hello everyone I hope all of you are doing good and thanks everyone for joining this and we are so excited to kick off this boot camp today and this boot camp is in collaboration with the Phoenix marketers group and the Georgia Atlanta marketers group we thank you all for joining to today taking your time and showing your interest and passion to upskill and this boot camp is intended to help the beginners learn marketing cloud and also to upskill to learn the advanced features to learn the concepts of the marketing cloud and also be able to clear the certifications and this bootcamp wouldn't be possible without a lot of support from many people we thank all the support all the people who have supported us and uh the speakers of this boot camp and especially Gilda who has been a great support for this boot camp and my co-organizer Naji who have been helping with all the things related to this boot camp firstly um we'll go over the introductions I am Joseph I go by the name JB and I'm a marketing champion and I'm also the founder and the co-leader of the Phoenix marketers group and um founder of impact Force now I live in Phoenix and this is my Twitter handle where you can there is some uh once again Naji are you able to speak I made you the co-host you would be able to speak now I'm sorry there we go Hi how are you um hey everyone I'm Naji Bartley and I'm a marketing Champion as well as one of the co-leaders of the Atlanta um marketers uh socialist marketing Cloud group here in Atlanta Georgia my uh handle is below as well and we are so excited to get started so this is going to be a great time and again thank you to both JB and Gilda for all of your support in this hi everyone my name is Gail de Hilaire I'm director of product marketing um at Salesforce and I'm just super excited that all of you are taking time to invest in your career trajectory I'm fully invested in courses like this because it goes beyond just you attending just to get certified but this also gives you an opportunity for two things one it's really getting the fundamentals of how to use marketing Cloud I've been in the marketing Cloud ecosystem for about 15 years way before it was marketing Cloud it was exact target and I started using it um to you know build my little emails and in a wizzy wig and you know using aim which was automated um interaction management and 15 years ago we didn't have any sort of boot camps or classes where you know that would give us this opportunity to truly get a deep dive and hear from experts on how to use um exact target which is marketing Cloud now so for me having this session and supporting it is extremely extremely important because it's an investment not only in you as an individual marketer but it's also an investment in your brand and secondly let me see there's about there's over a hundred as close to 120 people that's um here now but I know a lot more will be joining periodically throughout the next couple of weeks but there's also more um more Learners in the slack Channel and you know even using you know I think the next couple slides the the team will share with you what other ways you guys can connect but right now if you look at it there's 120 something people that's 119 people you didn't know and 119 people that is part of your community 119 people where if you have an issue with you know if you have a question about the platform or if you have a question about the exam or questions about the session there's 119 people that can help you versus you feeling isolated or alone so that's you know that's the other benefit of attending these boot camps is the opportunity to network with people you may not never have met before right so you have that opportunity so I definitely encourage all of you you easily reachable any questions or anything she is the go-to person before we get started here of a here's a couple of things that her handy tips so for all the sessions in this boot camp are going to be recorded including this one and uh soon after the session or at the earliest possible we will be uploading the recordings to the YouTube channel and here's the YouTube channel trailblazing together and in here uh you can also see other recordings of the previous boot camps we have done so we have uh conducted the administrator boot camp the developer and the consultant one as well you can find the recording of those boot camps and if you have any questions during the session please post them in the chat window and we will answer them at the end of the session and we do have the slack Channel which is very active with 1700 Plus members so any questions related to The Boot Camp or any questions related to the marketing Cloud marketing Cloud you can get them addressed in the slack Channel Naji is going to share more details about the slack Channel we have different uh groups created in there for the specifically for this boot camp and for the help resources and everything and um we do have the chatter community on the Salesforce Chatter there are different groups available so you can join the marketing Cloud community group and the marketing Cloud help and tutorials group there are so many useful groups available so you find the groups that is relevant to you and join there and there's active uh knowledge sharing happening and all the events that are happening everything will be posted in there and also more if you have you are attending this session means you already know how to sign up for the Trailblazer community events you can find all other events on the Trailblazer community groups.com and all the all the events related to the marketing cloud in your area in person virtual you can join attend all those virtual events or if it is near you attend the in-person events would highly recommend those events getting in touch with the other fellow marketers learning from them and sharing your knowledge and we do have this Twitter handle MC learning cam so all the updates about this sessions and all of the upcoming sessions the previous ones they're updated on this Twitter handle and if you have any questions this is also either another way where you can reach out you can tag us and any questions or any key learnings from the session let's say from this session you'll learn something new and we want to share it with the public audience then attendance or the registrations for the day one and there are other sessions like 11 other sessions in the same series um they all will start with the marketing cloud email specialist certification bootcamp day one day to day three and so on so make sure that you are registered to all the sections and we do have a lot of