Getting Started

Access and Navigation

  • Login to Adobe Analytics:
    • Possible two interfaces: Adobe Analytics and Experience Cloud.
    • Access Adobe Analytics via the quick access section or the solution switcher (nine dots menu).
  • First-time Interface:
    • Starts in the "Reports" tab (Reports and Analytics).

Core Areas

Reports and Analytics

  • Provides folders and links to various reports.
  • Suitable for running quick reports.

Analysis Workspace

  • Main area of focus for the course.
  • Used for in-depth data analysis.
  • Based on the same implementation as Reports and Analytics.
  • Segments, calculated metrics, date ranges, etc., are created here.

Menus and Access

  • Admin Items:
    • Depends on granted access; more options for admins.
  • Tools and Components:
    • General availability varies by user permissions.

Additional Sections

Labs

  • Hosts experimental features and prototypes.
  • Requires enabling and access permissions.

Interface Elements

  • Organization: Displays the current logged-in organization.
  • Search Interface: Search through the UI.
  • Solution Switcher: Switch between different Adobe solutions.
