Getting Certificates Using the DIU Smart Student App

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Opening the App

    • Open the DIU Smart Student App.
    • Click the three-dot menu.
    • Click the 'Student Application' option.
  2. Logging In

    • Ensure you are logged into your portal.
    • The interface will show options for applications.
  3. Creating a New Application

    • Select 'My Application' then 'Create New'.
    • For example, to apply for a migration certificate:
      • Select 'Migration Certificate' from the dropdown.
  4. Filling Out Application Form

    • Read the instruction box carefully.
    • Fill in the details accurately:
      • Student name
      • ID
      • Program (as per the certificate)
    • Provide information about the organization where it will be submitted.
    • Add image section: Upload academic transcript copies.
    • Click the submit button.
  5. Tracking Application Status

    • The list of applications will show the status of all applied applications:
      • Pending: Application is submitted but not paid.
      • Paid: Payment is completed and document is processing.
      • Document is Ready: Certificate is uploaded by assigned person.
  6. Making Payment

    • Click the payment option.
    • Get redirected to SSL commerce page.
    • Choose a payment method and complete the payment.
  7. Certificate Processing and Download

    • Wait for three working days for the document to be processed and uploaded.
    • Download button will appear once the certificate is ready.
    • There will be a fixed date within which to download the document.