content planned with all the amazing speakers so Naji is going to share about the speaker's information as well we have a great lineup with all the MVPs and amazing speakers so under content also we uh frame we choose the more content from the exam guide to be able to help you learn marketing cloud and at the same time or be ready to take your certification as well and last but not the list we have swag and we do have some certification pouches to give away and the rules to be eligible to get the certification we will be sharing shortly minute sessions um first and foremost you should have attended most of the sessions if not all for at least 10 or 11 of them and more rules we'll be sharing in the next session JP can I just jump in so I love swag and there's crystals on this and Naji knows this I they call me Squad fairy in the community and I love swag learning camp and the hashtag mces bootcamp 22. and today's going agenda is uh going to be um the email specialist certification overview and we look at what the exam is about what areas it will cover and the um the timeline the duration of the exam the number of questions and everything on about the exam and the sections that are covered the topic that will be included in each of these section and a list of handful helpful resources these are the uh best resources that are available which are provided by the Salesforce and the community and we'll also look at the how to how to log into the web assessor and how to book the ticket book the test so this is helpful for the first first time test takers so if you are taking the test for the first time and you don't know how to create the web assessor or how to log in and then register for an exam or reschedule so we do have we briefly touch up on how to book a test our availability of the practice test as well so you can take a practice test for the email specialist exam so we'll also look at that and very important is the maintenance of the certification once you get certified it's very important to maintain the certificate certification or else it will um it will expire so we'll also cover that and after that we'll look at the bootcamp schedule the speakers and uh the schedule we each day what topic is being covered and also we do have a list of upcoming sessions and the next steps this is like a homework for you you have to go back home and uh or check a few resources and be ready for the next session and who is a marketing Cloud uh email specialist so we do have different career paths in the marketing Cloud as well you can be a developer administrator data analyst architect product manager and so on so email specialist is a person who has experience using marketing Cloud specially with the email Studio like creating effective or emails using the content Builder and able to send the emails automate the process using Journey builders on automation studio and to Target specific audience you should also be able to learn how to segment the data import the data and to learn the effectiveness of each of the email sends or the campaigns one should be able to know how to create the reports and how to customize the report how to schedule or email them automatically and let the team know about how uh the email has been performing and so on they should be able to create solutions that make email marketing goals so for each campaign there may be a specific budget assigned so the um one of the goal of the marketer email marketer is to check the effectiveness of the each of the campaigns and see how the ROI is and how effective the campaigns are how it can be improved and so on and the person should also be familiar with product capabilities related to marketing email marketing report generation and data management and also we should be able to uh one one should be able to upskill um up whenever a new feature is released be ready to learn and then implement it and as per the exam as well or as in when new features are released they will also be covered you will get one or two questions related to the new features as well so you should be able to update yourself with all the new features and any other dates that are happening and here's the layout of the exam so just like any other Salesforce certification this this exam has 60 multiple choice questions and there are chances that five unscored questions will be added randomly so you wouldn't know which question will be unscored but you will have 65 questions sometimes and only 60 of them will be scored and the time allotted for this exam is only 90 minutes so be careful and manage your time well and if you are in doubt when you're doing the exam and if you're in doubt Mark the question you have the option underneath each question to mark it for later reference so mark it and you after you're all done with all the questions you can go back and look at the marked questions and re-analyze and change the answers or answer them at the later point of time so so you you can mark the questions and get back to that later and the passing score for this exam is 67 and upon completion of the exam the result will be displayed um if it is a pass or a fail and then uh the section level feedback so we will also look at the different sections that are covered in this exam so after the exam in the feedback or the sexual level score also will be displayed so let's say the insights and analytics so what is the score and if at all you are not able to clear the exam so where which section are you lacking in and which section you need to more refresh yourself so you can use that feedback and you can use it for the next three days and the registration fee is 200 dollars and if you need to retake it is hundred dollars and if you are in uh in a different country where the tax local tax rules are applicable then the tax is also added to this one and um you can take the exam either online or at on site so if you want to go through the site in person and take the exam in a proctored site then you can choose the on-site and choose the nearest location to you and if you want to take it uh online then uh you can select the time zone and then select the time and schedule the exam we'll also go over the process how you can schedule and the prerequisite for this email special certification is none only that you need to have six months of experience using marketing cloud and you are aware of the uh products and the associated tools that are specifically related to the emails you know email email creation process and the reporting the automation student Journey leaders and I highly recommend taking the course that is marketing 101 course that is available on the