Mailchimp Setup for Beginners

in this mailchimp tutorial you're gonna learn step by step how to set up your email marketing with mailchimp this is a complete adc guide for beginners so even if you have zero experience with mailchimp or email marketing this video will take you from a beginner to an expert as quickly as possible mailchimp is definitely a great choice especially if you are a beginner looking for a free option their free plan allows you to have up to 2000 email contacts and send up to 10 000 emails per month plus you get everything you need to start email marketing including the ability to create registration forms and send email newsletters so these are the topics that we're gonna cover in this video and as always you'll find the timestamps for each of those topics down below in the video description all right so let's head over to mailchimp.com where we can go ahead and sign up for a new mailchimp account and you don't need to worry about downloading anything here because mailchimp is browser-based so whenever you need to do something email marketing related you simply go to mailchimp.com click on login and then you log into your account but first we have to set up your account so we're going to click on sign up free here on the top right then you simply need to type in your email address and decide on a username and a password and then click on sign up here then on the next step we have to confirm the email that we just used to sign up for mailchimp so we simply head over to our email inbox and we get a mail that looks something like this where we can simply click on activate account right here and that will take us to this side right here where we have to confirm that we are not a robot and that brings us to the account setup where the first thing that we have to do is decide on a mailchimp plan and there are four plans you can choose from there's the free one and then there's the paid plans where you get more features and also a higher contact limit so with the free one you get a maximum of 2 000 email contacts and a maximum of 10 000 emails per month that you can send and that's mostly enough for a beginner however if you already have more contacts than 2000 or you want to have features that are only available in one of the higher plans for example if you want to do email automations then you're going to have to go for the standard plan at least and what you also have to consider is that with the higher plans the essential standard and premium it depends on how many email contacts you have so if you want to go for a standard plan then it if you have 500 contacts it's going to be 17 per month but if you're gonna have five thousand contacts it's gonna be ninety dollars per month so the more contacts you have the more mailchimp is gonna charge you for using their service so i usually just recommend to start off with the free plan and then whenever you notice that you need a feature that you don't have with the free plan or that you need more space you need to have more contacts then you can always upgrade to a higher plan but for this video as well we're also going to start with the free plan so i'm going to click on next right here here simply type in your name business name and if you want to you can also put a website url and your phone number and now as you can see we have to type in a physical address because of international anti-spam laws every email campaign that you send out to your email subscribers need to have a physical address at the bottom of the email so you can either type in your personal address your home address right here which i wouldn't recommend because then every email subscriber will see your home address at the bottom of the email and that's not necessarily something that you want so what is better is to put your business address if you have a business address or maybe to put a po box address that will be put at the bottom of the email so your home address will actually be kept private then here let's say we don't have any contacts yet and we can skip these right here then here i normally simply leave these unticked because otherwise you will get a lot of emails from mailchimp which i don't want so i'm going to click on continue right here great and that will take us into your mailchimp dashboard so here you're gonna see a kind of a guide that one that wants to walk you through how to set up your mailchimp account you don't need to worry about that because i'm gonna cover everything in this video here and then on the bottom this is what you're gonna see when you log into your mailchimp account in the future this is basically an overview of kind of how your email campaigns are doing like click-through rate open rate and so on and also how many new subscribers you're gaining so right now it's pretty boring here because you don't have any contacts that you don't have any campaigns set up yet then on the left side you're going to have all the menus that you're going to use to navigate through mailchimp and you can see that mailchimp does a lot more than just email marketing you're going to have the ability to create a website you can create logos with mailchimp and all that fancy stuff what we're gonna focus on in this video is simply email marketing because that is what mailchimp is good at that's what mailchimp actually started out with so um simply follow along with this tutorial and then you're gonna learn all the main features and the basics here of mailchimp so before we move on with setting up your mailchimp account i wanna talk about something that you might struggle with especially in the beginning of um starting email marketing which is getting your emails in your subscribers inbox with your emails you want them to end up here in the primary folder which is the folder that people are actually looking at and not in the promotions folder not in the junk folder so there's a couple of things you need to know in order for your emails to actually end up in the inbox and if you do this right from the beginning then you're gonna have a much easier time also in the future getting your emails to your audience which is the main goal of email marketing one thing you have to make sure you do is to actually send valuable emails don't spam your audience and don't send emails that are not important for your audience because what email service providers like gmail do they track how many of your subscribers actually open your email how many people read your email how many people