Action Items

  • (No explicit action items assigned during this meeting.)

Overview of the People Analyzer Tool

  • The People Analyzer tool is used after core values are clearly defined (recommended 3-7 values).
  • Core values are listed across the top; the tool is completed for each person on the team, starting with leadership.
  • Ratings are given for each core value using: + (lives value most of the time), ± (sometimes does/sometimes does not), − (rarely does).
  • Three additional criteria — Get it, Want it, Capacity to do it — are required and must all be “Yes” for the role.
  • Organizations must set a minimum standard (“bar”) for passing the core values assessment.
  • Results facilitate specific conversations and help identify individuals who may not fit the organizational culture and role needs.

Using the Tool & Examples

  • Leadership team members should be evaluated with honesty and consistency.
  • Example: If a team member is below the bar on multiple values and/or does not “Get, Want, or have the Capacity” for their role, it may indicate a poor fit.
  • Removing individuals who fall below the standard is important to maintain a healthy culture and team performance.

Decisions

  • No formal decisions — This session was informational, focusing on tool introduction and usage.

Open Questions / Follow-Ups

  • No follow-up questions or unresolved issues were raised during this overview.
