Final Review 1: L39 Part 1 (Future Of Trading Course)

like we're going through cycles first right so obviously it's going to be like okay well we know cycles pretty well by now but um just to do a full review from from one to current so cycles start out with uh distribution right distribution cycles are always um looking looking for the break of long-term trends right looking for the break of uh long-term trends and i think i'm gonna just kind of not not go through this brick and mortar like as if we were relearning lesson one but maybe tie in all of the lessons from the first point um yeah that's that's how i'm gonna do it you know what let's do metal because it's very much like gto so uh for this i want to um for this i want to use a chart that is going to be relevant in the market right now so distribution cycles right uh first thing you start off with cycles is always looking how to see the end of distribution right one two three four five we all know that don't need it on the screen uh one two three four five right have a downtrend find support um use that support to break the downtrend to attack whatever valley has got you there with the hopes that you hit the actual valley top right so you you use that to hit the valley top so this is where i'm going to take it a bit more advanced when we look at these distribution cycles like this there is a amount of time with these trends that we need to look at so you would simply have a trend like this right uh something like this on metal at a very superficial look you would just draw your first trend here from april um all the way down to try to find where this cycle ends right as time goes on with these cycles uh as time goes on you are creating uh larger trends with with bigger um kind of bigger points or bigger bigger cycles uh bigger areas that uh are testing right so so for example here you have a distribution cycle to this swing high i'm sure there's something inside of this candle that closes in here so between this high and a four hour right here i would most likely leave it here because the daily is going to show you a bit of a stronger move now to go into some fractal information again when when you are when you are breaking your time frames down to find this swing here so if we were to take this and have two swings like this like one right here and two right here you you have two breaks right so so so this is the this is the thing that i always uh try to communicate that uh we will mark this as a daily and this possibly as a four hour we're going to say it's a four hour probably is by the looks of it is probably a four hour downtrend start um upon the break of a daily you can see the strength of the move upon the break of a four hour you can see how you've pretty much already missed the move right so this is um kind of that point i try to communicate with people that if you are looking too fractally you'll miss the strength in a move um here's a situation where we do have trend and it did try to break here um the problem is is that it probably didn't close a weekly like it didn't close a hard enough target to make the move very much like what gto is doing right now yes i'm going to refer to gto a lot today because i'll be able to share some insight onto why i like it so much um right here you do see a break right and and yesterday i said gtl i would not be surprised to see it break a trend and then need to confirm uh for three or four or five days uh before it actually moves through because it's trying to set up a hard close on a larger time frame because it's trying to attack a larger timeframe target right like for this thing to actually start taking this bigger move up you you can look at how many days it actually does need to confirm the trend break and and so there actually is a decent move right here so when you're looking for these uh distribution cycles yes you can you can practically massage through and find exact points in time but when you are using larger like where i would where i would massage through on something would be something like this um like maybe this swing high to like this swing high or something very very uh local to the actual like maybe maybe this swing high into whatever's in here to see when this trend can be attacked from this back here right because it's still going through the daily like this doesn't doesn't give you the weekly clothes that you need it doesn't give you a hard enough clothes that you need to actually take this thing up so when you are looking for these distribution cycles the first thing i want to say or or any cycles at all the first thing i want to say is realize that when you do move over this is a scenario right here where oh look we're breaking out this looks great um you know where's the whole level whole level's probably right here no that one broke down so what about this one that broke something like this so you have you have the hole double here maybe even have something inside of this leg whatever whatever this was holding inside of this leg so frankly whatever this candle here held inside of this leg um that's what it's trying to do again so this looks great oh yes we're you know breaking this target and this looks good you know you're starting to move up and all of a sudden you fail down um that is the decay some point of um not having a strong enough confirm right and then moving down through this when you re-break that uh same trend that trend is still there right like this trend is is still here um you haven't actually hard closed anything yet like this this candle actually if you look i'm not adjusting my daily until i'm actually over top of trend like this next candle i would adjust the the uh the trend line then and and only when the move is done so in this moment then i would go like this and i would say okay here here we go right here that's the new trend um i would not be adjusting it before that unless it's fractally but again fractally you're going to miss the uh more important pieces like this right you'll you'll get accuracy but to a point you'll miss the strength right so then let's do that let's move this to here um and that's trend now and you are failing against trend you back confirm it you move up right and then you're still not done the move and this probably in a very um instant time frame would have been there but anyways that's the end of the move and so you have your new distribution track right would then be moving it to here and to there i would not be moving it to here yet and there's the back attack break of that level so this whole cycle here has completed the attack of its valley and i wonder what valley it actually went to it actually went up to this uh upper one here which which is pretty common here you're going to see usually when you break these larger moves so this is the next thing i want to talk about distribution and um now getting more into the side of accumulation when you when you break these moves if the length of the break on the trend is going to dictate the size of the move i think that's kind of something people are starting to be aware of like i talked about it a lot i said