click on links in your email and how many people reply to your email as well so they want to know if people are actually engaging with their emails and that shows gmail for example that your emails are actually valuable and they will kind of build trust with your email domain and then in the future they will continue to put your emails in the main inbox in the primary inbox of your email subscribers which is very important so this is the first thing you can do and then another thing that we're gonna just do in our mailchimp account is to authenticate our email address our email domain because this will already build trust with email providers like gmail like aol and so on and it will make it already a bit easier to get your emails in inbox so it will increase your deliverability rate so this is what we can do right now so authenticate your emails using your domain however you're going to need a domain for that so you're going to need something like medicsmedia.com just a domain i assume you already have a domain if you don't then you can skip this part right now but i do recommend to get your own domain and it's something like 10 or something so it's definitely worth the investment great so let's head over to our mailchimp dashboard and then we're going to go to website right here on the left side and we're going to click on domains and then we want to scroll down here where it says email domains and we want to click on add and verify domain and here you simply want to type in the email address that you want to send out emails from so i'm going to use the domain medicstutorials.com for this for this mailchimp account so i'm going to type in something like simon at medicstutorials.com and it's very important that you actually have access to this email inbox and that you actually own this domain obviously so we're going to click on send verification email and now the next thing we have to do is to log into to our email inbox of this email address right here and then we're gonna have to get a code which we can then paste into this field right here so here's the email that i just received from mailchimp so here i'm gonna just copy this code we're gonna go back to mailchimp and then we simply paste this code in right here and then we can click on verify and there we go our domain is now successfully verified so this is step one so now when we scroll down we can see that this domain is now verified and the next thing we need to do is to actually start the authentication so we're gonna click on start authentication right here and then we need to decide on what email provider do we have in my case i have bluehost i'm going to choose bluehost right here maybe you have something else like godaddy google domains or something like that make sure you actually choose what domain uh is what where your domain is on then we're gonna click on next and then you're gonna see a short guide on how to get to your dns record section of whatever provider you have this right here is how to do it on bluehost which is what i'm gonna do in this video and then we can simply click on next right here and here are the two cname records that we need to add in our dns panel of our provider now you can try to follow along here and do it yourself which is what i recommend because it's actually not that complicated if you do exactly what it says here however if you get stuck at some point simply reach out to support of whatever provider you have in my example again it's bluehost and then they will add those records here for you so i'm going to show you how to do it on bluehost so i'm going to go to my dns settings here of this domain that i've added on mailchimp and then i'm going to scroll down to where it says cname right here and then i can simply click on add record and i'm going to just paste whatever they give me here so cname number one i'm gonna click on copy and then i'm gonna paste this right here and this points to this copy paste this right here and then i believe and the other one we can simply use the four hours and then we can simply click on save and just like that we have added the first cnm record and we're going to do the same thing for the other cnn record as well so we're going to click on copy right here and then we're going to add another record paste this again here and then copy the points to copy this here paste this here and then again four hours click save and now we have added those cname records and that authenticates now our domain which helps with our delivery rate and normally this takes a couple of hours until this has propagated so it's not going to work immediately but after like 24 hours it should it should work and then as we can see here mailchimp will send you an email once everything is finished and it can take up to 48 hours and now the next thing we want to do is go to our audience settings so we're going to go to audience right here we're going to go to preference center and then we're going to go to settings and click on audience name and defaults this is also something that you need to set up in the beginning and make sure everything is correct and then you need don't need to worry about that anymore so the first thing is audience name and for your email list you're going to have an audience so this is called audience all the people are on a specific audience normally you only need one audience because you can segment people by using tags for example and you don't need multiple ones um and then form settings if you want to you can enable double opt-in that means that whenever somebody signs up to your email list they will receive an email and then there they need to once again confirm that they actually want to be on your email list which has the advantage that you will only get real email addresses and real people on your email list because they have to double opt-in but the disadvantage is that you might lose out on some email subscribers because they simply don't uh they just simply don't reconfirm that they actually want to be on your email list so personally i just uh leave this unticked because i don't need them to double opt in but you can you can tick this if you want to so then we move on to campaign defaults here um this is the name that they're gonna see when you send them emails so for me i would just type in something like simon and then medics media so they know my name and they also know kind of what company i'm from and then the default email address this is also important that this is