next one we're going to do is getting cheeky taking our three middle fingers on our right hand facing backwards we're going to put them on the tmj or the the meaty part of the jaw three fingers on your left hand facing forwards on the other side we're gonna squeeze our hands together and turn them so they meet at the bottom and hold them there we're gonna breathe in through the nose slowly look to the right breathe in through the nose slowly look to the left breathe in come back to center look up open your jaw three times breathe into the mouth squat look up to the right open your jaw three times good look up to the left open your jaw three times good come back to center and unwind go for a walk
