Development of Psychic Abilities - Part 2

Introduction

  • Welcome to the second lesson on the development of extrasensory perception.
  • Our goal is to develop our psychic abilities in the coming months.

Breathing Exercise

  1. Essential breathing technique:
    • 5 minutes, three times a day.
    • Inhale for 5 seconds.
    • Hold the air for 5 seconds.
    • Exhale for 5 seconds.
  2. Importance of emptying the mind during this exercise.
  3. Tips to overcome initial dizziness or weakness.

Benefits of Breath Retention

  • Retaining the breath while exhaling helps keep the body in good physical shape.
  • Breath retention stimulates the vagus nerve, which calms the heart and improves the digestive system.
  • The practice of pranayama without breath retention would simply be rhythmic ventilation of the lungs, without the filling of prana energy.
  • There are various ratios for inhaling, retaining, and exhaling, with 5-5-5 being the simplest.

Visualization Exercise

  1. Imagine a scenario where you are in a lotus position in complete darkness.
  2. Inhale and visualize the heat of the desert.
  3. Exhale and visualize the cold of Antarctica.
  4. Repeat this process up to 20 times a day to develop the ability to influence the body.

Development of Tactile Sensors

  1. Touch an object and hold it in your hand, then release it and try to recreate the sensation of the object in your hand.
  2. Practice with different objects and materials.
  3. Progress to holding two objects in sequence and evoke the sensations of both.

Creation of Heat and Cold in the Hands

  1. Hold a hot cup of tea and remember the sensation of heat.
  2. Repeat the process with the cold by holding an ice cream.
  3. After 7 days, try to recreate these sensations without the real object.

Roller Coaster Exercise

  1. Perform intense physical exercises for 4 to 6 minutes to increase brain vibrations.
  2. Sit in a comfortable position and try to stop the pulse quickly, controlling your breathing and internal dialogues.
  3. Alternate between high and low brain vibrations (alpha and beta) to consciously control biological rhythms.

Concentration Exercise

  1. Sit in a comfortable position and concentrate on a specific part of the body.
  2. Maintain concentration on this part for 30 seconds.
  3. Switch to another part of the body and repeat the process.

Key Aspects

  • The ability to consciously shift focus between different parts of the body helps develop psychic abilities.
  • The overall goal is to control internal flows, both physical and mental.