the email address that they're gonna see where the email came from so in my case i would put something like simon at medicstutorials.com which looks a lot more professional compared to having something like medics media at gmail.com and that's basically it here for the audience settings so now let's look at how we can import contacts that we already have into our new mailchimp account so to do that we go to audience here on the left side and here we can already see that the button add your contacts so we can simply click on add your contacts and then we get two options how we can import our contacts here on mailchimp the first one being to copy and paste it from a spreadsheet and the second one being to upload a csv file or a text file i would recommend to use this first option because it's quicker and pretty much all email marketing providers um allow you to export your email list in a zsv file so i'm gonna choose this option here as well and then you can click on browse and choose that file that you have exported or and downloaded from your other email provider so once it's uploaded we can click on continue to organize and then you want to make sure that they are on the status subscribed otherwise they will have to re-subscribe to your list which is not something you want to bother your email list with because they have already given you permission to have them on your email list and permission to send them emails so make sure the status is unsubscribed and then click on continue to tag here you can give a tag to your email list so for example if we have imported our email list of our blog readers we can say something like blog readers to make sure we actually know where those emails come from and what those people are interested in so make sure you you give them a suitable tag and then we can click on continue to match and then you want to make sure that mailchimp actually assigns the columns correctly so email address make sure these are actually email addresses these are the first names these are the last names and you can also scroll here to the right and make sure everything is correct so um sometimes if you import an email list from another provider you're gonna see maybe the email address here so we need to untick this and maybe change this to okay this is the actual email address and not the phone number so make sure everything is correct right here and once that's done you can click on finalize import then again confirm by clicking on complete import and there we go we can now click on view imported contacts and we can see that we have now these three contacts here on our audience list alright so what we want to do now is we want to create a way for people to sign up to your email list this can be a registration form on your website or a landing page where you send people to from your youtube channel or from your instagram page or tick tock or whatever they just need you just need to have a way that people can sign up to your email list so that you can send them emails so when we go to create here on the top left and then we go to sign up form we can see that we have different possibilities so there's the embedded form there's the pop-up form and then then there's the sign up landing page so if you don't have a website then you probably want to go for the sign up landing page and i do have a video which you'll find down below in the video description that will show you exactly how to create your landing page using mailchimp and if you have a website you probably want to go for the embedded form or for the pop-up form now i'm going to show you in this tutorial how to create a pop-up form which is simply a window on your website that will appear after like five seconds 20 seconds or when people kind of stroll down and then it will say something like hey you want to get this ebook for free sign up to our email newsletter so this is what we're going to create if you want to create an embedded form i also have a dedicated video for this um down below in the video description or up in the cards so let's move on by creating a pop-up form right here then you want to select your audience so i only have one so i'm going to select medics media click on begin and that takes us here inside of our form builder so this is the basic layout so here in brown the background this will be your website which is kind of like blurred out or grayed out and then this is the window that will pop up for people to see where they can enter their email address their name and so on so what we can first do is design this email pop-up first we're going to go to layout and then you want to decide what kind of layout you need so there's different possibilities i'm going to simply stick with the one that is already here but you can also test out other ones if you like them better and then i'm gonna also use an image because uh images are always nice so i'm gonna upload an image right here so i've chosen this image right here and one thing i always recommend when you wanna get new email subscribers is to get give something away for free in exchange for getting their email address so many people just do something like hey get our weekly email newsletter sign up here but that's not enough incentive for people to sign up to your email list what you want to do is to to create a gift for people that they will get when they sign up to your email list so in this example what i've done is i've created a youtube optimization checklist um that people can use when they create youtube videos to make sure they actually rank um rank high in the search results so this is what i'm giving away to get new email subscribers so and this is uh what i'm advertising here in the top banner so then you can use the text here as well to kind of make people sign up so i'm going to type in something like get i don't know 342 more views more views in three month using my checklist something like this and then here you can decide on what you want to ask for so obviously you need to ask for the email address but you can also ask for the name so when we go to the plus sign here we can also ask for the first name which is something that i usually want to do because um i like to personalize my emails and say something like hey simon and then i need the names of my email subscribers but this is not necessary so i'm gonna just put this on top right here and you can also make this required i usually don't make the names required because then if somebody doesn't want to give me