Troubleshooting Steps

Check Audio Settings

  1. Access More Options:
    • Click on the three dots labeled "More Options."
    • Select "Audio Connection."
  2. Adjust Volume Settings:
    • Click on the gear icon to view volume settings.
    • Uncheck any muted options.
    • Increase the volume to the maximum level.
    • Check if your voice is detected in the volume settings.

Alternative Microphone

  • If volume is not detected:
    • Try selecting another microphone if available.

Call-In Option

  • If issues persist:
    • Use "View" to see the call-in number.
    • Call the number from a desk phone or cell phone.
    • Enter access code and attendee ID when prompted.
    • This allows participation via phone while using the computer for screen viewing.
