But if you want to share this meeting recording with someone else, what you need to do is you just simply press share button and press share button in here again. And just after that, as you can see, only the people you specify who have this link. will have access to view only so if i put anyone here let's say i'm in this meeting early do a favor why don't we put in okay uh fianas center or fears i'm not sure if they i'm not sure if they'll we had this training they used to i'm not sure about this intense training so if i say fee and few owners are here yep however if i sent this recording to fairness can only view do with the video they can't download they can't delete they can't do anything on this video however sometimes especially to admin team if you are forwarding this meeting recording to the admin team to to import it download it and import it to the one drive or somewhere else you need to give a download access at the moment this recording is recorded by angelo so only angelo can grant this access to download to anyone so if you share on your end this recording um to to someone else you can't grant access to download they can they can view only they can they cannot download still and that's because certainly i recorded it and i'm sharing it is it correct that's it that's correct if ben record this like with his team and he sent it over he sent it over to for example admin to download on onedrive which is a very useful link then he'd be able to give access rights to the exactly yeah okay do you understand that's why i said if i if i started this recording then it's it's i only i can give access to download somewhere but um but if i wanted to send to everybody to view then they can just view it does that make sense they can't download it somewhere but they can just view it yeah does that make sense sometimes yeah but sometimes we need to give download access to the people like maybe sam maybe don't know maybe that you will forward and after that they need to put that one e download this video and import it and upload it to to a real internet to training fields so am i correct if i do here admin okay i'm not sure we pick up an admin group does it pick an admin group yes it does yeah if i put here put hi sam uh hi so hi all please you Teams masterclass.

So if I go to share section again, you can see, let me show you again, share, manage access, see. so if i say manage access in specific of this this meeting you can see people you specify can edit this one can be can be edited by angelo and myself and i can i can delete i can i can manage i can do anything i can share i can block the download i can manage the access this person like i avl admin and avl funeral fairness members all of them people can view only and can download but they can't edit delete or share to download with someone else and in here you can see all attendees can only view only they can see but they can't download so as you can see if if in a meeting if you want to give everyone can download this this meeting then simply just uh instead of ah you can't do it because it's like a policy you can't download you can see it so you have to share this meeting with someone else in this meeting to make to grant the download access again so eddie that's a little bit complicated i think but we understand if you go back to the video so make it nice and easy this video here if i want to send to the fairness to view only and to add them sorry to admin only to upload on one drive yeah then then you can you can share it i can share it separately yeah yes i'll do two separate maybe maybe he's just these two separate ones yeah so ben the answer is to everybody is just these two separate ones they want to share and one to download so normally you just shared your team yep but if you think actually this is so good someone else can benefit from it and that's the bit about passing on information to your next group yeah so all the current uh uh teams and and and fianas or anybody so i want this one to be shared to everybody um but not downloaded so this one here um this one here in fact what i'd do this one i'll just give it to sam so when we finish this video early yeah i wanted to give it only to sam so just pretend yeah go on yeah stop recording
