hello DPG aspirants my name is Ayan Goos I'm from K mudra Bangalore students today I want to give you the informations about all India counseling you must be knowing there are two layer of counseling one is state level counseling and another is all India counseling this all India counseling will be conducted by MCC Medical Counseling committee first I want to give you the informations about under all India counseling which all seats will be there first of all all government colleges 50% seats will be coming under the all India counciling which all government colleges are there in all over India where MD Ms diploma seats are there 50% seats of all government colleges will be coming under the all India counceling second 50% seat of Banas Hindu University will be coming under the all India counceling third 50% seats of the AMU Alig Muslim University seats will be coming under the all India counseling fourth 50% seats of all the Central University like Delhi universities all Central universities seats will be coming under the all India counceling fifth all DNB seat 100% seats of DNB it is not 50% 100% seats of the DNB will be coming under the all India counciling here I want to tell you in DNB there are many courses three kind of courses there first three years course in DNB second DNB diploma which is 2 years course apart from that there are another courses there which is six years course which is equivalent to Super specialty which is also there in DNB there are many specializations is there like neurosurgery is there cardiac surgery is there pediatric surgery is there plastic surgery is there those courses will be six years program so in DNB there will be three courses DNB 3 years program 2 years diploma program and six years equivalent to Super specialty program so this all will be coming under the all India counciling apart from all the seats all deed universities seats will be coming under the all India counseling students in all over India there are more than 50 deed universities are there where MDMA seats are there and also there are some deed University which is diploma seats are also there so all those seats will be coming under the all India counceling you must be knowing in De there are two kind of seats one is management or paid seat another is the NRI seat so the student will select the seat according to their requirement now here there are some deed University which is minorities also like Muslim minority Jan minority so that is also there so in the in time of the detail discussion we'll tell you about that that informations so I discussed with you about the seats now I'll tell you the informations about the counseling process students after the neat result maybe within one week or 10 days the MCC will be giving notice for the counseling but before the notice what they will do they will be first giving the notification of the conversions from Indian to NRI yes that notice will come first suppose if any student who are looking for admission in NRI Port you have to be attentive for that that notice okay many students there were looking for seat in NRI qua in the deed University so that notice will be coming first after that MCC will be published their information bulletin then they will be published the the counseling schedule like registration documentation everything in the counseling schedule first you have to do the registrations yes you have to uh do the registration first after that you will have to upload the required document you have to make the payment for the registration how much you will have to pay for that if you are looking for only Government College and DNB for that you have to pay only 1,000 rup as a registration fees and 25,000 rupes as a refundable security money if you are only looking for Government College and DNB if you're looking for deemed University also then you have to pay 5,000 rupees for registration fees and 2 laks is a refundable security amount so suppose if you are looking for deed University then by default you will be eligible for Government College and DNB for that you don't have to pay any extra amounts if you pay 2 lakh Security money by that only you'll be getting all the Government College and DNB all the seats now once you complete your registration and the payment process after that the choice filling process will open in MCC round one it is a free exit means suppose if you have given a choices in MCC and and if you are allotted a seat if you don't take then the security money will not be forfeited it will be refunded to you first round the MC is very liberal they will not do any kind of penalty for the student if they are allotted a SE if they don't take admissions but from the round two if you are allotted a seat and if you don't take or in the third round also if you are allotted a seat if you don't take then the security money will be forfeited now I'll tell you the rules for the round one round two and the third round in round one you have to make a proper order of the choices according to your requirement please understand if your uh need score in in in a medium so you might think about giving Government College also you might think about giving DNB also you might give think about giving D University also but you have to make a proper order so there is a possibility in in marching all the college you can miss the proper order so here the order is very important you have to make the proper order otherwise I have seen many student if they not able to make the proper order maybe they might get in dnv there is a possibility they would have got in Government College also but due to the wrong order they have been allotted in a deemed University but yeah first round it will be fee exit for that they will not be having any penalty but you will be losing that college good opportunity now suppose if you are allotted a college in round one then you will be having three chances first chance is that if you allotted a college if you are very happy by your options what options you have got you complete your admission process okay once allotment is done after that within 24 hours you'll be getting your allotment letter in your MCC uh website you download that allotment letter speak with your noal officer and go to the college and complete your admission process so your admission process is over for first this year in case if you feel no I have allotted a been allotted a college but I'm not happy with that particular College then uh you can leave that options since as I told you it is the first round there is no penalty so you can directly join in the round two now suppose if you are uh alloted a college okay you don't want to lose that opportunity but you want to try better option in further round then you can take admission in round one and you can try for upgradation in round two see till [Music] 2022 the process was like that the student can only do the upgradation till round two but in 2023 according to the uh rules of the Supreme Court they had given the chance the student can do the upgradation till round three so if you are allotted a seat in round one you can try upgradation in round two as well as you can try upgradation in round three till round three what you have got in round three that is the end you cannot try above round three now in round two you can do First Choice filling maybe you have got a college in round one you want to get a better option so you can definitely give a better options of choices in uh round two uh in case if you have not got any college or you have not taken then you can give it again First Choice fing you'll be allotted a college now in second round as I told you is a penalty round so if you are allotted a college if you don't take that particular College then 2 lakhs will be forfeited in case if you want to participate again in round three you again have to pay the security money for participation in the round three and then you can you will able to participate in round three suppose if you are allotted a college better College in round two still you want to upgrade in round three still you are you will be allowed to do the upgradations in round three okay so that option is still there see in MCC counseling process each and every step is very important because there are as I told you there are many options Okay thousands of options there are many colleges each and every colleges will be having multiple branches and the students are also initiate different branches in the choice filling process so you have to be very very careful in the choice filling in the counseling process now why this MCC counseling is very very very important for the student what is the significance of MCC counseling first of all all student irrespective of the rank they should register and they should take uh chance in MCC counseling why first reason is that if your rank is very good rank you will be having options in Government College in case if your rank is not that good okay then you'll be having options in DNB if you option your rank is not very good but still you are only looking for options in Government College or low fees college then you'll be having chance even in diploma also in the Government College or DNB diploma also in different uh private hospitals so there are multiple opportunities are there according to your requirement only you have to make a proper strategy and you will have to make the proper Choice coming to to the deed University suppose if your rank is not that good and your budget is also limited then also you will be having possibility in the deed University there are many deed universities are there where fee structure starts from 20 25 lakhs 30 lakhs also per year deed universities are there now if the students need scod is not that good I'm coming in the range of around maybe 40,000 50,000 still you are looking for good Branch yes that possibilities are also there in the deed University might be the fee structure will be little high like 30 LH 35 lakhs 40 lakhs in that per year but you will be having that possibilities might be you the location wise you may not get in a very uh in your own state only but you'll be having that possibility of taking admission in a good Branch only provided you have budget now suppose if the students rank is not at all good if the rank is 50,000 60,000 even 70,000 whether the student is having any chance in the deed University yes you have still chance yes you have still chance in a good branches like general medicine Dermatology even Radiology also yeah might be the students are getting surprised by listening that I'm giving example in the college in 2023 if you see the cut off of the MCC in the round two bii Medical College Chennai even 70,000 also the student has got MD Dermatology 70,000 also the student has got general medicine MD general medicine Radiology the student has also got in many college multiple College in 50 60,000 but yes their fee structure is very high as I told you in biy give an example of poliy their fee structure is 65 lakhs perom so Al together in case if the student rank is not that good still he's looking for a good branches if they have budget of 50 50 lakhs to 70 LS within that ring yes they can get uh the seat in a good branches through MCC counseling also student there are many informations like that okay there are many way to get the seat through MCC Counseling in different deemed University if you are looking for