trailhead Academy it is a paid one but it has in the coverage of all the features and it can help you get started with the marketing cloud and um be ready for the certification as well and the exam has five sections and each section has a specific weightage and starting with the email marketing best practices it covers 10 of the exam so you can expect to get around like uh eight eight questions in this section and this section will cover about the best practices how to make effective emails how to include the deliverability and so on and the content creation and delivery takes up 24 of the exam and the subscriber and data management so it takes up 26 percent insights and analytics takes up 26 percent and we do have content uh creation and delivery and one more section which which takes up 26 percent of the exams so we have divided this section into two sessions let's say subscriber and data management which takes a huge major it's like one-fourth of the questions are covered on the subscriber on data management so we have two sessions dedicated on this section foreign looking at the topics that will be covered in each section in the email marketing but best practices we do uh we we look at how to create a effective email and how to create effective email programs for campaigns how they are doing um how can we improve the deliverability and how can we improve the subscriber acquisition and retention and the next section which takes 24 percent the content creation and delivery it's all about creating effective emails the deciding the sending process and using effectively using the tools when creating the email send and creating the email design so on and send settings how how uh how do we configure the send the delivery settings and so on just and marketing automation it covers a large part of the exam not only in the exam but in general as a market email Specialist or the administrator on a developer you should know about the automation so marketing cloud is the world's best automation marketing automation tool so it has inbuilt automation studio and journey Builder with all the advanced features so you should be able to create some automation signals to automations and create some activities in the automations and also be able to create Journeys and schedule them and you should also be able to decide which is the best option given in scenario you would go with the automations 2K solution or a journey data solution it's very important that you know the ins and outs of the automation studio and the journey Creator we do have two sessions one on automation studio and one on Journey Builder and the next important one is the subscriber and data management not just for the certification again this is in general for any marketer who is experienced in the marketing Cloud they need to know about the subscriber and data management what data is coming in what data is coming out how we get the data into the marketing cloud and how do we segment them how do we import them different ways to get the data in and the different segmentation tools that are available and if any problems arise how do we troubleshoot we also look at the contact model and the different tools that are available in the marketing cloud the insights and analytics the final one which helps us understand how the campaigns have been doing how the email has been doing and we do have some inbuilt reports and also there's a way to customize and you should be able to know which which report to use and how to customize it given a scenario so there are some capabilities to email the report or schedule it and make it to run every day at a particular time and automatically email it so you can configure customize the reports and for each email send you would be able to know the open rate the bounce rate and the click rate and everything so you should be able to figure out if asked for a particular measure you should be able to figure out where you can find it and how you can find it and this also includes the Einstein features the product recommendations um there are many uh Einstein features that are available in the marketing Cloud you should also be aware of all those features and how you can effectively utilize them and this is a list of all the resources that are available not including the blogs that we will be sharing with each session session after each session we'll be sharing the homework along with the helpful resources and this is like the high level resources where you can get information about the marketing cloud email specialist role and the certification in particular and we do have this exam guide available which talks about all the sections and all the topics that is covered and there is a very good train mix available on trailhead uh it covers all the uh when when someone is getting started with the marketing Cloud so it started it starts with all the beginner content to all the advanced content in the email Studio which helps you to prepare for the certification as well and when you're ready to take the certification and we want to test your knowledge and you want to see for yourself whether you're ready you want to go ahead and schedule the test you can uh take a practice test which is available on the web assessor so that is like it covers 20 questions and it helps you analyze uh where you stand so you can take this test and there's a lot of content available on the Salesforce helper so anything related to the marketing Cloud the contact content Builder email Studio everything is available in the health and we do have this active slack Channel you can reach out and you can ask your questions on the slack Channel and all the resources we'll be sharing or after each session or before each session on the slack Channel and this marketing 101 course which is available on the trailhead Academy which is highly recommended for anybody who wants to learn marketing cloud or wants to learn uh how to working with the journey Builder there are multiple courses available you can check them out and this marketing 101 is the recommended one for this specific email specialist application this is so this is all about the exam and then when you are ready for taking the test so you have to create a login with the web assessor as you see in the right uh picture so this is maintained by the Criterion so you will go create and your login share and after you log in you will have you can you you will have option to set up your profile and then you can register for your exams and you can also see a list of exams that you have already scheduled for and where they when they are scheduled and you can also see a list of all