Fixing Audio Issues in WebEx Meetings

[Music] hello everybody today we are going to troubleshoot our audio problems when we are connected to a Cisco WebEx meeting so you're in the meeting and you unmute your microphone and for some reason no audio is coming down so you have these three little dots dots here that say more options click on this and then click on audio connection you click on the little gear here it'll allow you to see your volume as you're talking one of the troubleshooting steps that I've seen and come across is to uncheck this box and just crank this all the way up as high as it can go and if you don't see your voice working inside here then you have some audio problems so if that's the case you have some other options we can click this and if you have another microphone that we're plugging in you can select that other microphone and try it if you still do not see your volume moving I'm just going to switch that back you have the common option so click on View to view the caller number and from your desk phone from your cell phone you can call this number you enter your access code and your attendee ID when you're prompted to and it'll allow you to call into the meeting you'll be able to hear talk everything just as if you're in on the WebEx with the computer and then you can still use your computer to listen or to view any of the stuff that's displayed on the screen simple as that you [Music]
