Hello! In this video I'm going to show you how to read the German alphabet. Das deutsche Alphabet. Just like the English alphabet, the German alphabet consists of 26 letters from A to Z.
Okay, this is how we read the alphabet. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, V, X. German uses three additional vowels which are called die Umlaute. While in English we call them A-Umlaut, O-Umlaut and U-Umlaut in German they're called E, Ö, Ü and finally there's an additional letter which only exists in the German language.