the exams you have already taken so this is the process to locate uh the email specialist exam or the practice test and choose the on-site or online option and then uh make the payment and check out we'll also go through that on the web assessor shortly so we will also sharing uh we'll also be sharing this deck so you can check out these steps if you want to refer to this later and if you want to book the practice test so practice test costs 20 and plus tax so if you want to take the test and see where you stand you can go with this and this is available on webassessor itself the process is the same except that under the exams you need to find the certified Practice Test Section so in there you will find the Salesforce marketing cloud email specialist practice test and then you would go select it and set the time and take the test and very important once you take the exam um every year you need to take the maintenance exam as well but the maintenance exam doesn't cost anything it's free and it can be done on the trailhead so I believe most of you know how to log into the trailhead you might have already have accounts with the trailhead so on the trailhead um you can do the maintenance module you can finish the maintenance module and you are up to date with the schedule so uh you you if you have linked your web assessor account and the trailhead account you will get automated email notifications about your upcoming uh certifications which are due and the due date and which modules you need to do to be up to date with your maintenance schedule and very important if you don't or if you're not up to date and if you don't complete the maintenance uh requirements like completing the module or completing um the challenges that are linked in there then uh the certification that you have done might expire so just be careful follow the uh due dates and try to finish that before the due dates and stay up to date with all the maintenance questions and Salesforce on the trailhead itself there's a maintenance schedule where you can see uh when is a particular exam has uh the schedule by the deadline so if let's say you have email specialist certification already cleared and you need to do the maintenance module you will get the email notifications and if not you can also look at the maintenance schedule and there's also another way on your Trailblazer ID profile where you can check the schedule as well I'm gonna look at that shortly I'm gonna switch the screen share and show you the tray head like I'm not on the correct screen I created the login and I logged into my account so on the home screen you have all the help resources available and under my assessment you will have a list of all the help resources you want to know how to schedule an exam or on-site you have scheduled an onsite exam and you want to see what you need to carry or what are the all the things that you need to keep in mind before you go to the exam you have your helpful links and if you're taking the online exam so you have a list of Handy tips that are available and there are other useful links as well and for the online exam if you are taking the exam on your computer you need to make sure that you install oh The Sentinel and you also should create your profile and complete your profile with all these details so you can go through this and make sure that your profile is up to date and in underneath you have a list of all the scheduled exams which are upcoming and also the exams that you have already finished and if you want to register for an exam so you will click on this tab and in here you have the section wise so for the marketing Cloud exams you can see all of them here marketing Cloud exams and then you click on this uh you will see some option here because I have already taken this exam I don't see the option online or on site and then register I'll go with something which I haven't taken before so this certification I haven't taken and I have the option to register so I will choose if I want to take it as an online or an on-site and if it is an on-site or depending on the location that you have selected in your profile it will display all the locations that are near you and the online also depending on your time zone it will display so you if you have selected United States as your country then you will be displayed with all the different places on the time zones you will select the time zone and the date and time and then you would go and acknowledge and select this and then in this uh we make the payment and if you have any voucher code of any discount uh code or any other codes that you have available you can apply this one here and make the payment and checkouts and the same goes for the practice test the practice test is located in a separate section at the very bottom so you'll see this certified practice tests there are different uh tests available one for the marketing cloud email specialist we'll go check it out this cost twenty dollars this is unprofit this is just for yourself so you can register and take this exam and on the trailhead so you should have make sure that you link your web assessor on the trailhead profiles and this is like a resume in the Salesforce well where you have a list of all your badges and all the certifications that you have done and this is a new feature to add your community tag so you can update this and all the activity and all your skill set and everything will be displayed in here so to get to know the certifications and the maintenance due if you log into the trade trailblazer.me ID in the trailhead itself you can click on the profile and navigate to this one you can customize this link and share it with the people in the market Salesforce well so they get to know about your skill set and their certifications and everything so here's a list of all the certifications and here it says maintenance deals and also it displays which module I need to do to stay up to date and these are all the active list and the due list so you can go here and check the due date and finish this module and in the trailhead uh we can find the trail mixes that are related to the marketing cloud and also the trades so you can just click on this and select the skill set these are the different Trail mixes available and then under the trails you can select uh the product the skill set the level beginner how you can filter on those options sort by the newest module or the most points and something and this is the level and these are the pro products related roles they can check there and one other thing when you are exploring the carriers that are available in the marketing