how can you get certificates using the student application system see a demonstration first of all we have to open the diu smart student app click the three dot menu and then click the student application option if we are logged in into our portal we will get this interface now we have to select my application and create new suppose we will apply for a migration certificate so we will select the migration certificate option from the select button please read the instruction box carefully and fill in the body with correct information student name id and program have to be given as per certificate you have to give information about the organization where you will submit it in the add image section we will add the academic transcript copies then click the submit button in the list of applications we will get all our applied application statuses after applying we will see the statuses pending if we successfully paid then the status would show paid and the document is processing when an assigned person uploads the certificate the status will show document is ready now let's go for payment we have to click the payment option then we will get the ssl commerce page and we'll have to pay by choosing any payment method after completing all these steps successfully we will have to wait for three working days an assigned person will process it and upload it into the system then the download button will appear there will be a fixed date and within the date you have to download the document following these we can apply for certificates from the registrar's office and download it from home