their name they might not sign up to my email list so i'm just gonna make it not required the email obviously you have to make it required and then you can also change the button let's change the color maybe to a green and also this one made to a lighter green right here and also center it here in the middle and maybe also a note here um we will never send you spam ever sounds like this and maybe also kind of center this like this okay cool so just take some time to design your perfect pop-up form and once that's done we can also go to the success message right here so right now it's saying thanks for subscribing what i usually do is i want him to go to their inbox immediately to make sure they open my first email and get their gif whatever i'm sending away and this will make sure that they open my first email which is very important for my deliverability rate so that also my future emails that i'm sending to them maybe some promotions they will also get in the main inbox so i want them to now go to their inbox and uh and open that email so um something like awesome go check your inbox and get your gift something like this okay cool so now we can also go into the style settings right here we can change the fonts if you want to and kind of the heading colors whatever you want um and then we need to go into the settings so here um we can decide on the overlay opacity so how dark will the background be when your pop-up will show up i usually put it just in this ballpark right here and then display so when should this pop-up be displayed should just be displayed after five seconds maybe after 20 seconds maybe after people scroll to the middle uh just for demonstration purposes i'm gonna do five seconds because we're gonna check if this works later on so i'm gonna do five seconds for now um show the mailchimp badge just because we are in the free plan we have to show it and then we can decide on if you wanna have it here in the middle or if you wanted to have have it slide out from the bottom right both are fine i'm just going to do modal right now great so once that's done once everything is set up correctly we can go ahead and connect our website so i'm going to click on connect side right here and i'm just gonna connect one of my sites that i'm working on right now um it's called collectioncrypto.com and accept the terms click on get started and now what we need to do is to copy this code right here this html code and put it in the header of our website so depending on what kind of website you have you wanna access your header and then you wanna just paste it in so i'm going to show you how to do it on a wordpress site but if you have a wix side or a squarespace site um there's always a possibility to access your header and then you want to simply paste it in if you don't know how to do it simply contact support and then they'll show you exactly how you can put a code inside of your header so if you have a web preset simply follow along with this video so i'm going to go to my wordpress dashboard here and then what i like to do is to get a plug-in which makes it very easy to paste things into my header so i'm going to go to add new and then i'm going to look for insert insert headers headers and footers so it's the first one right here i'm going to click on install now and then i'm going to activate it and now we can go to settings and under settings we can go to insert headers and footers and now here is where we can paste that html code from mailchimp so here we can click on copy to clipboard and then we go to a script in header paste it in here we're going to scroll down click on save and now we need to go back to mailchimp and we can click on check connection and as we can see success the site has been connected we can now turn it on click on close and now let's click on save and publish here on the top save and publish and now this should actually work so now when people go to our website after like five seconds they should see our pop-up so let's actually check if this works let's go to our website and now we're gonna wait for five seconds and let's see if the pop-up actually shows up and there we go so there the pop-up shows up and we can type in our name so let's type in simon simon medics media.com click on subscribe and there we go we have the success message chuck check your inbox and now we can go back to mailchimp close out of this and actually check if this person is in our contacts let's go to audience all contacts and here we can see we have one new email subscriber simon at medicsmedia.com so our pop-up form works so now what you usually want to do when somebody signs up to your email list is immediately send them an initial email with the gift you have promised them the freebie that you have promised them to sign up for your email list or you simply want to welcome them to your email list and basically tell them what they can expect over the next couple of weeks so um it used to be able you used to be able with mailchimp to create one initial welcome email that will go out immediately um when somebody signs up to your email list unfortunately with the free plan you're not uh you're not anymore able to do that so what you would need to do now is to actually um upgrade to um to a a paid plan so the standard plan so that you have access to the to the journey automations and this is how you would uh how you can trigger that first email however i did find a workaround to that if you don't want to go for the pay plan but you still want to send an initial email so what you can do is you can go to audience you can go to preference center and then to settings audience and name defaults and here you can go to scroll down and click on send a final welcome email and if you tick this then a first email will go out to everybody who signs up to your audience so when somebody signs up an email will go out so we can tick this and then we can click on save audience and campaign defaults and then we want to adjust that welcome email so we can go to sign up forms right here and then we want to go to form builder and then in the form builder we want to change from sign up form to final welcome email and here is where we can change that welcome email now it's not the same email builder as you would get with automation so you can't really create a very nice looking email but um for if you want to use the free plan this is basically how you would need to do it um so you can actually send an initial email and give them