clouds or this has been added this year I believe so for the marketing Cloud career paths you can find and see what are the different options available if you want to make starting with the marketing cloud and you want to make it heavier so what are the different paths available you can also go through this one just so we'll jump again to the screen share and Naji I'll let you take over thank you all right so everyone um what we're going to talk about next is just the schedules that we're going to do for the boot camp who our teachers are going to be um just a little brief introduction of our teachers and the support group that we have that are going to be helping you all to learn this um during this boot camp and then I'm also going to take you guys through a little bit of the slack Channel and we'll get to some next steps as well so steps so the next session is on authenticating sfmc cloud Pages using uh OCTA and the next session is by Matthews which is on app exchange so how to create an app and put it on the app exchange and when to use the app exchange app and when not to use and the next one is by Vladimir Vladimir silk it's on mobile studio and we look at a couple of use cases and here's another important resource that will be helpful to you when while you are preparing for your email specialist exam so the Salesforce certification days now Salesforce conducts these certification days to help you prepare for the exam it's not like an exam a complete coverage of all the exam topics it's um a five hour session which which serves as a revision so before you go to the exam you can it can be as a revision resource where you can see we look at all the topics the main useful topics and see uh where you stand whether you know that concept before or you need to have more time to prepare for those Concepts so these are free to attend and you can search uh you can click on this link where when we share this in a deck or you can also search for the Salesforce certification day webinars and you will find a lot of webinars that are available and under means you will see marketing cloud email specialist certification and there are two upcoming sessions is on this one one on September 30 and one on October 4th these and you can claim that 140 off coupon as well so anything you want to cover Nazi yes so let's talk about next steps and um I do want to just speak on just the um certification days they are really are a great uh second resource for all of the trainings that you all are going to be receiving here you guys are going to get an opportunity to learn from great well experienced um speakers and that's going to be that opportunity to kind of have that Hands-On one-to-one where you can ask great questions but the Salesforce um certification days are really good support to helping you to also learn and I definitely would recommend you sign up um once you have completed the courses on the courses or sign up um and try to get those certification dates because they will be a good support too I'm taking the exam so for next steps we've already told you guys join the slack Channel this is imperative to your success I mean nothing is absolutely required but I would definitely really really recommend you join the marketing Cloud learnings um slack Channel um I will be posting it again right now um to the to this chat as well as um please join the Trailblazer groups um I have some people have already uh the the Phoenix group has already been posted on the chat slack Channel I will also be posting the Atlanta user groups um Community Blazer group in the chat as well and then go ahead if you have not already registered for all of the sessions register for all the sessions you will need to register individually but if you have not go ahead and register for those um for the next session which will be this Thursday and also please complete your the homework or the suggested homework which is basically the marketing Cloud basic modules this is to answer a lot of the questions that people had in the channel where they're asking hey I'm a beginner I've never done this before how do I even kind of get an intro into marketing Cloud where would I go this is that opportunity for you to click on this link and to learn about the marketing Cloud basics foreign I have no other um suggestions for any one jbdu I want to take it back or go to do you want to speak on anything so I think uh we covered everything so make sure you attend all the sessions and make sure you follow the resources that are shared on the slack Channel and this is going to be very helpful to you in your marketing Cloud Journey so no matter if you are preparing for your certification or not this will definitely help you learn the concepts in-depth Concepts uh in marketing cloud and we are making sure channels here you can click on this plus button here and when you click on the plus button this is when you can browse channels and you can browse the different channels there's the homework channel here you can browse all of the different channels that are there so that is kind of the way you're going to be able to find what you're looking for if you do if you do join and you're unable to find what you are if you're unable to find anything here um I'm just looking at some other questions where do we find the homework so as you guys saw I'm just going to toggle back and forth a little bit well Naji we're not able to see your screen share now we can only see the presentation but not the slack so in the slack it was showing where the specific channel is I'm glad you said something thank you guys able to see my screen now yeah we can see wonderful um under channels you'll see this plus button and this is where you're going to be able to find any of the homeworks Channel you'll be able to find the general Channel you should automatically be entered into the general Channel you will be able to find um any of the sessions that you guys are looking for resources is another great one sell Source marketing class certification as well as test questions is another great one as well that you guys are going to be able to find if you just go here into the um again channels and click on that plus button so that is one second um another question I'm seeing people asking is where can we find the homework you all will receive this um this deck you will receive it and when you receive it you will be able to click on the link for the homework and after every single one of the speakers speak we will then go in and tell you what your next steps in are for every single session and this area will be updated with registering for the next session following