good morning all right it is time is it 4:23 a.m. I start my mornings early earlier bird catches the worm I really really believe in that a big part for me in starting my day and a key to success is my day starts the night before so last night I prepped for today now I wake up super early I'm super tired but I know exactly what I have to do today I'm ready I send out some email so that when other people wake up they're like oh man Ryan's already on top of it he beat me to it dig go now I get ready to go to the gym and I try not to fall asleep [Music] popper monkey is my wife Amelia and I love her very much and she's sleeping like a little baby actually show them what my wife looks like see see she needs her beauty rest and one of the benefits is that my gym dogpound is right across the street which is awesome and his Alex dog refer morning residents are a media group photographer we have a photo shoot this morning for men's health and so he's gonna take the photos it's 5:00 a.m. right now did you uh you sleep nope all right let's do it this is rain trained trainer dog found five am about to start the workout puts the whole warm-up there then he writes whatever kind of spaghetti knew the workouts we're gonna do over here right yes so we're gonna put you through a quick general warmup okay and then you basically goes to a whole bunch of full body movements so first one we basically start killable deal front rack squats gonna go sumo deadlift there's bands after that we're gonna move to some landline work some pushing and pulling and then we're gonna get your heart rate nice and high with some assault bike sprints at the end makes that so much nicer than it actually is when you have a schedule like mine that has 30 appointments throughout today you need to have an anchor and honestly for me the gym every morning is my anchor it's that thing that I know every single morning so early ungodly early I do every day and the rest of the day to be crazy and everything I'm about to do here those weights sanity assault bike Sprint's is the hardest thing I have to do all day long if I have to negotiate with a billionaire or someone later and angrier if they're upset about the real estate deal I promise you that's not gonna be nearly as hard and whatever deadlift rubberband crazy chain things I have to do right now so ready set go 45 workouts now over now go shower really quick have a quick little post-workout meal get ready suit on suit up and they're out for the day here you'll be here and like have now [Music] after the workout post-workout protein shake little oatmeal get dressed important to replenish the body because every good real estate broker needs to replenish their body I mean by 6:45 a.m. I am showered teeth brushed and I'm getting dressed because first impressions are the most important Nia look good otherwise your first impression is your last impression [Music] that's one little thing my dad called when I was a little kid before you beat the house every day put your right foot out ready set go every day is a race you just don't know what kind of race you're about to run you get your mind right and all about that mindset now we rock away to the office 7:05 boom 7:30 a.m. I get in the office typically before anybody else and I make sure that I do the hardest part of my day first get it out of the way we're the important morning okay once that's done 8:30 a.m. I start my finder hour I split my day into three find her keeper doer I'll explain the other two later but first your finder hour is that time that you're a CEO of your own business so I really try to prospect to think about my business as a whole and go after all the new deals and new clients specifically during this time and I don't do anything else and then about 9:00 a.m. I go to my first appointment of the day I've about 15 to 20 different appointments a day between buyers sellers meetings with developers and I would never be able to make it to all those appointments all over the city without my trusty driver Yuri okiya 10:30 a.m. today is my keeper hour and that's when I really strategize on my business and work on specific projects so today I'm sitting with Shannon and we're going through my new agent manuals which we give to new Serhant team members and these look awesome 11:30 lunch I have all my food delivered in this black bag each morning so I have all my meals ready to go so I don't have to think about it and today we have something with something on top of it twelve-thirty I'm back in the office and this is when I do my follow-up follow-up it's a really big thing for me and I have three versions I call them my three FS follow up follow through follow back really really really important and I have to be focused for it so you have to go away and then at one o'clock when I do my doer time today that's when you actually do all the work that you set up for yourself during your finder time and your keeper time so for today I'm starting with 35 West 15th Street I have a nice apartment for sale up here I'm gonna go make a property video then I have more appointments more showings more developer meetings and lots of emails 4:00 p.m. in between showings you had to promote the book [Music] 5:30 p.m. doing a YouTube collab with my friend Eric Conover and our new ten point eight million dollar listing in Tribeca how do we look 9:00 p.m. I finally make it home to say hi to my wife 10:30 and I have just cleaned up my day and if you remember from this morning my day starts the night before so that's what I just did I prepped for my entire day tomorrow so when I wake up in the morning I am ready to go and now I need to take this microphone off you need to get out of here because I need to go to bed okay Ready Set
