• Traditional map drives (e.g., M Drive for marketing).
• Features: Subfolders, files, drag-and-drop, copy-paste.

Microsoft 365 Migration

• Uses Teams and syncs with OneDrive.
• Interface: Similar to file server with folders and subfolders.
• Example Folders: Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, General (root folder specific to Teams).
• Main Technology: SharePoint.
• Access: Via Windows File Explorer; no web portal necessary.