that speaker session as well as what the homework looks like for the following um sessions so quick good thing can you go back to the bootcamp schedule I want to add something to that um so in this schedule you see today is the kickoff so this is like preparing with all the helpful resources that you need to know before we get started so any questions like Channel and about the certification overview and day two from next Thursday we do have the technical topics in-depth coverage so the next one email marketing best practices is on next Thursday if you are in a different time zone that's going to be 30th and maybe your morning time or sometime just make sure that you are following the correct time so on 29th 9 pm EST we have email marketing best practices and um the other sessions all the other technical topics will be covered in the next coming uh sessions and on 27th of October we have asked me anything panel so any questions that you have related to the marketing cloud email specialist certification or any of the topics that are discovered discussed in the previous sessions in this bootcamp you can ask these questions we'll send out a form where you can fill these questions before ahead of time so we you you'll get a chance to have those questions answered by the experts so on all these sessions are going to be recorded and they will be uploaded and all the slide decks from these sessions they will be uploaded in a shared folder so we will be sharing all these resources in the slack channel so as in when the session finishes and these are available so we'll be sharing these links so make sure you follow those Channel and the YouTube now if you are subscribed you will get the automated checking Gilda's been jumping and answering some questions too um will the decks be shared via email they will be on a um they will be shared to the slack channels um I am is it possible to sign up for four I don't know what for it is and I see one question people asking if they have to pay to use slack you should not cost there's no cost to use slack you should be able to download the app yeah someone mentioned your desktop or mobile and be able to use it for free that's for the upgraded version that we are on now so that that's just six days away no so even that go after six days you should still be able to access the basic Slack so no worries so we you can access everything in there thank you so just really just really just to reiterate slack is free you should not be having to pay anything those are for updated thing um for upgrades you should not have to pay for that if you see only three channels please go to the channel section that I showed you earlier and click the plus sign and do a search for what you're looking for if you are still unable to find it um message me in the slack Channel and I will add you to the perspective channels that you're looking to read to be a part of some of them are locked to just particular speakers but um that's only a very very select few right and there's one question about the partner sign up so in order to follow these sessions you just need the trailhead account but bonus if you have the partner the partner learning Camp access so there's some course available on the email specialist you can use it as an additional Resource as well and take that course but um if you do not have the access to the pattern learning Camp you don't need to worry so we're going to cover everything in detail it's like 11 days of technical content and each session has 60 to 90 minutes of content in there so we are going to cover everything in detail so you can just follow this boot camp and the trailhead resources and all of the resources that we'll be sharing all right I'm looking for anyone thank you uh Christopher jumping and supporting us well for answering questions um all right I think we've answered pretty much all the questions we do have one that says for boot camp day five it was originally at 11 A.M but it's now saying 7 P.M correct yeah that's being changed that is correct so that has been changed so 7 P.M being when there is a suggestion to look at the trailheads there's a way to succeed when you are um when you are taking when you're studying for these exams it is very important so say for instance we click on this one yes if completing the trailheads the modules are really good for you but please oh my gosh I don't want to have to sign in because then it's gonna just give me it's going to get me through everything please read the bottom the links all of the links are what is going to help you I'm trying to see if I can show you so these links here these resources there is that's where a lot of the details these are to give you a major overview of what you're studying and what you're going to be learning but a lot of the information that you're looking for is going to be within the links that of what you're studying so these things are going to take you to the um the help Pages for Salesforce marketing Cloud it's going to take you to to the more in-depth studies that you're looking for and that's going to really really help you a lot more with the um with passing these exams I also think fundamentally it will help prepare you for the next session yeah when I think about the lineup of speakers um a couple of them are four or five time MVPs they've been using the platform for as long you know for about as long as I have so when you go through these modules take notes and if you have questions in the next class you can certainly raise your hand and ask some of these you know speakers a question about something that you've just learned by reading the modules and going through the modules so I also think it's important that you know you really understand you know the basics but also fundamentally the concept of how all of this will you know work together absolutely agreed Gilda um so as you guys see so these the links that you see in the modules they will take you to things like the this help pay document and this is an opportunity for you to really read the documentation and understand marketing Cloud setup marketing Cloud glossary understanding what they mean especially for those who like go to just mention understanding the fundamentals what can spam stands for when someone says what a business unit what is a business unit this helps you to understand the glossary dictionary this helps you to under um this is this these help documents are really really good very very good help documents that are going to help you to pass the certification um and be a really big support to you so you there's a ton of content out there to help all of you guys
