hello everybody today we're going to look at how to access your Savannah and your community portal let's get to it first and foremost make sure you go to your portal login details which is member. the room.com login once you are there be sure to utilize the email that you applied to Alx with for purposes of this example I'm going to use my email which I applied with so there you have it Isabel v.g mail.com sign in all right as you can see it says an email was sent to your address so at this point please be sure to go to your email address as you can see in your email you will see you're welcome to the portal email once you enter that welcome to your portal you will then be able to access your portal so you just have to click access your portal once there you will get to the welcome page of the portal all you have to do is create a password okay now make sure you create a strong password which has at least six characters and must include an uppercase and lowercase numeric character and special character so I'm going to create uh just a simple password all right I have done with my password see my password strength is good click next it will ask you to make sure your personal information is correct so you can do that just check everything's fine and make sure you agree to our policy confirm I am now in the community portal please be sure to watch this two minute short video welcoming you to our Alex Community just press play on YouTube after you watch the video please enter your portal welcome to your community portal in this portal you will have access to all of Alex's amazing offerings on the homepage you will see that you will have your profile file right at the top corner where you'll be able to edit your details and log out but on this homepage you'll have access to your learning management system called Savannah and on this learning management system you'll be able to access your virtual assistant Course once you click go to course it will take you straight to your Savannah where you will have access to your learning content we hope that you have an amazing experience as you explore your Savannah now let's go back to our community portal on the homepage you will also see you will be a able to get support from our team if you have any issues a very important part of being part of ax is being part of the community to join the community and get to see all your exciting community members and Community offerings please make sure that you click on the community tab as you click the community tab please make sure you update your employment status let us letting us know where you are on your professional Journey all right so all you have to do is complete your employment tab all right Welcome to our Community tab page here you will find so many exciting offerings from our community that you will be able to join and have an amazing experience with us thank you and see you on the community portal
