two double crochets chain two and two double crochets now work a slip stitch into the third chain from that first chain three and that's it now chain one and cut off the yarn [Music] so here our water