okay well look at how far it's breaking back you're going to target something so the the magic there when you're looking at distribution is understanding that this trend has its own set of inverse levels here and here right so in a first sense uh and i hate that i can't do this fractionally i would just assume this one right here so if this is if this trend right here is broken in this moment you would expect it to back attack the adverse level as a first step of confirmation right then it has to hold its level let's do one more then it has to hold its level through accumulation which is there right it has to hold this level and then it can break this trend that this is giving your cycles through right so this is going to be uh your one right here uh one finds support uh or wherever it does in the past that's fine uh break swings up to attack this valley this is getting a little more advanced because you would you would um look at this valley typically and say oh we rejected that valley but realize that the larger the time frame you break the bigger the target you're going to back attack so you're not just um breaking this in here maybe in here you actually had one two three like this right here this little sample here let's get rid of some of this stuff it's a lot that's getting on the screen oops nope we need that one i think it's y or is it z uh you bugger you won't move back okay let's uh just manually move it back to here and uh i'm gonna do this here and this here and this here okay so when you are breaking this there could be the back attack of some four hour levels in here to show you the start of your uptrend right like you you break these four hour levels you do confirm down the hold and then you do back attack this inverse so so what did you attack did you attack this inverse or did you attack this um in my opinion well what i i see this very often where you back attack a hidden this is this is called a hidden level this is something that i'll talk about more in the blueprint these are called hidden levels hidden levels are how to see the um actual targets because because we have these kind of ideas of targets right we have swing highs and a very uh in a very basic light you have swing highs right so so rewind yourself back to the beginner's course and you talk about swing highs let's attack swing highs which okay fine let's do that we attack swing highs after that you go down the rabbit hole you start to understand the strength of valleys and and what valleys mean um valleys are and i'm not going to talk too much about hidden levels today because it's completely off topic and um again much much further down the rabbit hole but then you have excuse me then you have valleys and the idea behind valleys is that they have a certain amount of strength that show the relevance inside of local moves right so they have uh relevance that shows what targets can be locally right um the problem is this is not a local break okay this is the local uh uh break right here this is the four hour local the pandora's box the four hour hold right you have the the the breakout level right here so this is this is like the local type sense so this is um the local breakout and and when you when you when you create this um level right we have level origins when you break this trend and that becomes a level origin actually would have broken up much sooner but that's that's fine you would have actually didn't attack it there you actually created your own origin off of this one right here uh and i'm doing this on the fly so forgive me if i'm wrong you you create your own origin there of the break of this you then have this which attacks this level uh making it the breakout off of the local failure which would be something like this right here so then you have the local failure break this gets created here as an origin oops okay that's fine you guys know which level it is this one was an origin this is an origin um they both get created so then you both have your respective breakouts over it and a larger move up right so all very simple all all um accustomed to the cycles of exactly how we see it right you have a downtrend you find support you break you attack you create the uh next uh trend you need to to to break which would be right there in that okay you know what we can actually just do the right way instead of trying to improvise we can just do this uh you then create the break right here of the three so you have uh the purple down line here is one the break two the back attack of the local valley three the ladder up off of that which is the four to create the uh next origin breakout which is going to give you um this right here right which is then going to trail up to your target right so that's very uh very very very much the uh cycles of distribution and accumulation right one two three four five it's very and it can go five six seven eight whatever it can keep going um what i will say without getting too much into uh different knowledge here is that there are hidden levels on the chart um hidden levels is kind of the next step so you talk about local events of targeting local valleys um based off the trend that is currently testing uh to find where it's going to stop and then we talk about the valleys as targets and that's fine valleys are targets locally like this here and uh magnet tool here for this and this one here right so you have back attack valley back attack valley uh hidden level right this will tell you that this is getting targeted um again not too much into that but what i will say without talking about hidden levels is this when you break a trend you are going to look for the uh hidden level that represents that trend whether it be the valley top whether it be um the inverse of the direct value like it's called a direct inverse so whether you look for a direct inverse whether you look for a hidden level or whether you look for a local valley there is different levels that get hit that show you different things so when you are going through your cycles of distribution when you guys are looking at these charts and saying okay there's uh distribution happening where can i see the end you have to do your best to look at the entire picture so when you look at distribution and you know i guess we just keep going here right cycles distribution cycles are are quite relevant right now in our markets right so the cycles are quite relevant and you know metal metal is uh trying to confirm a break over a longer target here um with that said i would then switch to the weekly and see my distribution um inverse on the weekly perfectly fine inverse on the weekly pulls back moves up value up i'll start to look at the bigger picture right you most people have drawn these trends right now there should be a conquest to find this trend right now right this year failure failure failure uh to this year there should be a conquest that everybody goes on right now to find these bigger trends because uh i wonder if we can thousand candles oh just short okay you have to use the four hey everyone how's it going as you know i'm now giving out some of this content