your lead magnet so this is how the email currently looks like when they sign up to my email address now how i now deliver the the gift the freebie is i can simply go into here the text and then change this text so let's say your description has been confirmed or something like thank you for thank you for joining joining my email newsletter here's your free in my case let's say a youtube checklist so this is what i'm giving away and then i can simply type this in here and i can make this a link like this and type in something like uh dropbox.com so i would create a folder on my dropbox or google drive or something and then put the checklist in there the freebie and then click on insert and now people will be able to download their freebie here with this first initial email and click on save and close and just like that we have created our new welcome email so you can really change this on the bottom right here but this is just kind of a work around if you don't want to pay for the email automation feature all right so let's now look at how we can create a simple email campaign and send it out to our email subscribers so we're gonna go to create here on the top left and then we're gonna choose email right here and we're gonna go to regular email campaign then we have to give our campaign a name so simply choose something here that makes sense let's say i want to create a campaign for people who are interested in youtube tips so i'm going to name it five um tips for youtube then i'm gonna click on begin and now here the first thing that i can do and that is also very important is to decide on who will actually receive that specific email now if you only have one audience that are interested in the same thing then it's pretty easy you can simply leave it as it is because it's just going to send it to the audience that you have but if you have already tagged your audience by interest for example let's say you have people who are interested in youtube tips then you have interest people are interested in maybe e-commerce tips then you want to tag those people accordingly and depending on what kind of campaign you're sending you only want to send the campaign to the people who are interested in that content because um if you send it to everybody then a lot of people will not open your email and you will get a lot less deliverability because the gmail for example will see oh people are not interested in the content from that email address so we're gonna send it to the spam folder i'm gonna send it to the junk folder and this is really bad for your email marketing so make sure you're only sending emails to people who are interested in what you are giving them so we can click on edit recipients right here and first decide on the audience and then we can also decide on what tags those people should have i only have one tag set up here blog readers so i'm just going to choose that tag and then we can also choose the personalize the tool field so people can see okay this is to bob smith and not not to bob at example dot com um then i'm gonna click on save and then we can change the from information so i'm just probably gonna leave it as it is i've already set it up in my defaults simon medics media which is displayed as the from information and then this is the email address that will they will receive the email from that's fine click on save then the subject line something that is very important for your email marketing because this eventually decides on if people click on your email or if they don't so you want to make the subject enticing to click on so something like maybe something they can relate with so want to start on youtube this year um here's my five secrets something like this that makes them want to click and then you can also have a preview text so this is the preview that they see before they open the email so let's say secret number one is blah blah blah something like this so they actually want to click on the email this is really important then click on save and then we can click on design your email so there you will actually create the content of your email and they have actually a new email builder which i think is very nice so this is what we're going to use in this video so i'm going to click on select right here and that takes us inside of the email editor so the first thing that we can do is to choose a template here from the left side that we can use to start from so i'm just going to simply choose the minimal one that is already set up here and then once you've chosen your template you can simply go through this design and delete everything you don't need for example you don't want to have a button so you just simply hover over this element right here click on it and then you can go to the trash icon and then it will be deleted and it's very intuitive if you want to change an element simply click on it and then the entire features the menu will open up on the left side you can change the alignment the the color the padding and and you can also kind of go into it and drag it around if you think it's too big and just edit it like this it's really intuitive just um take some time to create the email that you want to create you can also add photos right here you can also delete things like i said before you can also drag blocks around so when you click on it you can drag this to the top you can drag it to the bottom and you can also if you use uh blocks multiple times you can click on it and then click on the duplicate icon right here and then it will make it a lot quicker to create your entire email so then once you're finished creating your email you can simply click on continue right here and then you're gonna see an overview of your campaign everything that we have set up just now you can also send a test email to yourself to see how it looks like on your email inbox and once everything is fine we can go ahead and either schedule this email for another time um but you need to have a paid plan for that or we can send it right now so this is what i'm going to do now i'm simply going to click on send here on the top yes i want to send it to my three subscribers send now and now the email has gone out to all of my email subscribers and now i also want to look at something which is one of the most powerful tools when it comes to email marketing which is email automations so mailchimp also has their own version of email automations which is called customer journeys which you can see under automations customer journeys however if you want to use that tool then you're going to have to go for a paid plan however i want to still show you kind of what you can do with email automations so we have an idea of the how powerful email marketing can be and how automated your entire marketing system can be if you use email automations so let's go to automations click on customer journeys and then go to create journey right here so let's say we want to create a journey for people who are just entering my email newsletter so people who are just subscribed on my email list so let's say this is the onboarding [Music] boarding sequence for my subscribers then i'm going to click on start building and first we have to choose a starting point so what will trigger this automation for a new subscriber so i'm going to click on choose a starting point and i'm just going to do it as um signs up so everybody who signs up to my audience will go through this initial automation and what you can use it for is to simply let them get to know you or your business or even maybe start promoting products to them that makes sense for that subscriber so let's um go to safe starting point and then you have a kind of layout here a canvas where you can start building out your automation visually so the first step is they sign up to my audience which is called medics media and then the first thing that i usually do is i give them a tag so here on the left side i have different actions that i can do for different stages at the automation so let's choose the tag and we're going to drag it here over the plus sign and then the first thing they get is they get attacked so let's say everybody who signs up to this audience um is interested in let's say youtube tips so i'm just going to give it a tag youtube tip so i already know that these subscribers are interested in youtube tips and we can also later on give them more tags to saves more data on our audience because the more data we have the more specific we can segment our audience and send the right emails to the right people so that we get a high open rate and also a high conversion rate when we eventually want to promote products to those people so action add this specific tag click on save and now we have added a first tag and then i'm gonna usually send a first email so i'm gonna drag on the first email send email right here i can click on it and then i'm gonna create the first welcome email usually i give them the gif that i promised them for signing up to my email list and then i just give them an idea what they can expect from my emails and also where they can unsubscribe from my email list because i don't want to have any people who don't open my emails because that will just decrease my deliverability with my um my email provider so um this is the first email and then i'm gonna drag in a time delay right here so let's say after the first email they need to wait or i'll let them wait two days and then i'm gonna click on save and then i'm gonna send the second email so let's click on let's choose the second email then again maybe i give them some more information about my business how i can help them with what i do and then let's do another time delay here maybe now we do um one day save then um send another email and then another time delay and now let's say this is two days again okay cool so basically you get the idea so just have a string of emails that you can send out on autopilot once somebody signs up so uh now what we can also do is we can do if else so we can segment our people so when we drag in an if else block right here we can decide on different conditions um so based on what they have done so far so let's click on the condition right here and so let's say anyone who hasn't opened any of my emails that i've sent yet i want to unsubscribe them from my list because these people are inactive and they're not valuable to me and i don't want to bother them anymore they're obviously not interested in what i'm sending them so what i'm going to do is i'm going to go to campaign activity um did not open any of the last five campaigns so now i'm going to click save and then if the answer is yes what i want to do is i want to unsubscribe them from my list so i'm going to go to the left side go to unsubscribe drag it in unsubscriber contact unsubscribe save so everybody who hasn't opened anything will simply get unsubscribed they will not get any emails from me and they will also be i'm thrown out of my email list because if you don't do this eventually you will have maybe hundreds of contacts thousands of contacts on your email list who don't even open your email but you have to still pay for them because you're paying based on how many contacts you have so i would highly recommend to to kind of clean out your list on autopilot just like this once in a while here in your automation and then um the ones who did open my email i will continue to send them emails so i'm going to do a second email like this and maybe i have a link in this email going to maybe my online course and now i want to know who actually clicked on that link so i'm going to again do if else and now the condition is something else now the condition is campaign activity um clicked let's say this specific email which i have just sent them and now everybody who has clicked on that link i'm going to give them a tag i'm going to give them a tag that they are interested in my course so i'm going to give a tag um let's say clicked on course and then add so now i have an other information about my subscribers just based on how they interacted with my emails and now for those people um maybe later on i'm gonna send them more information about my course and the ones who haven't clicked for a couple of times maybe i don't bother them anymore with sending them to my paid course so i hope this kind of gave you an idea on what you can build using email automations because you can set it up once and you have you can have hundreds of emails already set up in advance and then once somebody joins your email list you can you can basically market to them for for months or even years without needing to do anything this is basically the power of email automations however this is not available in the free plan so we're gonna need to upgrade for a paid plan to do that so i hope this video helped you out getting started on mailchimp if it did make sure you click that thumbs up button down below that would really make my day and that's it see you soon
